PRL-3, belonging to the family of protein tyrosine phosphatase, has been found to be high expressed in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer and melanoma.It also has been reported that PRL-3 plays an important role in the progression of tumor.With the distinction of PRL-3 in tumor progression, especially in the metastatic tumor, there are more and more researches about the regulating mechanism of PRL-3.This paper reviews the development of signaling pathway of PRL-3.

Twenty six Wistar rats were divided into three groups: (1) Exposed towhole body blasts, (2) Exposed to head blasts and (3) Control group. Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor suppressor gene DPC4 and the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Relevant literatures of recent years were reviewed. Results DPC4 was located on chromosome 18. Its product was Smad 4 protein. Smad 4 protein was the central component of the transforming growth factor-beta signaling pathway, and all the biological effect was the results of interaction of Smad 4 and different Smads. The gene was deleted or inactive in about 50% of pancreatic carcinomas. The deletion of DPC4 had a great relation to the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion The alteration of tumor suppressor gene DPC4 is connected with the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. However, this research should be further studied.

Objective: To study the prevention and treatment of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on atherosclerosis (AS). Method: The hypolipidemic effect of PSB on atherosclerosis (AS) in rabbits induced by high cholesterol diet was studied with Spirulina platensis as positive control. The content of liver TC,AS plaque area percentage (PA) and the emphraxis of coronary artery were determined. Results:PSB could significantly reduce the content of TC in liver, the liver index (LW/BW), and PA 63.99%, 21.96%, 70.10%, respectively, and remarkably abate the lipid aggregation in liver and the pathological changes of coronary artery. In comparison,PSB was better than Spirulina platensis. Conclusion:PSB can prevent the formation of atherosclerosis in hyperlipidemic rabbits.

Objective: To study the effect of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on serum lipids and antioxidant capacity. Methods: The rabbits were fed high lipid diet to induce hyperlipidemia. The effect of PSB on hyperlipidemia was studied with Spirulina platensis as the positive control. The content of serum TC, TG , HDL-C, SOD activity, and the content of GSH, LPO were determined. Results: PSB could significantly reduce the content of TC,TG , LDL-C in serum, increase H/L and decrease AI ratio. Meanwhile, PSB could improve antioxidant capacity, as greatly increase blood SOD activity, GSH in blood and liver, and reduce serum LPO. In comparison, PSB was better than Spirulina platensis. Conclusion: PSB can significantly regulate lipid metabolism and improve antioxidant capacity in hyperlipidemic rabbits.

Objective To investigate correlation of pulmonary heart disease (PHD)with the diaphragmatic muscle fatigue(DMF). Methods Impedance Pneumoplethysmogram(IPG) and Impedance respirogram(IRG) were detected in 64 cases of patients with PHD,and investigate DMF rheogram positive rate,also analysed various parameters of IPG in positive and negative groups. Results (1)The positive rate of DMF.Rheogram in PHD with and without respiratory failure are 75％ and 21.9％ respectively.(2)The positve rate in PHD with and without heart failue are 80％ and 46.3％ respectively.(3)The mean values of various parameters of IPG in positive and negative DMF rheogram have no significant difference.Conclusion Respiratory failure and heart falure in PHD are closely correlated with DMF. However,the occurance of DMF are not parallel with the severity degree of PHD.

OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of amphotericin B in amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets.METHODS: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol ?L-1 potassium dihydrogen-acetonitrile(66∶34) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 408 nm;the sample size was 10 ?L,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS: The linearity of amphotericin B was good in the range of 0.404～3.636 ?g(r=0.999 4) and the average recovery rate was 99.39%(RSD=0.22%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple,accurate,feasible,and it can be used for the determination of this tablets.
