International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;(3):355-356
Objective To investigate and analyze the reference ranges of the common parameters of venous blood cell analysis a ‐mong healthy adults in Kunshan City .Methods The analytical results of venous blood cells from 2 456 healthy adults were selected and the ten indicators of red blood cell ,hemoglobin ,mean corpuscular volume ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration ,mean corpuscular hemoglobin ,hematocrit ,white blood cell ,lymphocytes percentage ,neatrophilic granulocyte percentage ,blood platelet were statistically analyzed by adopting the SPSS 19 .0 software .Results The commonly used 10 parameters of blood cells showed a skewed distribution ,the Mann‐Whitney U tests showed that the gender difference in 10 parameters was statistically significant (P<0 .05) ;the WBC count was slightly higher than that reported by other literature ,the other 9 parameters were close to those reported by the majority of related literature .Conclusion The commonly used parameters of blood cell analysis are influenced by the region , gender ,environment ,living condition and detection instrument ,and it is necessary to establish the reference ranges for each labora‐tory .
2.Effect of blast injuries on conditional avoidance response in rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
Twenty six Wistar rats were divided into three groups: (1) Exposed towhole body blasts, (2) Exposed to head blasts and (3) Control group. The blast wave was gener-ated by compressed air operated shock tube. The purpose of this study was to observe theeffect of blast injury on conditional avoidance response (CAR) in rats. The results wereas follow: (1) After exposured, decreasing of acquisition of CAR was observed in bothblast groups within 5 days (P0.05). (3) The retention of CAR of group 2 is significantly lower than that of controls(P
3.Determination of Amphotericin B in Vaginal Effervescent Tablets by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of amphotericin B in amphotericin B vaginal effervescent tablets.METHODS: HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol ?L-1 potassium dihydrogen-acetonitrile(66∶34) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 408 nm;the sample size was 10 ?L,and the column temperature was set at room temperature.RESULTS: The linearity of amphotericin B was good in the range of 0.404~3.636 ?g(r=0.999 4) and the average recovery rate was 99.39%(RSD=0.22%,n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, accurate, feasible, and it can be used for the determination of this tablets.
4.Role of gap junction in cognitive function
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
Gap junction is one kind of synapse coexisting with chemical synapse in the nervous system. Nowadays with the development of electrophysiological technique, more research began to focus on the role of gap junction in the neural network, especially in the cognitive function. Gap junction collaborates with chemical synapses to induce the neural network activities related to memory and perception, such as gamma and ripple oscillation, which is regarded as the mechanism of the role of gap junction in cognitive function. This review introduces the structure of gap junction, distribution and expression of different kinds of connexins in central nervous system, which are the basic element of gap junction. Furthermore, this review discusses the role of gap junction in cognition related network oscillations and activity-dependent plasticity of gap junction.
5.Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone and Cedilanid in the Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with Intravenous Administration
China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE:To compare amiodarone and cedilanid in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF) with intravenous administration and control of heart rate.METHODS:47 AF patients were randomly given 150~600 mg amiodarone(amiodarone group,n=24) and 0.2~0.6 mg cedilanid(cedilanid group,n=23) intravenously. The outcome, change of heart rate and adverse drug reaction of 2 groups were observed.RESULTS:Effective rate of amiodarone group was significantly higher than that of cedilanid groups(P
6.Study of signaling pathway related tophosphatase of regenerating liver 3
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2017;30(5):537-541
PRL-3, belonging to the family of protein tyrosine phosphatase, has been found to be high expressed in colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer and melanoma. It also has been reported that PRL-3 plays an important role in the progression of tumor. With the distinction of PRL-3 in tumor progression, especially in the metastatic tumor, there are more and more researches about the regulating mechanism of PRL-3.This paper reviews the development of signaling pathway of PRL-3.
7.Advances of the Relationship Between Tumor Suppressor Gene DPC4 and Pancreatic Carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor suppressor gene DPC4 and the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Relevant literatures of recent years were reviewed. Results DPC4 was located on chromosome 18. Its product was Smad 4 protein. Smad 4 protein was the central component of the transforming growth factor-beta signaling pathway, and all the biological effect was the results of interaction of Smad 4 and different Smads. The gene was deleted or inactive in about 50% of pancreatic carcinomas. The deletion of DPC4 had a great relation to the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Conclusion The alteration of tumor suppressor gene DPC4 is connected with the development and prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. However, this research should be further studied.
8.Application of impedance pneumoplethysmogram and impedance respirogram to investigate pulmonary heart disease correlation with diaphragmatic muscle fatigue
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(3):36,39-
Objective To investigate correlation of pulmonary heart disease (PHD)with the diaphragmatic muscle fatigue(DMF). Methods Impedance Pneumoplethysmogram(IPG) and Impedance respirogram(IRG) were detected in 64 cases of patients with PHD,and investigate DMF rheogram positive rate, also analysed various parameters of IPG in positive and negative groups. Results (1)The positive rate of DMF.Rheogram in PHD with and without respiratory failure are 75% and 21.9% respectively.(2)The positve rate in PHD with and without heart failue are 80% and 46.3% respectively.(3)The mean values of various parameters of IPG in positive and negative DMF rheogram have no significant difference. Conclusion Respiratory failure and heart falure in PHD are closely correlated with DMF. However, the occurance of DMF are not parallel with the severity degree of PHD.
9.EFFECT OF PHOTOSENSITIVE BACTERIA ON SERUM LIPIDS AND ANTIOXIDANT CAPACITY IN HYPERLIPIDEMIC RABBITS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(05):-
Objective: To study the effect of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) on serum lipids and antioxidant capacity. Methods: The rabbits were fed high lipid diet to induce hyperlipidemia. The effect of PSB on hyperlipidemia was studied with Spirulina platensis as the positive control. The content of serum TC, TG , HDL-C, SOD activity, and the content of GSH, LPO were determined. Results: PSB could significantly reduce the content of TC,TG , LDL-C in serum, increase H/L and decrease AI ratio. Meanwhile, PSB could improve antioxidant capacity, as greatly increase blood SOD activity, GSH in blood and liver, and reduce serum LPO. In comparison, PSB was better than Spirulina platensis. Conclusion: PSB can significantly regulate lipid metabolism and improve antioxidant capacity in hyperlipidemic rabbits.
