Objective:To explore the etiology and drug resistance of the ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods: One hundred cases of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia received in our ICU room were selected; the pathologic examination results were retrospectively analyzed.Results: One hundred and thirty five bacteria were isolated from 100 cases of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia, including 95 cases of Gram-negative bacilli(70.5%), 34 cases of Gram-positive cocci(25.1%) and 6 cases of fungi(4.4%); The resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae for cefazolin, gentamicin, levofloxacin, and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were high; The resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus for ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, cefepime, cefazolin, gentamicin, amikacin, ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, cefoperazone/sulbactam and piperacillin were high.Conclusion: ICU ventilator-associated pneumonia pathogen was mainly Gram-negative bacteria, and showed multidrug resistance, imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam for most pathogens had better efficacy and worthy of clinical application.

Objective:To find a better way to protect the security and interests of vulnerable groups by exploring the problem of protecting the vulnerable groups in drug clinical trial from the perspectives of ethics committees,organization and researchers.Methods:According to the relevant literature and the actual situation of the hospital,this paper analyzed the security issues of vulnerable groups comprehensively.Results:Only the ethics committees,organization and researchers work together,can it protect the security and interests of vulnerable groups to the greatest extents.Conclusion:Further research on the security of vulnerable groups not only promotes the development of human health,but also plays a decisive role in improving the protection of subjects in drug clinical trial.

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) of patients of advanced primary liver cancer before and after interventional treatment and its clinical Significance. Methods Forty-six patients with advanced primary liver cancer were performed the hepatic arterial chemoembolization and served as observation group. Sixty healthy people were served as control group and measured their level of serum VEGF. The level of serum VEGF of patients in observation group before treatment and intervention 1 month were measured. Results Before interventional treatment,the serum VEGF level of observation group were(510. 0 ± 310. 0)ng/L,significantly higher than that of control group((27. 0 ± 23. 0) ng/L,P﹤0. 001). After interventional treatment,he serum VEGF level decreased to(316. 4 ± 240. 7)ng/L and the difference was statistically significant( P=0. 036 ). After one month interventional treatment,4 cases were complete remission(8. 70%),34 cases were partial remission(73. 91%),6 cases were in stable(13. 04%),and 2 cases were progress( 4. 35%),and the total effective rate were 82. 61%( 38/46 ). The 38 cases who were complete remission and partial remission were been served as effective group,the other 8 cases were served as invalid group. The serum VEGF level in effective group were( 260. 6 ± 70. 5 )ng/L,lower than that in invalid group(( 346. 7 ± 61. 3 )ng/L,P = 0. 046 ). Conclusion Hepatic arterial chemoembolization treatment on primary liver cancer curative effect is a better approach. VEGF involves in the development of primary liver cancer,and the high serum VEGF level with poor prognosis can be the reference of efficacy.

The new generation high-sensitivity cardiac troponin assays have been used in clinic for nearly 5 years in China.In 2012,several new high-sensitivity assays have been approved to be used in clinic in other countries,and they are under inspection of Chinese Food and Drug Ddministration.Because the new generation assays' sensitivity is improved,acute coronary syndrome could have been diagnosed 2-3 hours earlier,and small cardiac injuries that could not be detected by previous assays are detectable now.But its advantages also bring challenges to doctors.Many doctors can't even use previous assays well.The clinical doctors and laloiatory stuffs need to comunicate and reach a consensus just like American doctors do before American food and drug administration approve it.

Objective Tanycytes(TAs) is a specialized eppendymal glia that locates mostly in the ventral lateral wall of the ventricle III and median eminence(ME).Due to its peculiar location and directly exposure to the cerebrospinal fluid,blood,neuroendocrine hormones and neurons,tanycytes play an important role in the brain barrier system,brain-CSF neurohumoral circuit and immune-neuroendocrine network.They maintain immature characters during the adulthood and have naturally conducted the neuroregeneration process in the adult hypothalamus of mammal animals.This research was designed to identify tanycytes(TAs) in postnatal 7 days of Wistar rats and then establish the cell model of TAs for further study.Methods Tanycytes of postnatal 7 days of Wistar rats were identified by the immunohistochemical technology using glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and vimentin(VIM),which are the intermediate filament markers of glia cells.The qualitative analysis was performed by the NADPH-d stain of nitric oxide sythenase(NOS).Primary TAs model was established by the cell culture technique and identified by the same methods as in vivo.Results Primary cultured TAs expressed VIM,GFAP and NOS which was identical with those in vivo.Conclusion Cell model of TAs from postnatal 7days of Wistar rats in vitro has been established and TAs could be used as a proper substrate for transplanting.

Current curriculum provision and teaching patterns of computer science in medical school has been far behind the requirements of clinical and research works, which restricted the develop-ment of medical talents to a large extent. According to the experiences of teaching practice,Department of Computer Science in Chongqing Medical University launched reform on medical computer science from aspects of teaching practice,curriculum provision,teaching methods and evaluation methods. Computer courses were opened according to students' computer knowledge and the profession. Task-based teaching and comprehensive evaluation methods were employed in order to improve the teaching quality.
