Objective To study the effect of ultrasound guided curettage after methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of endogenous caesarean scar pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 43 patients of endogenous caesarean scar pregnancy undergoing treatment of ultrasound guided curettage after methotrexate and mifepristone.Results 39 cases were successful,4 cases were transformed to laparotomy because of intraoperative blood loss,7 cases of bleeding after curettage were successful by uterine carity placed double lumina Foley catheter. Conclusion Ultrasound guided curettage after methotrexate and mifepristone is a safe,effective,little trauma and low cost method in the treatment of endogenous caesarean scar pregnancy,it especially adapts to primary hospital.

Objective To search for new tumor markers from urine of bladder transitional cell carcinomas. Methods Urine samples from 61 bladder cancer patients who were histologically diagnosed and 53 healthy volunteers and 42 cases with other urogenital diseases were analyzed using surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) IMAC-Cu-3 ProteinChip technology,which can specifically bind the metal-combining-proteins.Proteomic spectra were generated by mass spectrometry.A blinded test set was used to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the differentially expressed markers. Results Four differentialy expressed potential markers were identified.Their corresponding molecular weights were 3445,3703,3896 and 5932, respectively.The 3445 protein was identified as ?-defensin,with its sensitivity for diagnosing bladder cancer being 80% and specificity being 75%.The sensitivity of 3703 protein was 32%,while its specificity was 94%.97% of the patients who were positive for 3703 protein were with high grade and invasive bladder cancer.The sensitivity for 3896 and 5932 proteins were 78% and 55%;the specificity for them were 40% and 35%,respectively. Conclusions SELDI-TOF-MS ProteinChip technology is a quick,easy and practical,high throughput analytic method.It can screen out several relatively specific,potential markers from urine of bladder cancer patients,so it has better clinical feasibility.

Methods Renal allograft from DA rat was transplanted to Lewis rat. Objective:To explore the regulatory effect of Hsf 1 on PLC/PRF5 hepatoma cells proliferation.Methods: By shRNA gene silencing technology ,constructed PLC/PRF5 hepatoma cell line of Hsf 1 gene silencing.To detect the expression of Hsf 1, p53 and Rb proteins in PLC/PRF5 hepatoma cells by Western blot.The proliferation of PLC/PRF5 cell line was observed by methylthiazolyl tetrazolium assay ( MTT ) , plate clone formation assay ( PCFA ) and cell cycle assay.Results: shRNA-Hsf1 could significantly inhibit the expression of Hsf 1 in PLC/PRF5 cells.It could induce PLC/PRF5 cells stopping at G1 phase of cell cycle , inhibit cell proliferation and colonal formation;silencing Hsf1 caused up-regulation of p53 and Rb proteins expression in PLC/PRF5 cells.Conclusion: Silencing Hsf1 is involved in up-regulation of p53 and Rb proteins expression , which results in inhibiting proliferation of PLC/PRF5 hepatoma cells.

Objective To discuss drug application and nursing experience during CT contrast enhancement in infants.Methods CT contrast enhancement with Ultravist,one of the non-ionic contrast media,was performed on 202 infants.Before examination,all the infants were calmed with Diazepam or Chloral Hydrate(10% in concentration).The doses of the drugs were determined by the weight of these infants.Results Non-ionic contrast media was not absolutely safe and a few infants had side effects.Only 7 infants had positive allergic tests.The results of CT contrast enhancement on 202 infants were satisfied.Conclusion During CT enhancement,appropriate use of contrast media and sedatives as well as proper nursing according to the infants’ age will get a better result.

Objective:To determine the sensitivity of SMMC-7721 cells to mDRA-6,the synergistic damage effect of mDRA-6 and adriamycin on human hepatocellular carcimoma cell lines and its possible mechanism.Methods:SMMC-7721 cells were cultured with RPMI1640 medium in regular condition.The morphology was observed by microscope.Cytotoxicity was examined by MTT assay. Apoptosis were detected by flow cytometry.Results:(1)The apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells could be induced by mDRA-6,1.89 ?g/ml of mDRA-6 cound kill 36% of the cells;(2)Concentration-dependent cytotoxicity of adriamycin was exhibited in SMMC-7721 cells;(3)The combination of mDRA-6 and adriamycin exhibited synergistic effect on SMMC-7721 cells.2 ?g/ml of mDRA6 and 40 ng/ml of adriamycin killed 60%SMMC-7721.Conclusion:MDRA-6 can induce SMMC-7721 cell apoptosis.The combination of mDRA-6 and adriamycin exhibit synergistic effect on SMMC-7721 cells.
