Gallstone ileus is a rare and potentially serious complication of cholelithiasis. Its clinical symptoms are nonspecific. From March 2005 to September 2012,19 patients with gallstone ileus confirmed by surgery or endoscopy were admitted to the Pudong New Area People's Hospital. The accuracies of X-ray,uhrasonography,CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were 0/10,0/5,19/19 and 9/9,respectively.CT examination might be the first choice for diagnosing gallstone ileus ; the classical computed tomography (CT) presentation of gallstone ileus was the Rigler triad, including pneumobilia, ectopic stone and mechanical ileus; MRI examination was superior to CT examination in exposing the fistula, and can provide abundant information, which is important for designing the surgical procedures and judging the prognosis; X-ray and ultrasonography are beneficial in screening the diseases.

Objective To analyze the protein in hemolymph from adult female Anopheles stephensi (An. Stepheni) infected by Plasmodium yoelii after feeding with sucrose solution containing nitroquine or simple sucrose solution with two dimensional gel electrophoresis technique. Methods Hemolymphs from nitroquine fed, infected blood fed, and sucrose solution fed adult female An. stephensi were collected using the expulsion method on the third day after the feeding. Hemolymph protein concentration was examined with Bradford method. Then the hemolymph protein was analyzed by two dimensional electrophoresis. The protein spots were visualized by Coomassie brilliant blue staining. The spots were scanned and automatically analyzed by the ImageMaster VDS CL (Amersham Pharmacia) and ImageMaster 2D Elite software (Amersham Pharmacia). Results The protein concentration in the nitroquine fed group was always lower than that in the infected blood fed and sucrose solution fed groups. Two dimensional gel electrophoresis revealed 101 protein spots in nitroquine fed and 115 protein spots in the control with 51 matched, but unmatched 50 and 64 protein spots were detected in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. Different protein spots were mainly located at the molecular weight of (40-60)?10 3 and at the isoelectric points of basic end. Conclusion Two dimensional gel electrophoresis may directly reflect the difference of the protein. Both the difference of protein concentration and the protein spots may be involved in nitroquine induced melanotic encapsulation of Plasmodium yoelii oocysts.

For optimal adaptive cultivation region selection, we used ecology factors characterized Duolun region as model area to carry out the adaptive habitat division of Paeonia lactiflora. Similar priority comparison of ecology factors.in 91 cities were calculated by Fuzzy methods, then, distance of the ecology factors were transferred to spacial model by geography information system (,GIS) and modified by soil utilization map of China. The results showed that P. lactiflora were mainly distributed in the Daxing'an Mountain, Changbaishan and qinling range which were divided into six grades of suitable regions belonging to three geographical distributed units. The most similar areas to Duolun were Huade, Xilinhaote, Suolun and Zhangbei. P. lactiflora's distribution and quality are relevant with longitude and latitude, and temperature and rainfall.

ObjectiveTo investigate the features of surface electromyography (sEMG) signals of elbow and shoulder muscle groups during maximal isometric contraction of elbow joint, and flexion and extension exercises of elbow joint after elbow fracture surgery. MethodsFrom August, 2021 to April, 2022, 15 convalescent patients after elbow fracture surgery (patient group) and 11 healthy controls (control group) were collected. sEMG signals of biceps brachii, triceps brachii, brachioradialis brachii, upper trapezius, anterior deltoid, middle deltoid and posterior deltoid were recorded during maximal isometric contraction, and flexion and extension exercises of the elbow joint. Root mean square (RMS) value, co-synergy contraction ratio (CSR), co-activation radio (CR), and target muscle activation percentage during flexion and extension were calculated. ResultsIn flexion and extension of elbow joint during maximal isometric contraction, the maximum strength of biceps brachii and triceps brachii were lower in the patient group than in the control group (|t| > 4.109, P < 0.01), and the RMS value of triceps brachii was lower in the patient group than in the control group (t = -7.695, P < 0.001). During maximal isometric extension of elbow joint, the CR of biceps brachii and brachioradialis brachii were more in the the patient group than in the control group (t > 2.326, P < 0.05); during maximal isometric flexion of elbow joint, the CSR of upper trapezius was more in the patient group than in the control group (t = 2.232, P < 0.05). During the extension exercise, the activation level of triceps brachii was more in the patient group than in the control group (t = 3.336, P < 0.05); during flexion exercise, the activation level of biceps brachii and triceps brachii was more in the patient group than in the control group (t >2.339, P < 0.05). ConclusionThere is abnormal contraction pattern of elbow and shoulder muscle groups in patients with elbow fracture after operation, which includes obvious co-contraction pattern of elbow flexor muscle group, insufficient activation of elbow extensor muscle and the compensatory contraction pattern of perishoulder muscle group. sEMG has great potential in quantitative evaluation of motor function after elbow fracture.
