Banana streak virus (BSV),a member of genus Badnavirus,is a causal agent of banana streak disease throughout the world. The genetic diversity of BSVs from different regions of banana plantations has previously been investigated, but there are relatively few reports of the genetic characteristic of episomal (non-integrated)BSV genomes isolated from China. Here, the complete genome,a total of 7722bp (GenBank accession number DQ092436),of an isolate of Banana streak virus (BSV) on cultivar Cavendish (BSAcYNV) in Yunnan,China was determined. The genome organises in the typical manner of badnaviruses. The intergenic region of genomic DNA contains a large stem-loop,which may contribute to the ribosome shift into the following open reading frames (ORFs).The coding region of BSAcYNV consists of three overlapping ORFs,ORF 1 with a non-AUG start eodon and ORF2 encoding two small proteins are individually involved in viral movement and ORF3 encodes a polyprotein.Besides the complete genome,a defective genome lacking the whole RNA leader region and a majority of ORF1 and which encompasses 6525bp was also isolated and sequenced from this BSV DNA reservoir in infected banana plants.Sequence analyses showed that BSAcYNV has closest similarity in terms of genome organization and the coding assignments with an BSV isolate from Vientam (BSAcVNV).The corresponding coding regions shared identities of 88% and ~95% at nucleotide and amino acid levels, respectively.Phylogenetic analysis also indicated BSAcYNV shared the closest geographical evolutionary relationship to BSAcVNV among sequenced banana streak badnaviruses.

Objective To explore the value of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the management of ureteral calculus . Methods The clinical data of 360 cases of ureteral stones treated ureteroscopically by pneumatic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Stones were successfully fragmented on one session in 85% of the cases (306/360). Complications were observed in 2 5% of the cases (9/360), including 6 cases of ureteral perforation and 3 cases of urinary infection. Conclusions Pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope is safe, effective and minimally invasive.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2014;(6):678-680
Objective To investigate the alien snails in Dapeng Peninsula Shenzhen City. Methods The survey on the snail diversity in Dapeng Peninsula was carried out from August 2012 to Jan 2013 and the species of the alien snails were iden?tified according to the shell morphology. Results Four species of alien snails including Achatina fulica Pomacea canalicula?ta Physa acuta and Biomphalaria straminea were found in Dapeng Peninsula P. acuta was found in all of the collected sites A. fulica and P. canaliculata were distributed in five regions except Yangmeikeng area and B. straminea was just found in Dapeng Town. Conclusion Four species of important alien snails invade widely in Dapeng Peninsula Shenzhen City. As their potential risk to the disease transmission and agriculture production the relative departments should strengthen the control and prevention.
5. Molecular biological characteristics of bilateral primary breast cancer
Tumor 2011;31(11):1031-1035
Objective: To evaluate the molecular biological characteristics of bilateral primary breast cancer (BPBC). Methods: The clinicopathological characteristics of 325 patients with BPBC and 650 patients with unilateral breast cancer (UBC) were retrospectively analyzed. The evidence of molecular biology related to the occurrence of BPBC was evaluated by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results: The early occurrence of first primary breast cancer, a family history of breast cancer, a maximum tumor diameter of more than 5 cm, and clinical stage III were more frequent in BPBC patients than in UBC patients (P < 0.05). The negative rates of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR), the positive rate of p53, and the incidence of high expression of Ki67 were higher in BPBC patients than those in UBC patients (P < 0.05), but there was no difference in the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her-2) between BPBC patients and UBC patients (P > 0.05). The characteristics including a family history of breast cancer, a maximum tumor diameter of more than 5 cm and positive expression of p53 in BPBC were independent risk factors. The patients with positive ER or positive PR had a lower risk of BPBC. Conclusion: There are differences in biological characteristics between BPBC and UBC. The breast cancer patients with the characteristics including young woman, a family history of breast cancer, negative expression of hormone receptor, positive expression of p53, and high expression of Ki67 should pay attention to the occurrence of contralateral breast cancer. Objective To investigate the multiple risk factors for lower extremity lymphedema in patients following treatment of common gynecologic cancers by meta-analysis for systematic analysis and comprehensive quantitative study. Methods Clinical trials published up until August 2016 were retrieved from PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. The quality of the included studies was assessed by the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale, and data analysis was performed using Stata 14.0 and RevMan 5.3.The strength of the associations between risk factors and gynecologic cancer-related lower extremity lymphedema was described as odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI).Results Eighteen studies were included in the meta-analysis, and 8 relevant factors were identified. The risk factors for lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecologic cancer mainly included radiotherapy (OR=2.45, 95%CI:2.05-2.95, P=0.000), FIGO stage (OR=2.29, 95%CI:1.66-3.14, P=0.000), and pelvic lymph node dissection (OR=2.00, 95%CI:1.02-3.91, P=0.040).Conclusions Radiotherapy, FIGO stage, and pelvic lymph node dissection are the main risk factors for lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecologic cancers.

AlM: To investigate the clinical effect of preserved amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment to conjunctival rupture, dehiscence and socket contracture after hydroxyapatite ( HA) orbital implantation.
METHODS: ln 16 cases of conjunctival rupture and socket contracture after HA orbital implantation, conjunctival tension was release by operation and preserved amniotic membrane was transplanted on conjunctival scleral exposure area.
RESULTS:ln all cases, conjunctiva healing, completely cover the sclera and conjunctiva socket recover ideal depth after operation in 15 cases, 1 case was fail.
CONCLUSlON: Preserved amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method to treat conjunctival dehiscence and keeping the ideal conjunctival socket depth after orbital implantation.
