3.Coordinated care delivery:theory and policy implications
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(9):641-644
Concept of coordinated care delivery is clearly defined, before a comparative analysis is made between such a concept and the integrated care delivery concept which is popular overseas and similar. On such basis,a theory framework is established for building and implementing such care delivery in line with the integrated theory of care delivery systems.Coordinated care delivery system now in place in China aims at rationally delivering medical resources, services and patients to primary institutions,by means of efficiently distributing resources and service systems and integrating care delivery flows, thus offering patients with cost effective and appropriate services and optimizing the care delivery system.
4.Research progress of post-susceptibility genes with bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(6):476-478
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is one of the most common serious chronic respiratory diseases in premature infants. In recent years,BPD has been significantly increasing with the improved survival rate of extremely preterm babies.About 10% of neonates with mechanical ventilation might suffer from BPD,and this may lead to a great burden and costs to both the family and the society.A variety of risk factors has been proposed to be associated with BPD in preterm infants. However recent abroad researches indicated that genetic factors might predispose to BPD of preterm neonates, and initial results of domestic related researches inferred that several susceptibility genes might contribute to BPD development in Han preterm infants. This review focuses on recent publications related to genetic factors that may potentially contribute to BPD.
5.Evaluation of Renal Function in Children with Hydronephrosis
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(05):-
Hydronephrosis is one of the most common urological diseases in children. Most of hydronephrosis caused by ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Whether these children need operations were being argued. The current tendency is when the renal function become worse, operation is suggested needed,in order to save the renal function. So the methods how to evaluate the renal function are especially important, this article related to the current research and review.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM To study the effects of vitamin E succinate (VES) on the cell growth and the DNA synthesis of human gastric carcinoma cell (SGC 7901). METHODS The growth curve was determined with counting viable cell numbers. The colony formations were counted with Giemsa dye staining. The cell cycle was analyzed using flow cytometry (FCM) and the DNA synthesis was observed with the 3H TdR incorporation method. RESULTS VES could inhibit the growth and colony formation of SGC 7901 cells. Growth curve display:after SGC 7901 cells were treated with 5 mg?L -1 、10 mg?L -1 and 20 mg?L -1 VES for seven days, the inhibition rate are 41 2%、98 3% and 100%, respectively. The colony formation of SGC 7901 cell at 24 h was inhibited 6 7%、50 4%、87 2%, and at 48 h was 24 7%、73 4%、100%, respectively. FCM analysis revealed that VES could decrease the percentage of cells in G 2 M phase after treated 48 h in a dose dependent manner, while increase the percentage of cells in S pheise. The assays of 3H TdR incorporation into DNA showed obvious inhibition dose dependently after exposure to VES for 48 h. CONCLUSION VES could inhibit gastric carcinoma cell growth by arresting DNA synthesis in vitro .

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1993;0(03):-
Objective To explore the clinical and laboratory characteristics of langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) in children, so as to improve diagnosis level and decrease misdiagnosis rate. Methods Twenty-five cases of LCH from Jan.1996 to Feb.2006 were analyzed by retrospective study. The clinical data were collected and abstracted for information regarding clinical symptom, physical sign, laboratory examination, imaging, pathology, diagnosis and treatment. Results Some laboratory findings in hemogram, bone marrow examination and chest X-ray were non-specific.The X-ray characteristic of skeleton was osteolysis. Computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging were important in defining the extent of lesion in fundus cranii and sella.Seven cases were examined for anti-Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) IgM, 3 cases were positive;5 and 3 cases out of 10 cases showed humoral and cellular immunity abnormality, respectively. The misdiagnosis rate was 52%,1 case had been misdiagnosed for 7 years. Chemotherapy was effective in the future. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of LCH varies widely, leading to high rate of misdiagnosis. The etiology of LCH is unclear, and some of our patients show the evidence of EBV infection or immunity abnormality. Definitive diagnosis of LCH is based on pathology. Ultrastructure and immunophenotype should be done to improve diagnosis level.
