3.Study on pharmacological action of flavonoids
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):441-443
Objective To study the pharmacological action and clinical application of flavonoids.MethodsThe pharmacological effects of flavonoids were analyzed, and the related literatures were searched and analyzed. This paper describes the pharmacological action mechanism and clinical application of flavonoids, analyzes its biological activity, combined with the related structure and function, and gives a more detailed description of the study of flavonoids.ResultsAfter analysis, the pharmacological effects of flavonoids on human cardiovascular system, digestive system, nervous system, immune system, and so on have a certain impact. The effect of flavonoids on the nervous system is mainly manifested in the analgesic, anti-inhibition and anti-aging.The antibacterial and antiviral effects of flavonoids are mainly antibacterial, antiviral activity and anti HIV activity.Flavonoids have good protective effects on liver injury, such as chemical liver injury, alcoholic liver injury, immunological liver injury, reperfusion liver injury and so on.Flavonoids can inhibit the growth and reproduction of tumor cells, and can promote the expression of tumor suppressor genes and promote the proliferation of tumor cells. The chemical structure of flavonoids is similar to that of estrogen, which is a kind of isoflavone, which has the physiological action of estrogen, and has a certain effect on estrogen.ConclusionThe flavone is extracted from various plants, belonging to the polyphenol compounds, with certain biological activity, were analyzed for the clinical application of its pharmacological action, has many applications of anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immunoregulation and liver protection and analgesic, a variety of biological activity, is widely applied in clinical.

Objective:In order to study the immunofunction and cytokine’s role in sIL-2R and TNF? in clinical remission leprosy patients, and get more knowledge of leprosy’s immunopathogenesis. Methods:Serum TNF? and sIL-2R were measured in 62 clinical remission lerosy patients and their 28 direct relatives in Lanxi of Zhejiang Province. Local normal persons were randomly selected as controls. Results:The TNF? in all clinical remission leprosy patients lowered significantly( P

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(1):1-4
Objective To investigate behavioral disposition of nurses in emergency room and analyze influential factors. Methods A total of 200 nurses from the emergency room participated in the survey using demographic questionnaire and the nursing behavior questionnaire. Results The total average score of the nursing behavior was(3.13±0.54),and the influential factors included the level of hospital, the time span for the job and the continued education on the infectious diseases(all P<0.01).Conclusions The nursing behaviors was at the medium level. The nursing administrators should provide the nurses with personal protection apparatus, strengthen education on infectious diseases and use incentive mechanism so as to improve the ER nurses' nursing behavior.

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of labeling skin of inner mongolia cashmere goats with BrdU,and to optimize its immunohistochemical conditions. Methods:We injected different dose of BrdU into the neck vein of cashmere goats, then we took samples from the back skin of the goats, fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.Next the samples were embedded with paraffin and sectioned. We examined the samples with immunohistochemical technology to test the effect of the influencing factors to labeling results as the BrdU injection, such as dosage, the concentration of second antibody and streptavidin-peroxidase,the way of antigen pretreatment, and DNA denature temperature. Results:We observed red BrdU positive cells in labeled goats whereas not in the control.Meanwhile,in the samples of the unlabeled goats or those incubated with PBS,no nuclear staining is observed. Conclusion:BrdU can be used for labeling of inner mongolia cashmere goats in vivo, which have no obvious dosage effect. The best condition of labeling is that puttig the section in 2 mol/L HCl 30 min at 37℃,in trypsin 30 min at 37℃.The most appropriate concentration of biotin-conjugated second antibody and streptavidin-peroxidase is 1∶100,under which the results of immunohistochemical are the best.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To explore the differentially expressed genes of gastric cancer, matched normal gastric tissue and premalignant lesions. Methods The differentially expressed cDNA bands were isolated and identified by fluorescent differential display and then reamplified by PCR.After being cloned, all cDNA fragments were sequenced. Through BLAST,the results were compared with GenBank database for homology analysis. The expression of the cDNA fragment in different tissues was confirmed by Northern blot. SMART-RACE(rapid amplication of cDNA ends) was used to amplify the full length cDNA sequence. Bioinformatics analysis was performed to analysis its function. Results A differentially expressed cDNA fragment expressed lower in gastric cancers and premalignant lesions,no homology was found in GenBank. The novel cDNA fragment was given an accession number of EST(CD454989)in GenBank. A full length cDNA sequence of 1362 bp was acquired, who coded 267 amino acids, and was homologous with BAA91562.1,whose physiology function was unknown. Conclusion A differentially expressed gene was found and it may be involved in process of the gastric cancer.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To study expression of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) in human endometrium. Methods The expression of CFTR mRNA and protein from 50 samples of normal cyclic human endometrium was examined by in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting respectively. Results CFTR mRNA and protein expressions were only detected in the endometrial glandular cells with cyclic changes. CFTR mRNA could be detected from the midproliferative phase with the highest level found in the late proliferative phase, significantly higher than those of late-secretory phase endometrium ( P
