1.Advances in MicroRNA and anaesthetic research
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(2):207-211
It has long been concerned about the mechanism , pathology and toxicology of anaesthetic involving drug addiction and its influence on human body .In recent years , as a short non-coding RNA negatively regulating the genes in cells , MicroRNAs (miRNAs) may turn out to be a focus issue which is related to apoptosis , metabolism, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. This article illuminates the influence on gene expression introduced by common anaesthetics and the interaction between gene and its target site . Analyzing the potential medical applications of miRNA , this article reviews the correlation between miRNAs and anaesthetic to provide new evidences in this emerging field .
2.Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine by Oral and Topical Application in Treating Elderly Herpes Zoster
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine in treating elderly herpes zoster, and study the clinical evaluation of the treatment with Chinese medicine from evidence-based medicine (EBM) view. Methods All the 156 elderly patients diagnosed with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group (78) and control group (78). The former group was administered with Chinese medicine by oral administration and topical application, while the latter took aciclovir alone. All the case were treated for 10 days. Results The overall response rates of Chinese medicine and aciclovir in treatment herpes zoster were respectively 98.70% and 84.62% (P
3.Determination of Calcium in Nutritive Food by Ion Chromatography
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(08):-
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Ca2 + cations in the nutritive food by ion chromatography. Methods After being digested by the mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid, the Ca2+ cations in the nutritive food were determined by ion chromatography(IC).Results The optimum chromatographic conditions were studied thoroughly, the linear range was 0.10-500 mg/L,r=0.9998.The lowest detection limit of Ca2+ cations in nutritive food was 0.02 mg/L,RSDs were 0.50%-4.00%,the rates of recovery tested by the standard addition method were in the range of 95.0%-103.0%.Conclusion This method is simple, fast, sensitive and accurate.

Ultrasound-based molecular imaging technique is a role in positioning based on the conventional ultrasonic detection technology in combination with the targeted ultrasound contrast agent. It is a new technology to detect the changes of target tissue molecular level in vivo state. This article reviews the principles of ultrasound-based molecular imaging and its application in the evaluations of early inflammatory response, neovascularization, and vulnerable plaque in carotid atherosclerosis.

Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Objective To alleviate the side effects of glucocorticoid, we established a new procedure - intra - renal adipose capsule injection therapy to treat chronic glomerulonephritis. Methylprednisolone was injected into human renal adipose capsules of patients to treat primary glomerulonephritis. Methods 21 patients were diagnosed as primary glomerulonephritis by renal biopsies. Under the guide of sonograph,40mg methylprednisolone was injected into each renal adipose capsule of the patients twice a week, and each one of them was totally given ten times of the treatment. The urinary protein, plasma albumin, serum creatinine and blood pressure before and after the treatment were measured. Results The condition of most patients had been improved after the treatments. The excretion of urinary protein in 18 of 21 patients (85.1% ) had significantly been decreased (P

Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2017;32(4):148-151
Before performing patient testing with commercial microbial test systems, each laboratory must verify that it can obtain performance specifications comparable to those of the manufacturer. This includes trueness, precision (reproducibility),and reportable range of test results, and verifying that the manufacturer's reference ranges are appropriate for the laboratory's patient population.American Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute has set up a committeeto develop a verification process and a quality assurance program for commercial microbial identification system and antimicrobial susceptibility testing system,in order to provide recommendations for US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).This guidance is applicable to instrument systems widely used in clinical laboratories and can also be used for manual testing of microbiological identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing. The aim of this article is to provide advice for the microbial identification system and antimicrobial susceptibility testing system verification process, based on principles of microbiological identification and antimicrobial susceptibility and CLSI M52 guideline.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
Objective: To provide an easy and feasible algorithm of the similarity between chromatographic fingerprints of herbs. Methods: To calculate similarity by combining the chromatographic overlap rate with relative area or height of mutual peaks of chromatographic fingerprints. Results: The algorithm was applied to the chromatographic fingerprints of samples in two references and the result is consistent with the fact. Conclusion: The calculated similarity with the proposed method can be sensitive to indicate the difference between fingerprints of herbs and the provided algorithm is simple and easy to be used.

Objective To approach the alleviating effect of medicative diet for food therapy on hepatic function of patients with gastric cancer and adjuvant chemotherapy after operation and supply references for effective treatment and nursing. Methods We divided 123 patients with gastric cancer after operation into the test group (65 cases) and the control group (58 cases). The control group adopted routine treatment project while the test group received medieative diet for food therapy based on routine treatment project. The changes in hepatic functions were compared between the two groups. Results The changes in hepatic functions of the test group were better than those of the control group (P<0.01 ). Conclusion Medicative diet for food therapy could significantly restore the seriously damaged hepatic function after chemotherapy.
