1.Study on the Influence of Antioxygens on Stability of Rivanol Solution
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To observe the influence of antioxygens(sodium hydrogen sulphite, sodium thiesulfate, disodium edetate)on the stability of rivanol solution.METHODS:The rivanol content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,and the stability of the rivanol solutions containing different antioxygens was observed by accelerated test.RESULTS&CON?CLUSION:Sodium hydrogen sulphite, sodium thiesulfate and EDTA can not improve the stability of rivanol solution and sodi?um thiesulfate can reduce the stability of rivanol solution.
2.Effect of atorvastatin on efficacy and cardiovascular events in patients with unstable angina pectoris
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):318-320
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on the curative effect and cardiovascular events in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods128 patients with UAP were enrolled in Jinhua Central Hospital from August 2014 to August 2016, and 128 patients with UAP were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients were given low salt and low fat diet. Two groups of patients were anti-platelet aggregation, blood pressure, lipid-lowering and other conventional treatment, observation group on the basis of simultaneous atorvastatin calcium 40mg/d, oral, once every month. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C, HDL-C and the incidence of cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThere was no case of cardiac death in the observation group and the control group. The incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was 9.38%, which was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of TC, TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group, respectively. The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAtorvastatin can significantly improve the efficacy of unstable angina treatment, and reduce blood lipid levels, reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events, improve the prognosis.
3.Advance in Neurobiology of Suicide (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(3):263-266
Suicide is a behavior which forms from the interaction of psychological, social and neurobiological factors. In the past 20 years, increasing evidence has indicated that suicidal behavior bases strong neurobiological factors. This article analyzes and categorizes the neurobiological factors of suicide;introduces existing research on the neurobiology of suicide.
4.Significance of detection of anti-SmD1 antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2003;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the significance of anti-SmD1 antibody and other auto-antibod- ies in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Forty-four SLE patients and 136 other rheumatic dis- eases patients were studied. The later group included Sj(?)gren's syndrome, undifferentiated connective tissue disease, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.Immunoblotting was used to measure, the anti-SmD1 antibody,ANuA and anti-SSA60 000 antibody.ANA and anti-dsDNA were detected by indirect immunofluo- rescence, immunodotting was used to measure the anti-Sin antibody. Results The seropositive rate of anti- StuD1 was 47.7% in SLE patients. It was much higher than that of anti-Sm(P

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(5):517-520
Treating different diseases with the same method is a unique original thinking in Chinese medicine, which embodies the spirit of treatment based on syndrome differentiation. We briefly reviewed the origin and development of this concept. We also reviewed that thinking of combination of disease and syndrome is its premise and foundation. We put forward the conditionality of diseases in treating different diseases with the same method by cutting-in modern biological basic researches, that is to say, one kind specific diseases or disease of one specific system. We emphasized the importance of diseases conditionality in treating different diseases with the same method, which was of great significance in studies on combination of disease and syndrome, correspondence of prescription and syndrome, and modern biological basic researches of treating different diseases with the same method.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(01):-
Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) was done successfully in 33 patients,6 of them were associated with 8 acute coronary events. Radioimmunoassay was used for the determination of plasmaET,AII and CGRP levels. The samples were drawn successively from femoral artery just before PTCA and 0min, 15min,1h,3h,24h after the final balloon inflation. The results showed that the levels of plasma AII were higher in the complication group than those of noncomplication group before PTCA and 0min, 24h after PTCA. The differences in plasma ET levels before and after PTCA between the complication group and the non-complication group were not significant. The level of plasma CGRP was decreased at 15min and returned to basal level at 1h after PTCA in the complication group. In the patients without complication, there were no significant differences in their plasma CGRP levels before and after PTCA. All + ET/CGRP in the complication group raised more rapidly, recovered later and the peak appeared earlier than that of non-complication group. For a better understanding pathophysiologic meaning of the above changes, further studies are needed.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(03):-
Objective To inquire clinical effects of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous hysteromyoma. Methods A retrospective analysis regarding curative effects of hysteroscopic electroresection in 72 cases of submucous hysteromyoma was carried out. Results The resected myoma was 1.5~7 cm in diameter, and the number of resected myoma was 1~3. The operation time was 10~90 min (mean, 30 min). The operation was accomplished on one session in all the 72 cases. No uterine perforation, bleeding and bowel injuries took place. Postoperative follow-up for 4~20 months in the 72 cases reported a satisfaction rate of 97 2% (70/72). Out of 6 patients who had pregnancy desire, 2 were pregnant with child and 1 of them had a delivery. Conclusions Hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous hysteromyoma is safe and effective. It can markedly improve the menstruation and elevate the pregnancy rate.

Rong YANG ; Zhi SHAO ; Yong ZHENG
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To explore the effect of psychotherapy in treating middle school students with IAD (internet addiction disorder). Methods: 23 cases of middle school students with IAD had been treated by cognitive therapy or behavior therapy. The IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale were used to evaluate the effect before and after therapy. Results: After therapy, the total scores and most dimensions scores in IAD scale, SCL-90 scale and SDS scale decreased significantly than that before therapy. Conclusions: Psychotherapy especially cognitive therapy and behavior therapy is an effective in treating middle school students with IAD.
