1.Correlation between clinical parameters of multi-thermotherapy and therapeutic effect in cancer treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):835-838
Although single thermotherapy has certain curative effect for cancer treatment,it normally leads to the recurrence of tumor in clinical application.Multi-thermotherapy could be an effective approach to solve the problem.Multi-thermotherapy not only kills the tumor cells by heating cells above the physiological temperature, but also induces the anti-tumor immunity of the body to further kill the tumor cells. In order to obrain optimal treatment effect, the time interval of thermotherapy is often set once or twice a week for the consideration of thermotolerance.

[Objective]To investigave the feasibility of commensalism of stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells and to study the preliminary results of graft of stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells for the treatment of spinal cord injury.[Method]Under the condition of sterility, the stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells were collected from the embryon of induced labor for 4 to 6 months and the patients. The stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells were cultured individually until transduced generation, then were cultured together and transplanted into the place where the spinal cord was injuried in the patient.[Result]Eight patients who had the spinal cord injury were treated with the graft of stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells and were followed up for 1 to 6 months after the operation. One case with the T_(5~7) spinal cord injury got the recovery of superfical and deep sensation of the lower limbs. The other 7 patients had not obvious recovery.[Conclusion]There was no appearance of inhibition when the stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells were cultured together. The united graft of the stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells for the treatment of spinal cord injury is safe with the short-term observation.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of the plasma cyclic nucleotide in patients with pregnancy-in-duced hypertension. Methods :To observe the level of the plasma cAMP by radio competitive protein bind-ing assay and level of the p lasma cGMP by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results:The contents of the plasmacAMP and cGMP were significantly higher in PIH group than those in the controls. Plasma cAMP showedthe negative correlation to postpartum MAP. Conclusion:cAMP and cGMP had synergy on antagonizingthe contraction evoked by Ca2+. This was an effective compensatory protective mechanism of PIH.

Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(5):333-336
Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is the most frequent cause of glomerular disease in children,it can deve-lop many complications, including infection, thrombosis and acute kidney injury, while acute adrenocortical suppression is a complication of some drugs administration. This review focuses on the pathophysiology and management of common complications in patients with NS.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;17(9):1360-1363
Objective To investigate the effect of medical student involvement on the quality of actual cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).Methods A digital video-recording system was used to record and analyze CPR procedures for adult patients from March 2011 to September 2012.Results Twenty-six student-involved and 40 non-student-involved cases were studied. The chest compression rate in the studentinvolved group was significantly higher than that in the non-student-involved group (P < 0.01).The proportion of compressions atabove 110 cpm was higher in the student-involved group (P =0.021),whereas the proportion at 90 ~ 110 cpm was lower in the student-involved group (P =0.015).The ratio of hands-off time to total manual compression time was significantly lower in the student-involved group than in the non-student-involved group (P < 0.05).In contrast, the student-involved group delivered a higher ventilation rate compared with the non-student-involved group (P < 0.05).The observed time delay to first compression and first ventilation was very similar between the groups. There were no significant differences between groups in either return of spontaneous circulation or time from survival to discharge. Conclusions Student-involved resuscitation teams were able to perform good CPR,with higher compression rates and fewer interruptions. However, the supervision from medical staff is still needed to ensure appropriate chest compression and ventilation rate in student-involved actual CPR in the emergency department.

Objective:Venous indwelling needle has been widely used in clinical treatment as a replacement of scalp acupuncture, and keeps constantly upgrading. Emergency use and nutrient supply by intravenous infusion through venous indwelling needle. The article discusses venous indwelling needle in clinical treatment for dermatological patients. Methods:It compares different complications through two different puncture and sealing methods of venous indwelling needle. Results:It summarizes highly possible complications during and after operating venous indwelling needle, and it proves that the latest puncture and sealing methods of venous indwelling needle could be better for those patients with skin damage, according to the different states of their skin and vein. Conclusion:For dermatological patients, their skin and vein could be protected effectively through the latest clinical methods of venous indwelling needle. The occurrence of many complications and patients’ pain could also be reduced.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To explore the outcome and diagnostic methods of umbilical cord winds of the perinatal. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2350 cases of umbilical cord winds in our hospital was conducted. We selected 2400 cases as control. We calculated both the incidence rate of cesarean section, fetal distress and neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy. Results Umbilical cord winds accounted for 20.1 percent of the total number of deliveries in the same period. The incidence rate of fetal distress and cesarean section was significantly high. Bsound ultra was 98.9% diagnosis. The electronic fetal care was 99.7% in diagnosis. Color Doppler ultrasound was 100% in diagnosis. Conclusion Umbilical cord winds is a common complication of pregnancy, and decision is also an important factor for delivery mode. Umbilical cord winds will increase obviously in the incidence of fetal distress and perinatal morbidity. The main method for prenatal diagnosis is the color Doppler ultrasound examination, such as B - and E - fetal care. Color Doppler ultrasound technique is the best way for non - invasive is observation of intrauterine blood circulation changes. In helpful for the judge of the progress and outcome of pregnancy, fetal growth and development of the situation.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the magneto-heating effect and cytotoxicity of the carbonyl iron powder as a feasibility for arterial embolization hyperthermia. Methods Different doses of carbonyl iron powder suspensions were prepared in vitro(10 mg/ml,100%;10 mg/ml,50%;or 64 g/L phenol solutions),and heated for 20 minutes in an alternating magnetic field(49.9,79.9,and 110.2 Oe).The influences of the doses of suspensions and currency of magnetic field on the heating effect were observed.Meanwhile, mouse fibroblast L-929 cells were cultured with the suspensions for 2,4,or 7 days. The morphology and relative growth rate(RGR) of the cells were determined by microscopy and MTT assay. The cytotoxicity of the suspensions was then classified. Results The heating ability of the carbonyl iron powder increased with the suspension concentration and the strength of the magnetic field.A optimal therapeutic temperature was achieved at 110.2 Oe with 60 mg/ml carbonyl iron powder suspension. The L-929 cells showed normal morphology after been treated by the carbonyl iron powder(10 mg/ml 100% solution and 50% solution) for 2,4 and 7 days with the 0-1 degree cytotoxicity. Conclusion The carbonyl iron powder has good heating effect under the alternating magnetic field, and is compatible with the tested cells.

Methods 134 nursing undergraduate students before the internship and 70 nursing teachers were recruited in this study. A self-made questionnaire was distributed to these students and teachers to explore their requirements and needs in the development of the standardized teaching wards. Results The majority of students and nursing teachers thought that it was necessary to design and develop the standardized teaching wards for the nursing students and the six items of this study were accepted by them. Conclusion The standardized teaching wards will be designed and developed according to the six items of this study.
