OBJECTIVETo observe the curative effect of the self-formulated Jiangzhuo Huoxue Yishen Decoction (JHYD) combined with Western medicine in treatment of gout.

METHODSA total of 90 gout patients were randomly assigned to two groups, the control group (45 cases) administrated with Finbid orally in the acute stage and allopurinol in the remission period; and the treatment group (45 cases) treated with the same treatment plus oral administration of JHYD. The therapeutic course for both was 4 weeks. The total curative effect, the effect on main symptoms and on different syndrome types, changes of blood uric acid, adverse reactions and recurrence of gout were observed and compared between the two groups.

RESULTSThe cured and markedly effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were all obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). And the effect was better in the treatment group in decreasing blood uric acid, improving symptoms of main joints and stabilizing the curative effect. The curative effect of the combined therapy on different syndrome types was basically consistent, and it showed few adverse reactions.

CONCLUSIONThe self-formulated JHYD showed synergistic effect with Western medicine in treatment of gout, which could decrease blood uric acid level and improve clinical symptoms.

The characteristics of data security and privacy protection of wearable health and medical devices were thus analyzed and compared with those of traditional health and medi-cal devices. The related studies and laws on domestic and foreign wearable health and medical devices were summa-rized, and the advances, experiences and problems in domestic and foreign wearable health and medical devices were analyzed and compared in order to provide reference for establishing the mechanisms underlying their data se-curity and privacy protection.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of muscone in Aiweixin oral liquid. METHODS:After extracting sample by butanol,GC-MS was performed on the column of BD-17 MS with the volume temperature of 270 ℃;the carrier gas was helium with the sample size of 1 μl at the flow rate of 10 ml/min;the split ratio was 20∶1. EI was ion source with the electron energy of 70 eV,ion source temperature of 230 ℃ and quadrupole temperature of 150 ℃;the tuning mode was automatic tuning by quality full scanning with the threshold value of 30 in the range of 30-600 aum. RESULTS:The linear range of muscone was 12.216-61.08 ng(r=0.999 6);RSD of precision test was lower than 2% and the RSDs of reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 3%;the average recovery was 100.24%(RSD=1.58%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is sensitive, rapid and simple,and can be used for the content determination of muscone in Aiweixin oral lipid.

Methods Diabetic model of rats was induced by s treptozotocin. AGEs were prepared by incubation of rat serum protein with 0.5 mo l/L glucose. This study was to investigate the effect of annexin A5 on testosterone secretion from primary rat Leydig cells and the underlying mechanisms. Isolated rat Leydig cells were treated with annexin A5. Testosterone production was detected by chemiluminescence assay. The protein and mRNA of Steroidogenic acute regulatory (StAR), P450scc, 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD), 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (17β-HSD), and 17α-hydroxylase were examined by Western blotting and semi-quantitative RT-PCR, respectively. Annexin A5 significantly stimulated testosterone secretion from rat Leydig cells in dose- and time-dependent manners and increased mRNA and protein expression of StAR, P450scc, 3β-HSD, and 17β-HSD but not 17α-hydroxylase. Annexin A5 knockdown by siRNA significantly decreased the level of testosterone and protein expression of P450scc, 3β-HSD, and 17β-HSD. The significant activation of ERK1/2 signaling was observed at 5, 10, and 30 min after annexin A5 treatment. After the pretreatment of Leydig cells with ERK inhibitor PD98059 (50 μmol l-1 ) for 20 min, the effects of annexin A5 on promoting testosterone secretion and increasing the expression of P450scc, 3β-HSD, and 17β-HSD were completely abrogated (P < 0.05). Thus, ERK1/2 signaling is involved in the roles of annexin A5 in mediating testosterone production and the expression of P450scc, 3β-HSD, and 17β-HSD in Leydig cells.
