Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(2):200-201
Objective To explore and compare the effect of sevoflurane and disoprofol to inflammatory factors in patients received abdominal surgeries. Methods Patients with sevoflurane and disoprofol respectively were anaesthetized and detected IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in their serum at T1 (when anesthesia induction),T2 (after anesthesia induction),T3 (30min after beginning of operations) and T4 (after operations). Results Compared with T1,the serum level of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α increased significantly in all patients(all P < 0.05) ; Compared with disoprofol group, the serum level of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α increased significantly (all P < 0.05) ; Compared with sevoflurane group, the serum level of IL-10 increased significantly(all P < 0.05).Conclusion Intravenous anesthesia with disoprofol in patients receiving abdominal operations is proper for maintenance of inflammatory balance.

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2000;0(03):-
Objective The investitgation of vascularized periosteal flap with dorsal branch of anterior interossea vessel was performed to provide anatomical basis for periosteal flap transposition. Methods The courses, branches, distribution and anastomosis of the dorsal branch of anterior interossea vessel were observed on 30 sides of adult cadavers' upper extremities and stimulated operation were perfomed. Results The dorsal branch penetrate out of interosseous membrane of forearm at (6. 6? 1. 4) cm upper the styloid process of the radius. It also sent off branches to the dorsal of ulna and radius that consist the periosteal flap. The dorsal branch send off lateral and medial branch about (2. 6?0. 8) cm upper the styloid process of the radius. The end of the branch anastomoses with dorsal carpal branch of the ulnar and radial vessel' Conclusion The pedicled osteoperiosteal flap can be transferred for repairing the fracture nonunion of ulna and radius and transpose reversely to repair scaphoid and innate bone disease'

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the protective effect of exogenous oxygen and superoxide dismutase (SOD) on acute spinal cord injury. Methods A rabbit model of L2 spinal cord injury was produced by Allen's method, and then the rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, the rabbits received exogenous oxygen, SOD or both 30 min after injury. 12h after injury, the amount of MDA and SOD of spinal tissues were determined, and pathological changes of spinal cord were observed at the fourth weeks after injury. Results Combinant administration of exogenous oxygen and SOD could inhibit MDA production and increase SOD activities, effect of which was stronger that single administration (P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(10):-
Modern management is in essence management of people and the idea and strategy of humanistic management infiltrate into various management activities of a hospital. Our hospital has attempted to enhance the ideological quality and vocational level of the nursing staff by the theory of humanistic management. As a result of such measures as stimulating the nursing staff's thirst for knowledge, enlarging the scope of rewards, increasing the work pressure of young nurses in a proper way, providing room for the free development of head nurses, implementing dynamic management, and adopting democratic management with a high degree of openness, the ideological quality of the nurses has been greatly enhanced. At the same time, measures have been taken to ensure from 3 links that their vocational level keeps improving as well.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate distribution status and drug-resistance of pathogens from infected urinary tract and offer scientific evidence for reasonably clinical usage of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 336 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from urinary tract infection from 2003 to 2007 were identified, and antibiotic susceptibility test was performed by K-B methods.RESULTS The total isolating rate of Gram-negative bacilli was 78.3%.And that of Gram-positive cocci was 16.4%.Escherichia coli accounted for 64.9%,ranking the first.Except for 100% sensitive to vancomycin in Gram-positive cocci and 100% sensitive to imipenem in Gram-negative bacilli, all pathogens were resistant to the other antibiotics in different degrees. The detection rate of extensive-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) producers in E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were 25.7% and 28.0%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS The drug-resistance of pathogenic bacteria from infected urinary tract emergs in Yinshan County. We should adopt effective measurement to prevent and control it.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To probe the changes of nitric oxide (NO) content and caspase-3 mRNA expression in hippocampus and the correlation between NO and caspase-3 mRNA expression post-status epilepticus (SE). Methods The models of SE were induced by pilocarpine. The nitric oxide content was detected by chromatometry and caspase-3 mRNA expression was observed by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method. Results The level of NO increased rapidly at 6~72 h post-SE,and was still significantly higher than that of the controls (all (P)0.05).Conclusions The peak expression of nitric oxide is earlier than caspase-3 mRNA post-SE, although they have the similar diversity tendency. Nitric oxide pathway is definitely involved in the seizure initiation and correlated with caspase-3 activation.

Objective To explore significance of Ligustrazine on acute cerebral infarction rat model and its effects on hydrogen sulfide, plasma bilirubin and oxidized low density lipoprotein level. Methods 100 healthy SD rats, ( 250 ±30 ) g, male or female, were divided into five groups ( control group, sham operation group, model group, western medicine group, and Ligustrazine group) ,each had 20.Experimental groups prepared focal cerebral ischemia model with suture method.Normal group, model group and the sham group once daily intravenous injected sterile saline 10 mL, Ligustrazine intravenous injection group injected Ligustrazine 10 mL/(kg? d), the WM group intravenous injected atorvastatin 10 mL/(kg? d).Half of the rats were sacrificed at 10 days of the experiment to detect the relevant indicators, at 20 days, the remaining rats in each group were sacrificed.Blood hydrogen sulfide, plasma bilirubin and oxidized LDL levels were detected, and brain pathology change were observed. Results Compared with control group and sham group, in Ligustrazine group and western medicine group, hydrogen sulfide and plasma bilirubin levels increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after 20 days of treatment, compared with western medicine group Ligustrazine group hydrogen sulfide and plasma bilirubin levels rose more significant (P<0.05).Compared with control group and sham group, in Ligustrazine group and western medicine group, OxLDL levels decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after 20 days of treatment, compared with western medicine group, OxLDL levels in Ligustrazine group decreased more significant ( P<0.05 ) .The rats brain histopathology examination showed that, Ligustrazine group:few nerve cell death, cytoplasm loose and swelling reduced significantly;WM group:condensation nuclei rare, brain edema relieve;model rats: brain tissue surrounding the nerve yuan swelling and the emergence of shrinkage, nuclear condensation within the infarct cells and vascular necrosis of normal tissue disappeared, fuzzy structure, interstitial edema; the control group and the sham-operated rats: normal cell morphology, distribution, no cortical Ministry pale infarction. Conclusion Ligustrazine can increase acute hydrogen sulfide, plasma bilirubin levels in rats with cerebral infarction, elevate level of oxidized low-density lipoprotein, has clinical significance.
