Osteocalcin is a bone matrix noncollagen protein which is one of the most abundant secretory products of osteoblasts. Resent studies have demonstrated that osteocalcin is not only a specific biochemical marker of bone turnover, but also involved in the regulation of energy metabolism. Further studies in the pathophysiological functions of osteocalcin might contribute to the treatment of obesity, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.

Objective:To study factors influencing drug abuse in f emale.Method:230 female drug abusers admitted into Institute of Dr ug Withdrawal were investigated by Drug Abuse Inventory made by Chinese Drug Depend ence Institute.Data was analyzed by Logistic analysis.Results:Risk f actors related to drug abuse included:poor education,unemployment,divorce or sep aration,stimulus seeking,destructive social relationship,meaningless life.Conclusion:Drug abuse in female is a problem occurring on poor psychosoci al background.
4.CHANGES OF CYTOSKELETAL GENES EXPRESSION IN CORTICOSPINAL NEURONS AFTER SPINAL CORD SEMITRANSECTION INJURY IN RAT

Objective To investigate the pattern and the role of cytoskeletal genes expression during nerve regeneration. Methods We examined the changes of expression of ? tubulin(? Tub)and three neurofilament(NF)subunits mRNA in rat corticospinal neurons of sensorimotor cortex on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th,10th,14th,21st,28th and 56th days after spinal cord semitransection injury by using in situ hybridization. Results Levels of ? Tub,NF L,NF M and NF H mRNA were dramatically downregulated within large sized pyramidal neurons in layer V of the sensorimotor cortex of side lateral after spinal cord injury.The level of ? Tub mRNA was decreased as early as 1 day postinjury,whereas the levels of NF subunits mRNA were not decreased until later time(on the 3rd days postinjury),and both of them did not return to control levels on the 56th days following the lesion. Conclusion ? Tub gene expression if inhibited in CNS neurons postinjury. The axotomy signeal and the continuance downregulation of NF mRNA expressioon following spinal cord injury may contribute to the ineffective regeneration response of CNS neurons.
5.ALTERED EXPRESSION OF NEUROFILAMENT GENES IN RAT SENSORY NEURONS OF THE DORSAL ROOT GANGLION AFTER SCIATIC NERVE CRUSH

Objective In order to explore the mechanisms that regulate the expression of genes coding for cytoskeletal proteins during nerve regeneration. Methods In the present study, in situ hybridization was used to examine the changes of light(NF L),medium(NF M)and heavy (NF H)neurofilament protein subunits mRNA in L 4-6 dosal root ganglion (DRG) sensory neurons during nerve regeneration following a unilateral crush of the sciatic nerve. Results The hybridization signals of each neurofilament subunit mRNA were dramatic decrees in DRG sensory neurons post axotomy by light microscope.The signals of NF\|L and NF\|M mRNA were located in cytoplasm of neurons,whereas NF H mRNA was found in both nucleus and cytoplasm of neurons. Conclusion There are the different mechanisms of regulation of neurofilament subunit genes expression,the reduced neurofilament gene expression may represent a general response to axonal injury and plays an important role in effective nerve regeneration.
6.Molecular identification and resistant derterminants of Aeromonas sp .isolated from stool of human

We investigated molecular identification of a group of 14 strains of Aeromonas sp .,and genetic background of re‐sistance to beta‐lactams ,aminoglycosides .From January to December 2012 ,14 strains of Aeromonas sp .were collected from stool from diarrheal patients in enteric clinics in Ningbo First Hospital in Zhejiang Province ,China .Then ,molecular identifica‐tion by 16SrDNA ,23 kinds of beta‐lactamase genes ,6 kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzyme genes ,6 kinds of 16srRNA methylase genes ,and 6 kinds of mobile genetic elements were analyzed by PCR .In addition ,genotyping and sample cluster a‐nalysis were performed .Results showed that 10 strains of A .hydrophila ,1 strain of A .aquariorum ,A .sobria ,A .entero‐pelogenes ,A .punctata were confirmed by 16SrDNA sequencing and arithmetic .Five kinds of beta‐lactamase genes ,4 kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzyme genes ,and 3 kinds of mobile genetic elements were positive .BlaAQU of strain No .4(AQU‐2) and strain No .11(AQU‐3) were new subtypes .It’s suggested that identification of Aeromonas sp .should be performed by molecular identification method .This group of 14 strains of Aeromonas sp .conferred multidrug resistance .
7.Research cumulative paternity index in single-parentage identiifcation with stochastic simulation method

Objective To analyze a large number of Cumulative Paternity Index (CPI) data in Single-parentage identification with stochastic simulation method. Methods Using the software in Identifiler, PP18D, AGCU EX20, PP21, AGCU 21+1 system, 1 million groups of STR genotyping of parent-child were analyzed. The average rate of very low CPI (RVLCPI), the median of PI in every loci (MPI), and the average PI of 39 STR loci (PIsolo) were counted out. And calculation formula of the number of STR loci that need more testing (N) was derived. Results RVLCPI in Identiifler, PP18D, AGCU EX20, PP21, AGCU 21+1 system were 24.9%, 6.5%, 1.4%, 0.7%, 0.000 1%. On the premise of inclusion relations between every kits, the number of autosome STR loci is inversely proportional to RVLCPI. PIsolo was 1.843 2. There was a signiifcant positive correlation between MPI and PEduo (r=0.956, P<0.001). The formula of the number of STR loci that need more testing was N=?log1.843 2(10 000/P)?. Conclusion The result and the formula in this paper are effcient in single-parentage identiifcation.
8.The effect of visible light on apoptosis of cultured human retinal pigment epithelium cells

Objective To observe the effect of visible light on apoptosis of cultured human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells. Methods Being the light source,500lx,(2 000?500)lx and (3 400?200)lx cold white light were used. The duration of exposure was 0,6,12 and 24 hours respectively. Apoptosis was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labelling, Annexin V flunorescein isothiocyanate/Propidium iodium labelling and flow cytometry. Results Apoptosis and necrosis were found in cultured human RPE cells which were exposed to visible light.(1)A significant increase in apoptotic and necrotic percentages was consistent with a higher light intensity.(2)Apoptosis was the main response to shorter (6 h and 12 h) exposure duration,while necrosis was more pronounced correlated to the prolongation of post exposure culture ( P 500 lx) increases the proportion of apoptosis and necrosis of human RPE cells in vitro.The extent is related to exposure intensity and duration. It demonstrates that the lower intensity and the shorter duration of exposure to light are, the more pronounced apoptotic percentages are observed,otherwise necrosis.
9.Percutaneous vertebroplasty:treatment of vertebral osteoporosis fractures with intraosseous cyst

[Objective]To determine the efficacy and characteristics of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treating patients with vertebral osteoporosis fractures combined with intraosseous cyst.[Method]Thirteen cases of vertebral osteoporosis fractures combined with intraosseous cyst were performed with percutaneous vertebroplasty.Bone cement containing appropriate proportion allograft bone powder were injected to vertebral body according to the sererity of osteoporosis and the size of intraosseous cyst.[Result]According to standard of World Health Organization about pain,complete pain relief was in 10,partial in 2,and slight in 1 patient.One case developed bone cement leakage into the paravertebral soft tissues during operation,but there were no clinical signs and symptoms.The next vertebral body fracture was found at sixteen days after percutaneous vertebroplasty in 1 case,and percutaneous vertebroplasty was repeated to relieve his pain.This patient was followed-up for 1 year,and no refracture was observed.[Conclusion]Vertebral osteoporosis fractures combined with intraosseous cyst is a special disease in elderly population.Percutaneous vertebroplasty is effective and it shouled be the first option for treatment of patients with vertebral osteoporosis fractures combined with intraosseous cyst.The complications could be reduced by local treatment combined with anti-osteoporosis drugs and correct rehabilitation.
10.Press fit technique reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with different types of tendon transplants

[Objective]To explore the clinical effects of selecting differents type of tendon transplants to reconstruct anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) using press fit technique.[Method]A total of 101 cases of ACL injury were included in this study,62 cases were athletic injuries,22 cases were traffic injuries,and 17 cases were daily-life injuries.According to patient's condition using different types of tendon transplant in which hamstring-tendon-knot 42 cases,bone-bolt-hamstring tendon knot 32 cases,patella bone-quadriceps tendon 27 cases,the tendon-knot was completely fit-into the bottle-necked femoral tunnel,and the tibial tunnel were pulled ont and seperated into two bundles, then tie a knot to fix the tendons tightly onto the bone bridge.[Result]In this group 98 patients were followed-up,According to the knee joint effective evaluate standard,88 were excellent,6 good and 4 fine.Excellent and good rate was 85.7%.[Conclusion]According to patient's condition,different type of tendon transplant to reconstruct ACL by press fit technique should be selected carefully.It is an method of easy to manipulate,reliable fixation,minimized trauma,biological fixation,economical and free expensive implant technique.
