1.Measurement of Morphological Parameters of Cryptosporidium murisOocysts by Digital Image Processing Technology

Objective To establish and analyze the morphological parameters of the oocysts of Cryptosporidium muris for defining their morphological change. Methods Oocysts were collected from KM mice(immunodepressed by dexamethasone for 10 days) and examined with modified acid-fast staining. Images of 1 190 oocysts were acquired by photograph system. The length, width, perimeter, area and equivalent diameter of the oocysts were obtained by computer digital image processing system and analyzed by SPSS software (Version 11.0). Result The average length of the oocysts was 5.93 ?m, ranging from 3.36 ?m to 8.51 ?m in 95% confidence interval of them. The average width was 4.96 ?m, ranging from 3.26 ?m to 6.66 ?m in 95% confidence interval of them. The average perimeter was 18.03 ?m and the average area was 16.08 ?m2. Conclusion Data obtained from the computer system are objective and precise, offering scientific foundation for measuring the oocysts and for identifying Cryptosporidium spp.[
2.Intervention effects of SOD-enriched cili juice on immune function in arseniasis rats caused by coal burning

OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of superoxidase (SOD)-enriched cili juice (CJSOD)on immune function of arseniasis rats,in order to provide a experi mental basis for the search of drugs of immune regulation of the ende mic arsenic poisoning.METHODS Wistar rats were rando mly divided into arsenic 25,50 and 100mg·g-1 groups to be fed 164.67 pp marsenic conta minated grain at levels of 15%,30% and 60%,experi mental period was 90d,CJSOD intervention group was fed with feed contained arsenic 100mg·kg-1 for 90d,then CJSOD was ad ministered at 10mL·kg-1 (6d /week) for 45d.The urine arsenic contents,blood T-ly mphocyte subsets (CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + T cell),seru mimmunoglobulin (IgG,IgM,IgA)and complement (C3,C4)were analyzed.RESULTS Co mpared with the normal control group,As 50 and 100mg·kg-1 group had significantly lower CD3 +(46.21 ± 21 .62,31 .31 ±7.73),CD4 +(30.36 ±9.97,25.94 ±12.94)and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +(1 .12 ±0.41 , 1 .12 ±0.41 ).As 100mg·kg-1 group showed clearly high levels of C4(81 .18 ±13.23)(P <0.05). Co mpared with the As 100mg·kg-1 group,after intervention with CJSOD,the positive rate of CD3 +(54.06 ±25.77),CD4 +(42.50 ±17.01 ),and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +(1 .80 ±0.71 )were significantly increased,while the result of C4 (68.70 ±10.30)and the urine arsenic contents 〔253.82 (158.21 ~494. 11 )〕was significantly decreased(P <0.05).The levels of urine arsenic in rat and CD3 +,CD4 +and CD4 +/CD8 + were negatively correlated,while positive correlation existed between the level of urine arsenic and C4(P <0.01 ).CONCLUSION Arsenic inhibit the immune function in rats.Arsenic load levels were positively correlated with the degree of inhibition.CJSOD preparation can i mprove the immune function of arseniasis rats.
3.Research progress of enzyme-instructed self-assembly molecules for tumor therapy and imaging

Self-assembly is the basis of the formation of biological macromolecular structure. Enzyme-instructed self-assembly (EISA) with the help of tool enzymes, realizing the conversion of small molecular compounds to supramolecular nanostructures at specific sites, become a new strategy for drug discovery.In recent years, the exploration of EISA for developing malignant cancer therapy and imaging has made considerable progress, achieving the precise regulation and tumor targeting of nanostructures. This paper reviews the latest progress of EISA in the field of tumor diagnosis and treatment, the functions and characteristics of tool enzymes such as alkaline phosphatase, sirtuin, tyrosinase, γ-glutamyltranspeptidase and caspase-3,summarizes the research status of EISA targeting multiple organelles in tumor therapy, and introduces the application of EISA in tumor imaging, aiming to provide reference forthe research of EISA strategy in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
4.Current status and influencing factors of orthopedic nurses' cognition on perioperative nursing risk among elderly patients in Beijing

Objective:To investigate the cognition of orthopedic nurses on perioperative nursing risk of orthopedic elderly patients in Beijing, and to understand its influencing factors.Methods:From August to October 2019, 171 orthopedic nurses from two Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals and one Class Ⅱ Grade A hospital in Beijing were selected as research subjects. The self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the survey content included the general information, nursing risk cognition and nursing risk management of the survey subject. The t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis were used for group comparisons, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. Results:Among 171 orthopedic nurses, the total score of nursing risk was (39.56±7.85) . In individual scores, two aspects of awareness of the cause and preventive measures of falls had the highest scores, respectively (3.62±0.76) and (4.04±0.72) , and the lowest postoperative delirium score was (3.00±0.99) and (3.06±1.02) respectively. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the scores of nurses' cognition on perioperative nursing risk of orthopedic elderly patients among nurses with different education levels, positions, whether they were specialist orthopedic nurses, the proportion of elderly patients in the ward, the importance of nursing managers and the number of department training in the past two years ( P<0.01) . Multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of orthopedic nurses' cognition on perioperative nursing risk of orthopedic elderly patients included whether they were specialist orthopedic nurses, the proportion of elderly patients in the ward, the importance of nursing managers and the number of department training in the past two years with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Orthopedic nurses have a moderate level of cognition on the nursing risk of orthopedic elderly patients, and their overall cognition needs to be improved. Nursing managers should focus on cultivating the risk awareness and risk assessment capabilities of orthopedic nurses, pay attention to the training and use of orthopedic specialist nurses, and improve the management system of orthopedic specialist nurses.
