Ten compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel, preparative TLC, and Sephadex LH-20 from the whole plant of Solanum lyratum. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data as 1beta-hydroxy-1 ,2-dihydro-alpha-santonin (1) , boscialin (2) , blumenol C (3), 3beta-hydroxy-5alpha, 6alpha-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(4), dehydrovomifoliol(5) , blumenol A(6), (1'S,2R,5S, 10R) -2-(1', 2'-dihydroxy-l1'-methylethyl) -6,10-dimethylspiro[4,5] dec-6-en-8-one(7) , (1'R,2R,5S,10R)-2-( 1',2'-dihydroxy-l '-methylethyl) -6,1 l0-dimethylspiro[4,5]dec-6-en-8-one( 8) , 2-(1',2'-dihydroxy-1 '-methylethyl) -6,1 0-dimethyl-9-hydroxyspiro [4,5] dec-6-en-8-one (9) , and grasshopper ketone (10). Compounds 1-10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

Objective:In the present study,Bac-to-Bac baculovirus expression system was used to obtain recombinant human Cosmc extracellular domain protein,which can lay the foundation for the research about the structure and function of Cosmc protein in vitro,and simultaneously provide ideas for the research of O-glycosylation and related diseases. Methods: The Cosmc extracellular domain ( Cosmc-ED) gene was cloned into a transfer vector pFastBac1 to form the recombinant donor plasmid pFastBac1-Cosmc ED, which was transformed into competent cells DH10Bac. By using blue-white selection and PCR analysis,we could obtain recombinant shuttle vector rBacmid-Cosmc ED. Then, the recombinant gene DNA of rBacmid-Cosmc ED was used to transfect Sf-9 mediated by cationic lipid formulation,and the recombinant baculovirus bacmid was obtained,which was further used to infect the serum-free cell Sf-9 to express Cosmc-ED in the supernatant. Then the protein of interest was detected by SDS-PAGE and Western blot and purified with Ni-NTA affinity column. Results:SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis showed a specific band about 33 kD,consistent with the interest protein. Mass spectrometry results further prove that the protein was Cosmc extracellular domain protein. Conclusion: Human Cosmc-ED protein can be successfully expressed in Sf-9 insect cells and laid basis for subsequent studies.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of clinical pathway teaching methord in nursing practice teaching. Methods80 junior college nursing students were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Traditional clinical teaching method was given to control group, while the clinical pathway teaching method was given to observation group. Scores of comprehensive quality after departmental rotation and satisfaction rates of nursing students to teaching method in these two groups were evaluated. ResultsThe experimental group was significantly better than the control group ( P＜0.05 ), and the difference was statistically significant. ConclusionThe clinical pathway can significantly improve the quality of nursing practice teaching.

Objective To investigate the expression of Fas antigen (Fas) and ligand (FasL), placental growth factor (PlGF) in placenta of pregnant women with pre-eclampsia. Methods Expressions of Fas, FasL and PlGF of placenta were determined by immunohistological streptavidin-peroxidase-biotin (SP) method and compared between normal late pregnancy (24 cases) and mild pre-eclampsia (24 cases) and severe pre-eclampsia (24 cases) groups. Results Different expression of levels Fas, FasL and PlGF were observed in the trophoblasts of most placentae. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to clarify the association between Cu levels and heart failure(HF)using a meta- analysis approach. METHODS We searched articles in the PubMed, EMbase, CNKI, Wanfang ,VIP and CBM Database published as of August 2016. The case control study on the relationship between serum copper levels and HF were collected and read and extracted by two independent researchers. A Meta analysis was conducted using Stata 12.0 software. RESULTS A total of twenty- one eligible articles, including 893 HF and 654 control subjects, were enrolled. The Meta analysis showed that serum copper levels in HF were higher than control group〔SMD=0.881, 95%CI: (0.487 ,1.264), Z=4.5, P<0.001〕. The sensitivity analysis indicated that the results were reliable. Begg's tests did not find the existence of publication bias. CONCLUSION This meta-analysis indicates that there is a significant association between high Cu serum level and HF.

In this study, the psbA-trnH sequence as DNA barcode was used to evaluate the accuracy and stability for identification pteridophyte medicinal material Pyrrosiae Foliumas from adulterants. Genomic DNA from 106 samples were extracted successfully. The Kimura 2-Parameter (K2P) distances and ML tree were calculated using software MEGA 6.0. The intra-specific genetic distances of 3 original plants were lower than inter-specific genetic distances of adulterants. The ML tree indicated that Pyrrosiae Folium can be distinguished from its adulterants obviously. Therefore, the psbA-trnH sequence as a barcode of the pteridophyte, can accurately and stably distinguish Pyrrosiae Folium from its adulterants.

By means of preparative HPTLC and column chromatography over silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, nine diterpenoids were isolated and purified from the whole plants of Scutellaria strigillosa. Based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data, their structures were elucidated as: 6-O-acetyl-7-O-nicotinoylscutebarbatine G(1), 6-O-nicotinoyl-7-O-acetylscutebarbatine G(2), 6,7-di-O-nicotinoylscutebarbatine G(3), scutebarbatine K(4), scutebarbatine B(5), 6-O-acetylscutehenanine A(6), 6-O-nicotinoylbarba- tin A(7), 6,7-di-O-acetoxylbarbatin A(8), scutebarbatine F(9). Compound 1 is a new diterpenoid, and compounds 2-9 were isolated from Scutellaria strigillosa for the first time.

Objective We aimed to construct the handbook of self-management for patients with permanent colostomy by using the Delphi method.Methods Based on htemture review,23 experts were consulted twice by using the Delphi method about the related problems of constructing the handbook of self-management for patients with permanent colostomy,and the consulting results were analyzed later.Results The valid response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were 91.3％ and 100.0％,respectively.The authority coefficient of the experts (Cr) was 0.879,and coordination coefficients of the experts' opinion (W) were 0.387 and 0.307,respectively.Finally,the handbook of self-management for patients with permanent colostomy was determined by two rounds of expert consultation.Conclusions The handbook of self-management for patients with permanent colostomy,consmucted by using the Delphi method,provides a practical and effective tool for the patients with permanent colostomy to manage themselves,so as to provide a guidance and supervision role on self-management,such as stoma management,role management and emotion management,fither more,it provides references for the clinical and community nursing of the patients with permanent colostomy.
