OBJECTIVE: To prepare fumeisong cream and establish its quality control method. METHODS: Ingredients including carbamide, triamcinolone acetonide acetate, camphor, and laurocapram were mixed in an oil-in-water matrix for preparation of fumeisong cream. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of triamcinolone acetonide in the cream. RESULTS: The prepared cream was white in color, with test items all in line with specifications stipulated in 2005 version of China Pharmacopoeia. The linearity concentration range of triamcinolone acetonide was 2.06～20.6 ?g?mL-1(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate was 99.6% (RSD=1.0%,n=9). CONCLUSION: The cream is simple and feasible in preparation techniques, and its quality is stable and controllable.

Takayasu arteritis (TA) is a devastating vasculitis of the aorta and its major branches,coronary and pulmonary arteries.The clinical manifestations in children are less specific than in adnlts:the disease in children presents with fever,arthralgias,vomiting,weight loss and hypertension.Conventional angiography,which is recognized as the golden standard in evaluating vascular lesions in TA,combined with computer tomography angiography (CTA),magnetic resonance angiography (MRA),ultrasonography,could not only provide important information for early diagnosis,but also detect disease activity.New immunosuppressive agents and biological therapies,such as TNF-a blocking agents,have been verified to be effective although corticosteroids and conventional immunosuppressive agents are still basic treatment.

Objective To observe the matching between the straight short femoral cephalomedullary nail (PFNA-Ⅱ) and the femoral anterior bow in Chinese patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyze the postoperative lateral X-rays of 158 patients with intertrochanteric fracture who had been treated by PFNA- Ⅱ between August 2009 and December 2010.They were 35 men and 123 women,with a mean age of 77.2 years.The relationships between the distal tip of the medullary nail and the anterior cortex of the femur were observed according to a self-designed 6-grade scale (grade 0:central location of the nail tip in the medullary canal; grade 1:deviated location without contact with the cortex; grade 2:contact＜ 1/3 cortex thickness; grade 3:contact ＞ 1/3, ＜ 2/3 cortex thickness; grade 4:contact ＞ 2/3 cortex thickness; grade 5:perforation; posterior deviations in grades 1 to 5 presented as minus).The theoretical distance was measured as if the anterior protrusive nail tip had been placed back to the central axis.The degree of the curvature and its corresponding radius were calculated by the geometric method. Results Of the 158 patients,the distal tip of PFNA- Ⅱ was located centrally along the axis of femur canal in 30 cases(19.0％ ),posteriorly to the central axis in 10 cases(6.3％ ),and anteriorly to the central axis in 118 cases (grades 1 to 3; 74.7％ ),of which 55 cases experienced irritation caused by the contact between the distal tip and the anterior cortex (grades 2 to 3％ ).The mean theoretical distance needed to put back the nail tip to the canal central axis was 1.42 ± 0.18 mm in the 17 cm nails,1.77 ± 0.39 mm in the 20 cm nails,and 2.46 ±0.20 mm in the 24 cm nails.Their corresponding curvature arcs were 2.51° ±2.40°,2.13° ± 1.65° and 2.09° ± 0.98°,and their curvature radii were 1483 ± 818 mm,2329 ± 1293 mm,and3710 ± 1957 mm,respectively. Conclusions There is a significant mismatch between the current short straight celphalomedullary nail (PFNA- Ⅱ) and the femoral anterior how in Chinese population.A curvature design is needed for the short cephaiomedullary nails to match the femoral anterior how of Chinese population.

Meanwhile, advice on disputed problems in clinical study of prostatits were given, such as curative effect estimation value of the number of leukocytes in expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) and bacterial culture in EPS, the opportunity and treatment course of antibiotics, National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index, classification of syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), TCM symptom score, and clinical study period.

Tuberculosis of bone and joint most commonly occurs in spine, and the main treatment method is anterior debridement, bone grafting and internal fixation. Autologous bone is still considered the "gold standard" when the anterior reconstruction of spine after debridement is needed. Allogeneic bone, artificial bone and artificial intervertebral support bodies such as titanium mesh and some biological materials also have a broad clinical application, but still can not completely replace the autologous bone because of their defects. In the aspect of internal fixation, anterior fixation has become a conventional method for the patients who suffer from active spinal tuberculosis and need anterior debridement of the focus, because this method can provide good support. This review summarizes the present situation of choice for supporting and bone grafting material for anterior reconstruction after debridement of spinal tuberculosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of L-type and T-type calcium channel blocker on detrusor autorhythmicity, contractility in order to elucidate the pathogenesis of detrusor instability (DI). Methods Animal models of bladder outlet obstruction (BOO) were established in 33 female SD rats and another 10 served as normal control. Objective To detect 5′CpG island methylation of APC(adenomatous polyposis coli) gene promoter region in cervical carcinoma cell lines (HeLa,CaSki,SiHa), and to investigate the possibility of Hydralazine in restoring the expression of APC gene through demethylation. Methods The CpG island methylation status of APC gene promoter region of the cervical carcinoma cell lines were analyzed using methylated specific polymerase chain reaction (MSP). The mRNA expression profile of APC gene was analyzed by using RT-PCR after Hydralazine treatment. Results The CpG island of APC gene was methylated in HeLa and hemimethylated in CaSki but not in SiHa. The mRNA expression of APC gene can be detected after hydralazine treatment. Conclusion The APC gene non-expression in cervical carcinoma is associated with CpG island methylation in APC gene promoter region. Hydralazine, served as a demethylating agent, enables to restore the expression of APC gene.

Objective To investigate the relationship between Toxoplasma gondii(TOX)infection and abnormal pregnancy outcomes. Methods A total of 126 cases of abnormal pregnancy women in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the Fourth People’s Hospital of Langfang from March to December 2013 were chosen as an experimental group,and 263 cases of normal pregnancy women of childbearing age as a control group. The TOX-IgM and-IgG antibodies were detected by ELISA. The data in the two groups were processed and analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results The positive rates of TOX-IgM,-IgG in 126 cases of abnormal pregnancy women were 7.94%and 19.84%respectively,and 1.90%and 8.75%in the control group respectively,and there were significant differences between them(χ2IgM=6.82,χ2IgG=9.70,both P<0.01). The positive rates of TOX-IgM,-IgG in the normal pregnancy women were lower than those in 4 sub-groups of abnormal pregnancy women,and all the differences were statistically significant(χ2spontaneous abortion = 10.40,χ2premature delivery = 9.03,χ2embryo damage =4.32,χ2birth defect = 4.04,all P<0.05). However,the TOX-IgM,-IgG positive rates in the 4 sub-groups of abnormal pregnancy women had no statistically signifi-cant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusions TOX infection could cause serious abnormal pregnancy outcomes. Therefore,the comprehensive control measures should be strengthened.

Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule and Shen Mai injection in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and its effects on level of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),natriuretic peptide (BNP) and QT in acute decompensated heart failure ( QTcd) .Methods 82 patients with acute decompensated heart failure were selected in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015, those patiens were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of lottery, 41 cases each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment and Huangxin injection, and the obsevation group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group.The changes of blood pressure, heart rate, LVEF, hs-CRP, BNP and QTcd were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [92.68% (38/41) vs 60.97%(25/41)](P<0.05).The heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), but the blood pressure level of the two groups had no significant difference.The levels of BNP, hs-CRP and QTcd in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group [(45.98 ±4.57)% vs(39.07 ±3.12)%](P<0.05) L, BNP, hs-CRP and QTcd were significantly lower than the control group [(2432.12 ± 114.32)ng/L,(17.32 ±1.87) mg/L, (34.76 ±3.02) ms vs (3565.87 ±174.76) ng/L, (14.08 ±1.23) mg/L,(38.45 ±3.86)].Adverse reactions were not observed in the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with Shen Mai injection can effectively increase the left ventricular ejection fraction and reduce hs-CRP, BNP and QTcd in patients with acute decompensated heart failure.The clinical curative effect is good and the safety is high.
