Objective To evaluate the value of the methods of diagnosis and surgical intervention of liver cavernous hemangioma(LCH).Method The clinical data of 31 cases undergoing surgical treatment for LCH were retrosprectively analysed.Results Out of 31 cases,21 has only one focus each,the others has 2 or more foci each.The LCH were located only in the right lobe in 19 cases,only in the left in 9,and in both in 3.The diameter of the tumors were 10 cm(n=6).The correct diagnostic rate of BUS, CT, and Nuclear Imaging(NI) was 90.3%,95%,and 100%,respectively.Hepatectomy were performed on all 31 patients.There was no motality,and the complicative rate was 19.4%(6/31).Conclusions BUS and enhanced CT are important in discovering,diagnosing and differentiating LCH.We think that hepatectomy is the saftest and effective method for patients with LCH over 5 cm in diameter,especially for those with symtoms.

Objective: To investigate the effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot assisted training on the event-related potential P300, upper limb function and quality of life in stroke patients. Methods: A total of 90 stroke patients admitted to Yuyao People's Hospital from May 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and observation group(45 cases) according to the digital table.The control group received conventional rehabilitation exercise, and the observation group was supplemented by Motorika ReoGo upper limb rehabilitation robot on the basis of the control group.The P300 latency, P300 amplitude, upper limb function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: Before training, the latency of P300, amplitude of P300, upper limb function and quality of life score had no statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P>0.05). After training, the latency of P300, amplitude of P300 in the control group were (389.54±28.19)ms, (2.79±0.23)μV, respectively, which in the observation group were (356.25±24.54)ms, (3.06±0.19)μV, respectively.The latency of P300 in both two groups was significantly shorter than those before training(t=4.490, 12.342, all P<0.05), and the amplitude of P300 were significantly higher than those before training(t=-3.476, -10.061, all P<0.05), which of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=-5.975, 6.071, all P<0.05). After training, the Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA) and Barthel scale(MBI) scores of the control group were (35.62±9.72)points, (81.35±10.96)points, respectively, which of the observation group were (44.65±11.23)points, (89.63±11.59)points, respectively.The FMA and MBI scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before training(t=-5.107, -8.595, -9.039, -11.417, all P<0.05), which of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=4.078, 3.482, all P<0.05). Conclusion Motorika ReoGo assisted upper limb rehabilitation robot can significantly improve P300 latency, amplitude, upper limb function and quality of life in stroke patients.

Objective: To explore weather microRNA let-7c (miR-let-7c) could regulate myotrophin gene expression in rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes with possible mechanisms.
Methods: Recombinant plasmid carrying 3′ untranslated region (3′-UTR) of myotrophin and miRNA precursor of let-7c was co-transfected into Hela cells to construct the luciferase reporter system in order to measure luciferase activity. Rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes were cultured. The let-7c gene expression was detected by Taqman probe-based real-time PCR after let-7c miRNA precursor or let-7c miRNA inhibitor transfection respectively; protein expressions of myotrophin and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) were examined by Western blot analysis.
Results: Luciferase activity examination indicated that compared with recombinant luciferase gene expression carrier (pMIR-MTPN)+miR precursor negative control group, pMIR-MTPN+miR-let-7c miRNA precursor group showed reduced luciferase activity (59.30±9.90) % vs (98.10±15.10) %. Western blot analysis presented that compared with miR negative control group, miR-let-7c precursor group had decreased protein expressions of myotrophin (0.28±0.05) vs (0.90±0.09) and NF-κB (0.25±0.06) vs (0.75±0.07); in contrast, compared with Negative inhibitor group, miR-let-7c inhibitor group had increased protein expressions of myotrophin (1.14±0.09) vs (0.44±0.09) and NF-κB (1.09±0.05) vs (0.71±0.06), allP<0.05.
Conclusion: miR-let-7c could inhibit myotrophin expression via acting on its 3′-UTR domain and may also inlfuence NF-κB signaling pathway in rat’s H9c2 cardiac myocytes.

Fifty percent of the deaths caused by severe trauma occur within 1 h after injury. With the concepts of "golden 1 h" and "platinum 10 min", the professionals in the field of emergency trauma treatment have agreed on the necessity of establishing a rapid and efficient trauma rescue system. However, due to the size of the hospital, the population in the neighborhood, the local economic conditions and geographical features, how to establish an optimal trauma rescue system remains an issue. In this paper, we introduced our experiences in a county-level hospital located in middle-and high-income areas.

Objective To observe the attenuated and synergistic effect of meteorism tablets in treating HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods Eighty patients of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group (meteorism tablets combined with telbivudine) and control group (telbivudine), and treated for one year. The changes of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the negative rate of HBV-DNA, the negative rate of HBeAg, HBeAg/HbeAb serological conversion rate, creatine kinase (CK) before and after treatment, and safety were observed. Results After treatment, biochemical response, virological response and HBeAg serological response was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.05). The percetage of patients with elevated CK in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (32.5% vs 60%, P<0.05). Conclusion Meteorism tablets combined with telbivudine has attenuated and synergistic effect in treating HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B patients.

Of all cases,14 were restored by using combined transplantation of mandible itself and a Titanium Support, and another 7 by using only mandible itself. 3 cases have been followed up for more than 1.5 years, 10 cases for 1 -1.5 years, 4 cases for 0.5-1 years, another 4 cases less than 0.5 years. The results of reconstruction, from the stand-point of both shape and function, were satisfactory.

Objective To investigate the expressions of FAT10 and p53 mutant in gastric cancer tissues and their relations. Methods Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expressions of FAT10 and p53 in gastric cancer tissues (n=62), para-cancerous tissues (2-5 cm apart from cancer, n=62), and normal gastric tissues (7>5 cm apart from cancer, n=62). The association of FAT10 with p53 and clinical outcomes were analyzed by Spearman and Pearson correlation. Results The immunohistochemistry examination showed that expressions of FAT10 [51.61%(32/62)] and p53 [45.16% (28/62)] were significantly higher in cancerous tissues than in para-cancerous tissues [12.90%(8/62) and 14.51% (9/62), χ2=21.26 and 20.69, P<0.01] and normal tissues [6.45% (4/62) and 9.68% (6/62), χ2=13.91 and 19.61, P<0.01]. Overexpressions of FAT10 protein and mRNA in cancerous tissues were closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM staging (both P value<0.05). There was a positive correlation between FAT10 and p53 in protein and mRNA expressions (protein r=0. 865, P<0.05; mRNA r=0.761, P< 0.01). Those with positive expression of FAT10 had lower survival rate compared to those with negative expression (P<0.05). Conclusions The positive relation between over-expression of FAT10 and p53 implicates that both are involved in the gastric carcinogenesis, and FAT10 is a novel gastric cancer marker with prognostic significance.

Objective To determine the effect and safety of metallic stents in the treatment of acute malignant colorectal obstruction.Methods From May,2000 to June,2003, self-expanding metallic stents were implanted in 15 patients with acute left colonic obstruction caused by malignancies. The postoperative remission and complications were observed.Results Stents were implanted successfully in 12 cases(80.0%,12/15).Of the 12 cases,the obstruction were all disappeared within 24h. No death or colonic perforation happened in this series. Stent migration and anal pain developed each in one case after stent implantation. Elective radical resection was performed on 8 cases after bowel preparation and supportive therapy; and stents reserved permanently in other 4 cases. Conclusions The implantation of self-expanding metallic stents is a safe and effective method for the temporary remission or permanent treatment of acute left-colonic or rectal obstruction caused by malignancies,it can instead of colostomy.

Objective To determine the off -label use of antibacterial agents,we investigated and analyzed the current status about off -label use of antibacterial agents.Methods The random sampling was conducted to select the outpatient prescription including antibacterial agents from January to April in 2016.According to drug instructions,the off -label drug use of prescription was analyzed.Results 1 264 prescriptions involving 58 kinds of drugs were analyzed.The main categories of off -label drug use were no pediatric and elderly information(23.42%), indication(4.1 5%),dosage (6.31 %),dosage range (62.95%)and administration route (3.1 5%).Conclusion The off -label use of antibacterial agents is common in our hospital.It's in need to regulate off -label drug use.

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of the BACTEC Plus aerobic,BACTEC Lytic anaerobic,BacT/Alert aerobic and anaerobic blood culture media in detection of bloodstream infections.Methods Retrospective study was conducted.A total of four blood culture bottles from each inpatient with suspected bloodstream infections were collected and analyzed from June 2013 to September 2015 in Peking University People's Hospital.The four bottles,including BACTEC Plus aerobic,BACTEC Lytic anaerobic,BacT/Alert FA aerobic and BacT/Alert FN anaerobic media,and was incubated for 5 days in the BacT/Alert 3D and BACTEC FX instruments,respectively.Time to detection (TTD) and positive rate in detecting bacteria of the two systems were evaluated by Wilcoxon test and Chi-square test.Results Among 2 189 total cultures collected,20 were excluded because of blood shortage and 201 (9.27％) were positive for pathogens.The positive rates of BACTEC Plus aerobic media and BacT/Alert FA aerobic media were 75.3％ (140/186) and 69.4％ (129/186) (x2 =1.625,P=0.202),respectively.While,the positive rates of BacT/Alert FN anaerobic media and BACTEC Lytic anaerobic media were 81.8％ (99/121) and 63.6％ (77/121) for total organisms,respectively (x2 =10.083,P =0.001).A significant difference in TTD was detected in BACTEC Plus aerobic media[11.0 (8.0-16.0) h] and BacT/Alert FA aerobic media[13.9 (10.4-18.7) h] (Z =-5.240,P ＜ 0.001).BACTEC Lyric anaerobic media[8.0(7.0-10.0) h] had a shorter TTD (Z =-4.299,P ＜ 0.001) than BacT/Alert FN anaerobic media[11.3(9.3-12.7) h].The positive rates of BACTEC and BacT/Alert system were 74.13％ (149/201) and 74.63％ (150/201),respectively,compared with taking one set from each system.Conclusions BACTEC media has a shorter TTD and almost the same bacterial recovery,and lower false positive rate than the BacT/ Alert media.
