1.Development of PET agent for cardiac sympathetic nervous system
Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging 2017;37(4):237-239
Many cardiac sympathetic changes occur before clinical symptoms being found in heart disease.PET/CT imaging can sensitively detect abnormal cardiac sympathetic nerve function. The recent development of several 11 C and 18F labeled cardiac sympathetic imaging agents is reviewed in this paper.11C-meta-hydroxyephedrine (11 C-HED) and 6-18F-fluorodopamine (18F-FDA) have been comprehensively studied already.N-11C-CH3-dopamine (11C-MDA) and N-(3-bromo-4-(3-18F-fluoropropoxy)-benzyl)-guanidine (18F-LMI1195) are novel imaging agents with potential for clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the expression of protease activated receptors(PARs)in mast cells. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),flowcytometry and immunofluorescent cell staining were used to detect the expression of PARs in mast cell lines P815 and MC/9 at the levels of protein and mRNA.Results Both the P815 and MC/9 of mast cell lines expressed PAR-1,PAR-2,PAR-3 and PAR-4 at either protein or mRNA level. Conclusion The expression of all the four PARs in mast cells were detectable, which may be of significance for the further study on the function of PARs in mast cells.
3.The Expression of FIZZ1 in Atherosclerotic Plaque of ApoE~(-/-)Mouse
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(05):-
Background FIZZ1 is a newly found protein associated with pulmonary inflammation. It has been shown to involve in proliferation of pulmonary arterial vascular smooth cells, contriction of vascular vessels, and stimulation of fibroblasts. Objective This study was designed to investigate the expression of FIZZ1 in atherosclerotic plaque of C57BL/6J ApoE-/-mice and the role of FIZZ1 on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells obtained from aorta. Methods Nine C57BL/6J ApoE-/-mice were fed with high fat diet and nine C57BL/6J wild type mice with normal chow for 24 weeks. All mice were euthanized and the aortas were collected. HE stain histological examination and FIZZ1 immunohistochemistry were used in vivo study. In vitro, smooth muscle cells were treated with normal saline (control groups) or recombinate FIZZ1 at different concentrations (final concentration 3?10-6, 9?10-6, 2.7?10-5 mmol/L) respectively. The proliferation of smooth muscle cells were detected by MTT. Results After 24 weeks of high fat diet treatment, large atherosclerotic plaques were found in aortic root of ApoE-/-mice. FIZZ1 was found in atherosclerotic plaques of C57BL/6J ApoE-/-mice, however, no FIZZ1 was expressed in the arteries of C57BL/6J wild type mice. Cell culture study showed FIZZ1 promoted the proliferation of smooth muscle cells in a dose dependent manner(P
4.Found in Inflammatory Zone 1 Enhance Scavenger Receptor-A Expression in Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2006;0(11):-
Background Found in Inflammatory Zone 1(FIZZ1)is a newly found protein associated with pulmonary inflammation. We previously had reported its role in the development of atherosclerosis, but its detailed mechanism has not been explored. Objective This study was designed to delineate the effect of FIZZ1 on the expression of scavenger receptor(SR-A)in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)scavenger receptor(SR-A)induced by ox-LDL.Methods Smooth muscle cells were treated with ox-LDL(20 mg/L)or cocultured with recombinate FIZZ1 at different concentration(final concentration 3?10-6,9?10-6,2.7?10-5 mmol/L).The expression of SR-A of smooth muscle cell was detected by flow cytometry and laser confocal microscopy. Results SR-A positive expression was found in VSMCs treated with ox-LDL after 24 hours, which were located mainly in cell membrane by laser confocal microscopy.FIZZ1 significantly accentuate the LDL induced increases in SR-A positive rate in VSMC in a dose dependent manner(P

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(02):-
95%,high performance liquid chromatography;provided by Chemistry College,Jilin University). The experiment was repeated for 6 times. ②Cells activity was determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT),malondialdehyde(MDA) by thiobarbituric acid methods, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) by xanthine oxidase methods and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS:①Panaxsaponin Rb1 at different dosages could improve the cell activity compared with injury control(P
6.Serum biomarkers of outcome in acute ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2017;25(5):460-467
Serum biomarkers have important roles in predicting severity, deterioration of early neurological function, and outcome in acute ischemic stroke.Understanding the type of these serum biomarkers, mechanism of action, and correlation with acute ischemic brain injury may help predict early outcomes and guide treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
7.The research and application of internal jugular vein catheter protective bag
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(2):9-10,11
Objective:To design an internal jugular vein catheter protective bag and it can be applied to fix internal jugular vein catheter for patients receiving hemodialysis. Methods: To use retrospective analysis to research the different method of fixed dialysis catheter for 40 patients cured by internal jugular vein catheterization. 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group (20 patients) and control group (20 patients) depended on different fixed catheter method. To use the internal jugular vein catheter protective bag to fix dialysis catheter on the observation group; and to use conventional gauze and 3 M transparent sticking to fix dialysis catheter on control group. And then to observe the level of fixed internal jugular vein catheter, detached catheter rate and infection rate. Results: The fixed level of internal jugular vein catheter fixed of observation group was higher than control group and the difference was statistical significantly (x2=26.334,P<0.05); both of the detached catheter rate and infection rate of observation group were lower than control group and the difference also was statistical significant (x2=5.796,x2=28.540;P<0.05).Conclusion: Internal jugular vein catheter protective bag can prevent inner sticking detachment, catheter slippage and infection, therefore, it can satisfy clinical application and have got patent license for utility model. This patent is worthy to popularize and apply.

9.Development of six sigma concurrent parameter and tolerance design method based on response surface methodology
Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2008;20(3):198-201,212
Using Response Surface Methodology (RSM), an optimizing model of concurrent parameter and tolerance design is proposed where response mean equals its target in the target being best. The optimizing function of the model is the sum of quality loss and tolerance cost subjecting to the variance confidence region of which six sigma capability can be assured. An example is illustrated in order to compare the differences between the developed model and the parameter design with minimum variance. The results show that the proposed method not only achieves robustness, but also greatly reduces cast. The objectives of high quality and low cost of product and process can be achieved simultaneously by the application of six sigma concurrent parameter and tolerance design.
