Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the epidemiology and drug resistance associated with fungal infection during early postoperative period after liver transplantation in the purpose of prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 118 cases of liver transplantation admitted from April 2004 to January 2009 in Nanfang Hospital were studied retrospectively, and the fungal infection and drug resistance were identified. Results Fungal infections occurred in 26 cases (22.0%).Totally there were 49 fungi strains isolated,of which mainly Candida albicans (57.1%),followed by Aspergillus (18.4%),Smooth Candida (10.2%),Candida tropicalis (6.1%),Candida parapsilosis (4.1%),and Candida krusei (4.1%).The sensitive rate of voriconazole, itraconazole, amphotericin B,5-fluorouracil,fluconazole were 92.0%,90.0%,75.5%,73.5%,and 55.1% respectively. Conclusion Because of the change of fungi strains and the increase of drug resistance,it’s important to identify the fungi and drug resistance for the purpose of prophylaxis and treatments.
5.Blood Samples with HBsAg and HBsAb Both Positive:An Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To study the phenomenon of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and antibody(HBsAb) both positive in blood samples.METHODS Using electro-chemo-luminescence immune system E170 to detect HBsAg and HBsAb in clinical samples and retest the both positive cases by another two reagents for HBsAg and another three reagents for HBsAb.RESULTS All 7332 samples showed 140 both HBsAg and HBsAb positive(1.9%) and 73 of them were retested for HBsAb by another three reagents which gave altogether 24 positive results, which was not related to each other. Those gave higher HBsAb value by E170 showed higher positive rate by Abbott reagent.CONCLUSIONS HBsAg and HBsAb both positive results are not rare.It may be due to the interactions between the patient and the infected hepatitis B virus.Besides, the quality of reagents and correct lab operating procedures may also affect the test results.
6.Effect of Male Trichinella spiralis to Female Fertility
Chinese Journal of Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases 1987;0(01):-
Objective To study the life span of Trichinella spiralis male adult and its effect on female fertility. Methods 22 Kunming mice were divided into three groups.Group A was orally inoculated by encysted larvae, dissected at day 5,10,20,and 30 post infection, adult worms were then collected and counted.Group B was fed with 5-day adults(70 females + 30 males/mouse).Group C was fed with 5-day females(70/mouse) only.Groups B and C were sacrificed 30 days post inoculation, larvae were collected to calculate reproductive capacity index(RCI).Male worms of day 5,10,20 and 30 were fixed in glutaraldehyde for scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Results 20 days after infection, there were more males than females in the intestines of group A mice(female :male =1 :1.3),but much more males than females on the 30th day after infection(female :male =1 :8.5).Mice of groups B and C were infected by 5-day adults successfully with a RCI of 154.90?2.62 and 13.77?1.67 respectively(t=111.26,P

International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(9):704-706,707
Hypomelanosis of Ito is a multisystem neurocutaneous syndrome. The pathogenesis hasn′t been clear and typical cutaneous lesions are associated with variable extracutaneous abnormalities involved the central nervous system and musculoskeletal system. Its clinical manifestations include abnormal skin biopsy and chromosomal patterns and brain iconography. The treatments have to be adapted to the individual and prognosis depends on the severity of clinical manifestations and complications.
9.Biomarkers of bladder cancer
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Bladder cancer is a common tumor with a high rate of recurrence and quick progression. Many biomarkers for the detection of bladder cancer have been identified, but none has been reported to date to have sufficient sensitivity and specificity.Recent researches are concentrated on p53,Rb,Cyclin D,P27kip-1,FGFR3,Cadherin,Survivin,Aurora,MMP,VEGF and DNA Methylation. In spite of their different sensitivities for bladder cancer of different stages or degrees, these biomarkers are valuable for its diagnosis and prognosis.
10.Methodological research on building prediction model of susceptible population of acute mountain sickness
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(7):160-162
OBJECTIVE: There are some people in population susceptible to acute mountain sickness. Therefore, it is important to analyse, assess and integrate certain research results to build prediction system and mathematics model in order to predict those susceptible people when army goes to tableland.DATA SOURCES: Computer was used to search databases such as Medline, PubMed and PML to find articles regarding prediction of people susceptible to acute mountain sickness from January 1970 to December 2002 with the search words "acute mountain sickness, susceptible population, prediction" . The language was limited to English. At the same time, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinainfo and CBMdisc were searched to find articles from January 1970 to August 2004 by the Chinese language of "acute mountain sickness, susceptible population and prediction". The research targets are susceptible people to acute mountain sickness. At last,trace-back method was used to supplement some literature and monographs.DATA SELECTION: After systematically analyzed and concluded the literature information and screened researches without conducting experiment, full text of the rest literature was searched and used as selective criteria if it could be used as prediction indicator of susceptible people to acute mountain sickness.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally there were 19 prediction indicators generalized. After conducting systemic analysis, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to the indicators, 13 were selected while the other 6 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS: The indicators were classified according to nervous-humoral regulation ability, oxygen capture ability of respiratory system,anti-anoxia ability of central nervous system, mental health and health service ability. Based on these, system analysis, Delphi method and AHP method were used to screen prediction indicators, establish indictor system, confirm the weighted indicators and weighted indicator system as well as standardize the prediction indicators.CONCLUSION: According to the principle of prediction model and model methods, weighted linear synthesis method was used to build the predictive mathematic model. The project of susceptible population prediction of acute mountain sickness in army when entering tableland urgently was proposed combining the health service ability of army.
