1.Study on Hospital Information System
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Hospital Information System(HIS) contributes a lot to the management of the hospital with the personnel flow, the material flow, the fund flow and the information flow well-regulated.The construction of HIS has to be based on general scheme, and then the sub-systems are established separately,at last all sub-systems are integrated to form a system, that is HIS,to realize the modernization of the hospital management.
2.Preparation and in Vitro Release Behavior of Paclitaxel Microsphere
China Pharmacy 2007;0(34):-
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formulation parameters of poly1,3-bis(p-carboxyphenoxy) propane-sebacic acid (P(CPP∶SA)) microsphere and evaluate its drug release performance in vitro. METHODS: The paclitaxel microspheres were prepared by single emulsion method, and the effects of the factors such as the stirring speed (A),P(CPP∶SA) concentration (B),emulsifier polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) concentration (C) on encapsulation efficiency were evaluated by orthogonal test. The surface morphology of the prepared microsphere was observed and its drug release performance in vitro was evaluated. RESULTS: The optimal formulation of the microsphere obtained was as follows: A was 4 000 r?min-1,B was 80 mg?mL-1 and C was 1%,respectively. The morphology of microspheres was round and intact. The encapsulation efficiency of paclitaxel was up to above 90%. The sustained release duration was 30 days with an accumulative release rate of over 80%. CONCLUSION: Paclitaxel microspheres prepared by optimal formula display a high encapsulation efficiency and satisfactory sustained-release pattern.

4.ApoE Gene Polymorphism and Primary Osteoporosis
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
In recent years, scientific reports say that ApoE genotypes not only influence lipid metabolism but also affect bone metabolism through vitamin K. Primary osteoporosis is mainly regulated by genes and the interaction of genes and environmental factors also affects primary osteoporosis. This review focused on the mechanism of the influence of ApoE gene on bone mineral density and interaction of ApoE gene and environment factors in the determination of primary osteoporosis.
5.On Physician-Patient Communication Behavior and Its Standardized Management
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
This study explores the association between physician-patient communication and healthcare service quality, and relevant factors. The physician-patient communication belongs to medical behaviors, and plays a key role in the improvement of physician-patient relationship and the overall healthcare service quality. The consults of physician-patient communication were affected by many factors including physicians' attitude, and usage of words and behaviors,in which the positive attitude and behaviors are key solution to the improvement physician-patient relationship. Therefore the urgent matters are to strengthen standardized management of physician-patient communication, and set up related regulations and effective measure.
7.Expression and regulatory mechanism of microRNA-133 in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2014;(9):641-644
As small non-coding RNAs,microRNAs (miRNAs)have been recognized as important reg-ulatory factors in the post-transcription regulation network.Studies have shown that miR-133a and miR-133b, as members of miR-133 family, can regulate the expression of target genes such as epidermal growth factor receptor and oncogene. They regulate the mitogen-activated protein kinases and protein kinase B signaling path-ways,which affect tumor cell proliferation, invasion and migration.MiR-133 plays a key role in the process of tumor development and progression, suggesting that it could be served as a new target for cancer treatment.
8.Clinical effect of CAG regimen on patients with acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2010;19(10):607-609
Objective To explore the efficacy and side effect of CAG (G-CSF, aclarubicin and cytarabine) priming chemotherapy for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods 54 patients with AML at diagnosis and relapse or MDS were'enrolled for the initial treatment with CAG regimen. Patients who have achieved complete remission (CR) were treated with various regimens. Results The total effective rate was 72.2 %, complete remission rate was 48.1% and partial remission rate was 24.1%. The incidence of granulocyte deficiency was 40.7 %(22/54). The severe infection rate was 24.1%(13/54). One case died of function damage in liver. The study includes 36 patients below 60 years, 18 patients above 60 years, and overall effective cases are 28 (77.8 %), 11 (61.1%),respectively. There was significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion CAG regimen is effective and well tolerated in remission for AML and MDS-RAEB.
9.Induced pluripotent stem cells in bone tissue regeneration:how to achieve clinical application in orthopedic surgery as soon as possible?
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(23):3761-3767
BACKGROUND:Biomaterial combined with stem cels is revealing a bright future in bone tissue regeneration in orthopedic surgery. Induced pluripotent stem cels have better cel sources and characteristic, which have become a hotspot of stem cel field. OBJECTIVE:To review the research history, preparation method, cel characteristics of induced pluripotent stem cels and the research developments in orthopeadic surgery so far. METHODS:A computer-based search of CNKI and PubMed was performed for articles about induced pluripotent stem cels and their applications in the field of orthopeadic surgery published from 1999 to 2014. Typical and creative research achievements were enroled in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Studies have shown that induced pluripotent stem cels have a potential application prospect in bone tissue regeneration, and they also show a satisfying biocompatibility with various scaffold materials, in which, the induced pluripotent stem cels can maintain a good osteogenetic potential. Detection methods and smal-molecule compounds have been discovered gradualy for cartilage regeneration. But how to effectively induce the chondrogenic differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cels and to realize the clinical applications need further research.
10.The role of IL-17 in tumor angiogenesis and metastasis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(9):1004-1008
Th17 cells have recently emerged as a third independent helper T(Th) cell subset that is different from the classical Th1 and Th2 cells.Th17 cells can specifically secrete IL-17 and play an important role in tumorigenesis and metastasis. In this article, we review the origin and differentiation regulation of Th17 cells, the relationship between IL-17 and tumor microenvironment, angiogenesis and metastasis, and try to provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
