60mg /kg?d ip, of paeonol were given to rats for 15 days. The myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury model was produced by occluding the left coronary artery and releasing the occlusion in rats. This significantly decreased myocardial Ca++-ATPase activitics and CH/PL radical, FFA content, improved mitochondrial membrane fluidity and kept them away from oxygen free radical damage. These results indicated that paeonol has membrane protective effect on myocardial ischemia rcperfusion injury probably by inhibiting the oxygen free radicals and subsequent lipid peroxidation.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the reasons for leg length discrepancy following total hip arthroplasty,and to summarize the prevention and treatment of leg length discrepancy after total hip arthroplasty.DATA SOURCES:A computer-based online search was conducted in PubMed (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed) for the English articles published between 2001 and 2008 with keywords "Leg length discrepancy,hip arthroplasty" and Wanfang database (http://www.wanfangdata.com.cn) for the Chinese articles published between 2004 and 2009.DATA SELECTION:Totally 154 literatures were retrieved by computer,including 116 English articles and 38 Chinese articles,through reading title and abstract,112 independent and 51 repeated papers were excluded.The remained 29 literatures were performed further analysis.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Reasons for leg length discrepancy and the prevention and treatment of leg length discrepancy following total hip arthroplasty.RESULTS:The main cause of leg length discrepancy after total hip arthroplasty included redundant neck of femur stump,used longer prothesis neck,diminished femur eccentricity,selected longer neck of femur prothesis,as well as larger movement of cotyloid cavity rotation center.The effective approaches of leg length discrepancy after total hip arthroplasty included careful preoperative planning,intraoperative measurement digital templating and image-guided surgery.It could be the adjusted with heel and shaped bottom for the limbs length which was more than 15 mm after operation,and revision operation maybe applied to patients who had more than 20 mm limbs length or combined with complications.CONCLUSIONS:Leg length discrepancy is one of the common complications following total hip arthroplasty.Along with the development of science and technology,to design individual prothesis and computer-assisted navigation joint can be recover farthest joint function.

Objective To investigate the emotional intelligence training training's impact on medical students' ethics education.Methods Givingnthe undergraduate and graduate students of Grade 2009,2010 and 2011 emotional intelligent training and distributing questionnaires on ethics education and comparing the result with that of 2006,2007,2008 undergraduate and graduates.Covering issues of medical ethics and the understanding of students' role in alleviating the doctor-patient relationship in medical ethics,evaluation of medical ethics in today's society,the doctor of professional ethics,medical ethics education approaches and problems and so on.By comparing the results of the questionnaire students' knowledge of medical ethics are evaluated and their emotional intelligence training in ethics education role are analyzed.Research data for entry to a database of Excel 2013,using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for analysis,count data taken x2 test,P＜0.05 was considered statistically significant.According to the questionnaire topic A representative proportion of medical students is selected to measure the level of ethics and the role of ethics education in medical students training in emotional intelligence.Results the students of 2006,2007 and 2008 who selected A of five topics were 54.78％(1 278/2 333),79.47％(1 854/2 333),68.41％(1 596/2 333),86.28％(2 013/ 2 333),13.12％(306/2 333); while the students of 2009,2010 and 2011 who selected A of five topics were 73.70％(1 777/2 411),88.68％(2 138/2 411),81.54％(1 966/2 411),93.78％(2 261/2 411),71.75％(1 730/2 411).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that 2009,2010 and 2011 medical students' cognitive level of ethicshas been nore significantly improved than the students of Grade 2006,2007 and 2008.Conclusion EQ training can significantly improve the effectiveness of medical ethics education for medical students and it is worth promoting.

Objective To investigate the anti-oxidation effects of compound Chinese medicine of Yiqiling,on the spon- taneously hypertensive rats(SHR) and to explore the new target for improving the prognosis of hypertension.Method SHR were randomly divided into 2 groups:Yiqiling group and the control group.The serum content of malondiadehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD),and the urine content of 8-iso prostaglandin F2?(8-isoPGF2?) in two groups were measured.Examination of the gene expression profile was analyzed by using cDNA microarray.Three of the anti-oxidation genes were selected to undergo RT-PCR and quantitative real-time PCR.Results The 8-isoPGF2?urine level and MDA serum level were lower,and SOD serum level was higher in Yiqiling group than those in the control group,the differences of the above indexes had statistical significance.In Yiqiling group the expression of 354 genes was up-regulated and that of 121 genes was down-regulated in comparison with the control group.The results of the Hsphl,Hspca and Pam genes detected by RT-PCR and quantitative real-time PCR were consistent with those detected by the microarray examination.Conclusion Yiqiling has anti-oxidation effects and improvement on the prognosis of SHR,and its possible mechanism is related with the regulation of Hsphl,Hspca and Pam genes expression.

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,the control group (39 cases) were administered Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill,the observation group (41 cases) were administered Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone.The efficacy of Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were evaluated by efficacy,knee function,and inflammatory factor.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,there were 38 cases of patients who felt pain,tenderness,and swelling symptom relief.There were 28 cases in the control group.After treatment,the scores of pain,activity,walking ability,and KSS in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical significance on the stability between two groups.Before treatment,there were no statistical significance on the IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α.After treatment,the IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αt were increased in two groups (P ＜ 0.05).And these indexes in the observation group were higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In summary,Lamiophlomisrotata Dripping Pill combined with medical ozone had good effect on the knee osteoarthritis.It could release the pain,improve knee function and anti-inflammatory.It was worthy of clinical use.

Objective To study the application of the intelligent optimum tube voltage ( Care kV) combined with automatic tube current ( Care Dose 4D) technique in dual source CT scanning for the abdomen .Methods 180 adult patients underwent whole abdominal CT examination from February 2016 to March 2016 of were selected as the retrospective research objects .On the basis of reference mAs of the image quality the patients were divided into three groups using completely randomized grouping method with 60 patients in each group, such as 250 mAs group, 200 mAs group, and 150 mAs group.The other scanning parameters and image reconstruction parameters were the same .The liver parenchyma CT values and image noise( SD) at the second hepatic portal level were measured .The signal-to-noise ratios ( SNR) in the three groups were compared as well as contrast to noise ratio ( CNR ) , noise ( SD ) , the average volume CT dose index (CTDIvol), dose length product (DLP) and effective dose(E).Results The kV and mAs values in the plain scan , arterial phase scan and portal phase scan in the three groups of patients had statistically significant differences(F=35.25, P<0.05).With the reducing of the refference mAs, the frequency of choosing lower kV in three groups of patients increased gradually .The CTDIvol, DLP and E of plain scan, arterial and portal phase in three groups of patientshad significant difference (F=31.51, P<0.05).With the decline of the reference mAs, the radiation dose decreased gradually , with 150 mAs group lowest.The SNR, CNR and noise of three phases in 250 mAs group and 200 mAs group had no statistically significant difference (F=1.61, P>0.05).In 250 mAs group and 150 mAs group, the SNR and the noise of plain scan and arterial phase images had no statistically significant difference ( F=1.98, P>0.05) , and SNR of portal phase images and CNR of three phases had statistically significant difference (F=27.64, P<0.05);In group 200 mAs and group 150 mAs, the SNR, CNR and noise of plain scan and arterial phase images had no statistically significant difference (F=1.95, P>0.05), and the SNR and CNR of portal phase images had significant difference (F=19.63, P<0.05).Conclusions For the combined use of Care kV and Care dose 4D,it is feasible to select appropriate reference mAs in reducing radiation dose without sacrificing imaging quality .

Objective　To synthesize the artificial antigen methylparaoxon （M1600）.Methods　Methylparaoxon was reduced into amino-methylparaoxon by using acetic acid-zinc power-hydrochloric acid. Artificial antigens M1600-BSA， M1600-TTH　were synthesized by conjugating amino-methylparaoxon to bovine serum albumin （BSA）and tachypleus tridentatus hemocyanin （TTH）directly after diazotization.Results　 Rabbits had been immunized with M1600-BSA for 10 weeks， and the high titer and high specificity antiserum from those rabbits was testified by doubled agar gel diffusion and indirect ELISA．Conclusion　An artificial antigen was obtained successfully and this made it possible to establish the immunoassay of M1600.
