Objective To investigate the correlation between renal biopsy pathology(RBP) and Renal intertitial fibrosis (RIF).Methods 112 cases of RIF patients were collected in our hospital who had done RBP examination and were di- vided into four groups based on RIF degree.Results 45 cases in light group,22 cases in moderate group,15 cases in se- vere group and 30 cases in control group.With different RIF degree,renal pathology were different.Conclusion IgAN、 LN、FSGS were much more in moderate and severe RIF group compared with those of other groups,MSPGN were seen in any RIF degree groups.
2.THE EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON CATECHOLAMINE IN THE ADRENAL MEDULLA OF RAT WITH TRAUMATIC SHOCK

By using the glyoxylic acid to induce fluorescence histochemieal method, the catecholamines (CAs) in the adrenal medulla of rats were demonstrated。The CAs fluorescent intensity was measured with Leitz MPV-2 microflurophotometer. The results showed that the CAs fluorescent intensity in the adrenal medulla of rat with traumatic shock was much decreased than that of the normal control group. The CAs fluorescent intensity was in the adrenal medulla obviously increased after using electroacupuncture (EA) at "Renzhang" and "Chenjiang" points. Our results also indicated that the EA might play a certain role in regulating the level of plasma CAs during the traumatic shock process. Therefore, The depletion of CAs was reduced from the rat's adrenal medulla, this could be one of the benificial factors in using the EA antitraumatic shock.
3.Community structure and difference of endophtic bacteria in Aquilaria sinensis with and without agarwood.

Aquilaria sinensis can generate agarwood, which is closely related with endophyte. Up to now, studies mainly focused on the effects of endophytic fungi on agarwood formation, but studies about endophytic bacteria are rarely reported. In our research, the T-RFs and Shannon index of endophytic bacteria in samples of agarwood increase. The number of distinctive T-RFs fragments of corresponding samples in the same group accounted for more than 60% the number of total T-RFs fragments. In samples of no-agarwood, the dominant bacterial population are Anoxybacillus, Clostridium, Candidatus endobugula, Lysinibacillus. In samples of agarwood, the dominant bacterial population are Clostridium, Lysinibacillus, Luteimonas, phytoplasma. Besides, there are. specific T-RFs fragment in samples of agarwood and no-agarwood respectively. When we perform cluster analysis, we found samples of agarwood highly gather together and samples of no-agarwood highly gather together. This means community of endophytic bacteria emerge significant and regular changes during agarwood formation, which may be result of agarwood production, or maybe it is important reason of agarwood production. In this paper, we obtain more comprehensive and accurate community of endophytic bacteria in Aquilaria sinensis and it's variation during agarwood formation using T-RFLP, which is first study of effects of endophytic bacteria on agarwood formation, and will help to exploit resource of endophytic bacteria more reasonably.

Objective To observe the treatment effects of the ultrashort wave diathermy on gentamycin-in- duced acute renal injury of rats.Methods Eighteen Sgrague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a normal group(6 rats),a model group(6 rats)and a treatment group(6 rats),the treatment group was treated with ultra- short wave diathermy once a day for a total of 20 days.The observed indexes were NAG,RBP,?_1-MG,?_2-MG in the urine of rats;the SCr,BUN in the blood of rats were also tested and the pathological changes of the renal ob- served.Results The pathological injuries of those in the ultrashort wave treatment group was slighter than the con- trol group;the NAG,RBP,?_1-MG,?_1-MG in the urine and the SCr,BUN in the blood of treatment group were low- er than those of the model group(P
5.Vitrectomy for the treatment of posttraumatic endophthalmitis

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of vitrectomy in combination with intravitreal dexamethasone and vancomycin Derfusion in the management of severe post-traumatic endophthalmitis.METHODS:30 eyes diagnosed as posttraumatic infectiouis endophthalmitis were analyzed retrospectivly from April 2004 to April 2006.All the patients underwent vitrecLomy in combination with intravitreal drugs perfusion and were followed up for 12 to 24 weeks.The visual acuity,traumatic causes and microorganisms culture were analyzed.RESULTS:There are significant reduction in inflammation at 3 months after surgery.Infectious symptoms were completely controlled in 97% of the Cases(29/30).Final visual acuity were improved in 93% of cases (28/30).Among traumatic causes,foreign body is the most common cause (57%).StaphylococCUS aureus is the commonest microorganism.CONCLUSION:Vitrectomy in combination with intravitreal dexamethasone and vancomydn peffusion iS the most effective method in the treatment of Severe posttraumatic endophthamitis.
7.Ultrastructural changes and HSP70 expression in mice liver after microwave irradiation with lethal dose

Astract:Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes and HSP70 expression in liver of mice after microwave irradiation with lethal dose and to explore the application of these indexes as the basis of medical identification in microwave irradiation induced death. Methods The mice were divided into the control group and the irradiation group. Mice of the irradiation group were induced death by whole body exposure to 129 W/cm2 microwave irradiation for 30 minutes. The ultrastructure of liver was observed by transmission electron micro-scope;changes of the HSP70 mRNA and protein expression in liver were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) and Western blotting respectively. Results Liver cytoplasm was observed dissolved with points and sheets and there were mitochondri-al crest and membrane solution in the irradiation group. And the HSP70 mRNA and protein expression level increases significantly compared with the control group with statistically significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion Death induced by microwave irradiation could lead to liver cytoplasm dissolution, mitochondria damage, mRNA and protein expression of HSP70 up-regulation, which may be used as important diagnostic indicators of microwave irradiation induced death.
8.Expression of oxyntomodulin in bifidobacteria and effect of oxyntomodulin-transformed bifidobacteria on the body weight of obese mice.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of pBBADs-OXM-transformed bifidobacteria on the body weight of obese mice.
METHODSB. longum was transformed with pBBADs-OXM by electroporation, and arabopyranose-induced oxyntomodulin expression by the bacterium was detected by ELISA. pBBADs-OXM-transformed bifidobacteria was administered orally obese mice on a daily basis with pBBADs-GFP-transformed bifidobacteria as the negative control, and the body weight changes of the mice were observed.
RESULTSOXM was detected by ELISA not only in the supernatant but also the precipitant of the transformed bacterial culture. The body weight of the obese mice fed with pBBADs-OXM-transformed bifidobacteria decreased significantly compared with that of the mice in the obese model group (P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONAdministration of pBBADs-OXM-transformed B.longum can reduce the body weight of obese mice.

10.Effectiveness and safety of drug coated balloon in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction during interventional therapy

Objective:This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of drug coated balloon(DCB)and drug elu-ting stent(DES)during primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with ST segment elevation myocardi-al infarction(STEMI).Methods:Clinical data of 142 STEMI patients who underwent emergency PCI in our hospital from Jan 2018 to Dec 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to intervention strategy,patients were divided into obser-vation group(n=62,DCB therapy)and control group(n=80,DES therapy).Incidence rates of target lesion revascular-ization and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)within one week,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and incidence rate of slow-flow after PCI,above indexes(except slow-flow),late lumen loss(LLL)and incidence of hemorrhea etc.within nine-month follow-up were compared between two groups.Results:There were no significant difference in postoperative LVEDd,LVEF,incidence rates of slow-flow,target lesion revascularization and MACE within one week between two groups,P>0.05 all.After nine-month follow-up,there were no significant difference in LLL[0.25(0.16,0.50)mm vs.0.30(0,0.82)mm],incidence rates of target lesion revascularization(6.3%vs.4.8%),MACE(31.7%vs.33.9%)and hemorrhea(8.5%vs.3.2%)be-tween control group and observation group,P>0.05 all.Conclusion:In patients with ST segment elevation myocardial in-farction undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention,short-and long-term prognosis of drug coated bal-loon are not inferior to those of drug eluting stent,which is safe and effective.
