3.Relationship among Social Support Coping Style and Mental Health on University Librarians
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):449-451
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship among social support, coping style and mental health on university librarians.Methods421 librarians were assessed with the symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90),social support rating scale (SSRS) and simplified coping style questionnaire (SCSQ) in 2005. ResultsSome factor of SCL-90 negatively correlated with utility percentage of social support(P<0.05), and positively correlated with passive coping style(P<0.05). Except utility percentage, the other three factors of social support showed significant difference among different academic titles (P<0.05), and it was significant different (P<0.05) on passive coping factor among them. The score of social support improved with ages except for utility percentage (P<0.05).On positive coping factor but not negative, there were significant difference among different age groups(P<0.05). ConclusionThe social support and coping style obviously correlate with the mental health of university librarians.
4.Research progress on vesicle-associated membrane protein 8
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(9):1143-1148
Membrane fusion is essential for all life activities of eukaryotes and the fusion process requires the interaction of different vesicular transporters, which are highly conserved in eukaryotes,to coordinate specifically and facilitate the fusion of different biofilms. Vesicle associated membrane protein 8(VAMP8)mainly locates in vesicular as well as lysosomal membranes, and plays a vital role in the fusion of many different biofilms. This paper focused on the molecular structure, transcriptional regulation,post-translational modification and biological function of VAMP8 as well as the research progress on its correlation with human diseases,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases and the development of effective therapeutics targeting VAMP8.

6.Effects of photodynamic therapy on microvessels and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in transplanted mouse Heps liver carcinoma
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(04):-
Objective: Hitherto there has been no report on the changes of microvessels and the expression of angiogenic factors after photodynamic therapy(PDT) of liver carcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PDT on the microvessels and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factors(VEGF) in tumor cells. Methods: The mice models subcutaneously transplanted with Heps liver carcinoma were randomly divided into a PDT group(n= 28) and a control group(n= 28).The dynamic changes of the microvessels and VEGF expression in the tumor cells were observed at 2,6,24 and 72 h after PDT by H-E and immunohistochemical staining. Results: Progressive changes were seen in the tumor microvessels at the four time points after PDT,including dilatation, blood stasis, hypostasis, hemorrhage, and angiolysis.Compared with the control group, the microvessel density of the tumors was reduced significantly(P

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(8):740-742
The incidence of swallowing disorder is high in previous research both in oral and pharyngeal stage, and there are many related factors contributing to the assessment of swallowing function. This article reviewed the research progress of dysphagia after traumatic brain injury (TBI) from epidemiology, assessment methods, characteristics, risk factors, therapeutic strategies and clinical outcome。
8.Amnioreduction in management of twin-twin transfusion syndrome
Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2009;12(3):194-196
Objective To find out the clinical outcomes of twin-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) after aminioreduction. Methods Twenty-nine pregnancies with TTTS delivered in Beijing Gynecological and Obstetric Hospital from Nov. 1, 2002 to Sept. 30, 2007 were recruited. The effect of gestational age at the onset, the degree of TTTS and amnioreduction therapy on the fetal outcomes were compared. Results All of the 8 cases with the onset of TTTS before 26 weeks without treat- ment were lost, but 4 out of the 6 with the onset after 26 weeks survived (P=0. 015). Among the 9 cases received amnioreduction, 4 out of the 5 with onset before 26 weeks survived, and significant difference was found compared to those untreated ones (P= 0. 007), but no difference was shown when compared with those developed after 26 weeks(4/4)(P= 1. 000). The average delivery weeks in the untreated ones was earlier than those received treatment E(28.7±4.7)weeks vs (33.2±4.9) weeks, P=0. 001]. Amnioreduction improved the umbilical cord blood flow. For severe TTTS(stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ) with the onset before 26 weeks, the survival rate after amnioreduction was significantly high- er than those untreated ones[4/5 vs 0/5, P=0. 048)]. Conclusions Aminioreduetion is effective in improving the cord blood flow, prolonging the pregnancies, and achieving a higher fetal survival rate.
9.Effects of hirudin on cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):248-251
Objective To study the biological effects of hirudin on the cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar. Methods Fibroblasts were taken from normal skin and hypertrophic scar, and cultured in vitro with various concentrations of hirudin. Then, flow cytometry was used for observing cellcycles, and Western blot for some proteins (p27 and cyclin E) related with cell circle. Results With the increasing of the concentrations of hirudin, fibroblasts on G1 phase increased and on S phase decreased, and the expression of protein p27 increased, but that of protein cyclin E decreased. Conclusion Hirudin can influence the cell circle of fibroblasts derived from normal skin and hypertrophic scar by means of the expression of some proteins related with celI circle.Hirudin causes G1 phase arrest and inhibits the production of fibroblasts. Therefore,it seems that hypertrophic scar could be prevented and treated with hirudin.
10.Clinical significance of changes in peripheral lymphocyte count after surgery in early cervical cancer
Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2014;49(3):208-212
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of changes in peripheral lymphocyte count after surgery in early cervical cancer. Methods The 123 patients with stage Ⅰ bl and Ⅱ al treated by abdominal type Ⅲ radical hysterectomy from May 2008 to December 2012 were reviewed. The median age of patients was 43 years old (range:30 to 66 years). The median follow-up was 25 months with a range of 5-61 months.Peripheral blood samples were obtained on pre-operative,post-operation day 3 and 7.The log-rank test was used to compare the homogeneity of progression-free survival functions across strata defined by categories of prognostic variables. The Cox proportional hazard model was used to assess the significance of potential prognostic factors for progression-free survival. Results Univariate analyses preoperative lymphocyte count (P =0.012) and lymph nodes metastases status (P =0.001) and parametrial invasion (P =0.013) were significant risk factors for progression-free survival rate.On multivariate analyses, preoperative lymphocyte count [hazard ratio (HR) =6.087,95% CI:1.743-21.251,P =0.005] and lymph nodes metastases status (HR =5.984,95% CI:1.803-19.802,P =0.003) were independent risk factor of progression-free survival rate. Conclusion Peripheral lymphocyte counts after cervical cancer surgery may be a important prognostic factor.
