Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Object To probe tentatively into the relations of Terminalia chebula Retz., Terminalia billerica (Gaertn.) Roxb, and Phyllanthus emblica L. between TCM and Tibetan medicine. Methods Textual researches of materia medica were carried out and their history in clinical application were traced. Results T. chebula, T. billerica, P. emblica were all of foreign origin and were introduced into China with Buddhism. As compared in medical practice, the Tibetan autonomony region has their particular choice and preference. Conclusion We should apply modern scientific research achievements to carry out deep mutual exchanges to enrich TCM.

4.Design of Multi-platform acupoint display and retrieval system using flash technology
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(8):69-72
After an elaboration with the ideas and steps for developing a cross platform acupoint display and re-trieval system using flash technology, how to rapidly locate and display the acupoints and how to search the recent papers on acupoint therapy were described with the Jing-Well Point as an example.
5.An Analysis of the Clinical and MRI Features of Central Pontine Myelinolysis
Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To study the clinical and MRI features of central pontine myelinolysis(CPM).Methods The MRI findings of 11 cases with central pontine myelinolysis verified by clinic and imagings were analyzed. Results There were history of drink wine long term in 7 cases, undernourishment in 4 cases,low-blood-sodium in 10 cases.Long T 1 and T 2 signal intensity was showed on MR in central pontine, focus presented under cortex cerebri and in nucleus basalis area in 4 cases.3 cases enhanced around focus,2 cases enhanced in center and 4 cases no enhanced on postcontrast MRI.Conclusion There are characteristic MRI features in central pontine myelinolysis,it is not difficult to diagnoses CPM in early stage if its clinical manifestations and testing treatment with hormone is associated with MRI features.
6.Clinical Observation of the Effect of Cefoperazone on Postoperative Hemostasis of Incisional Wound
China Pharmacy 2005;0(23):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of cefoperazone on the surgical haemostastic outcome so as to offer reference for preoperative anti-infection medication.METHODS:A total of 60 patients undergoing laparotomy were randomly divided into medication group(cefoperazone)or control group. The blood coagulation functional parameter changes of the 2 groups before and after operation were observed, and the intraoperative blood loss volume, blood infusion volume, and the haemostatic time were recorded.RESULTS:The thrombin time, the prothrombin time, partial prothrombin time were all longer, and the intraoperative blood loss volume and blood infusion volume and the haemostatic time were all more in cefoperazone-treated group than in control group(P
7.The inhibitory effects of PNS oncardiac hypertrophy and its nervous mechanism
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Aim To investigate the antagonistic action o f total saponins of panaxnotoginseng(PNS) on cardiac hypertrophy and its nervous mechanism. Methods (1)cardiac hypertrophy of rats due to pressure overload was induced by constricting of abdominal aorta. There were five groups in the experiments. The rats in Group A(control group)were sham operated . Group B was aorta-constricted group. The rats in Group C,D,E were given ip PNS 50,100,150 mg?kg?d -1 for three weeks respectively. Three weeks later, We measured the heart-weight(HW),left ventricular weight(LVW), the ratio of HW/BW,LVW/BW (LVI) and the cardiomyocyte diameters(MD) after dyeing by HE color.(2)The effects of PNS on the fast excitatory postsynaptic potential(f-EPSP),membrane depolarization induced by application of acetylcholine (ACh),membrane potential and membrane resistance of the isolated Stellate ganglion(SG)of the rats were investigated by means of intracellular recording techniques. Results (1)HW/BW, LVI and MD of Group E were significantly lower than that of Group B(P0.05).(2)At the concentration of 0.10 ~0.16 g?L -1, PNS reversibly depressed the amplitude of f-EPSP, but the ACh depolarization, membrane potential and membrane resistance were not significantly altered by PNS. Conclusion PNS can prevent cardiac hypertrophy due to pressure overload in rats and this action may underline its inhibitory action on presyn aptic effect of regulating calcium influx.
8.The role of Tau protein in Alzheimers disease: An update
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Tau is a microtubule-associated protein th at can promote micortubulbe polymerization in vitro and can stabilize the asse mbled microtubules. Hyperphosphorylated form of tau comprises the main component of the paired helical filaments and neurofibrillary tangles found in Alzheimer s desease (AD). This paper reviews the functions and the prospects of tau in Al zheimers disease.
9.Discussion on effect and proper time of enteroclysis in treating chronic renal failure
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of enteroclysis of Chinese crude drug in treating different stages of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:Forty one inpatients with CRF in the nephrology were summarized, who had taken on the treatment with enteroclysis. At the end of the treatment, the change of symptoms and BUN,Scr,Ccr of the inpatients with CRF were recorded and statistically analyzed retrospectiveiy. Results:The total effective rate of enteroclysis in treating CRF was 58.54%,the patients whose Ccr was at the stage of 20-10ml/min reached 75.00%,while Scr,BUN decreased signifi cantly and Ccr rose markedly(P
10.Impact of propofol and midazolam on the time course of extubation
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the impact of propofol and midazolam on the time course of extubation in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods The patients were randomly divided into the propofol group(n=37)and the midazolam group(n=52),which were further divided into three sedation stratums. The administration of two drugs were stoped immediately while weaning from the ventilator. The awakening time and extubation time of the two groups were recorded and compared with each other. Results Both awakening time and extubation time of the propofol groups were shorter than those of the midazolam group(P
