Objective To investigate the fly in relation to cadaver in the area of Guizhou. Method According to entomological investigation method, 12 areas were selected for investigation, where specimens were collected from 10th to 20th in February, May, August and November in a year. Results 37433 sarcosaphagous fly specimens were collected in 12 areas in a year, which were classified into 27 species of 17 genera in 5 families.Conclusion Data on the sarcosaphagous fly species, area- and season-related distribution were obtained, which is reported first time in China. and may form a basis for further study on the development of sarcosaphagous fly and provide reference to estimation of possible season and circumstance when death occurred.

Objective To investigate the expression of mutant BRCA2 gene in human breast cancer tissue and its clinic-healing significance.Methods The expression of mutant BRCA2 gene in breast cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues of 66 patients' samples was detected using immunofluorostainning(IFS)and the correlation between the expression of mutant BRCA2 and patient's clinic-pathological characteristic was analyzed.Results Among 66 patients' samples,87.8%(58/66)were up-regulated expression of mutant BRCA2 protein in breast cancer tissues and 12.2%(8/66)was no significant difference of the mutant BRCA2 expression between the cancer tissue and its corresponding adjacent noncancerous tissues.The label index(LI)of mutant BRCA2 gene was higher in the cases of breast carcinoma's later clinical stage,poor tumor differentiation grade,breast scirrhus carcinomas,infiltrative breast carcinomas and metastasis.Conclusion The overexpression of mutant BRCA2 gene in human breast cancer tissue is positively related to the breast carcinoma's clinical stage,tumor differentiation grade,the tumor pathological type and metastasis,and it may influence the healing therapy of the breast cancer patients.

Objective To investigate the expression of poly ADP-ribose polymerase-1(PARP-1) in human breast cancer tissue and its relationship with patient's prognosis related factors.Methods The expression of PARP-1 in breast cancer tissues and their adjacent non-cancerous tissues from resection in 66 operated cases were detected using RT-PCR and immunofluorecence staining(IFS).The relationship between the expression of PARP-1 and the prognosis related factors was analyzed.Results Compared with that of the adjacent non-cancerous tissues,the expression of PARP-1 mRNA increased in 94.9%(62/66) patients,while the expression of PARP-1 protein increased in 90.9%(60/66) ones.The label index(LI) and the expression index(EI) of PARP-1 gene increased especially in the cases in later clinical stage,with poor tumor differentiation grade,of pure breast carcinomas or infiltrative breast carcinomas and of metastasis.Conclusion The expression of PARP-1 in human breast cancer tissue on the level of transcription and translation increases,which may be positively related with the patient's prognosis.

Objective To analyze the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic bacteria in urinary tract infection (UTI)so as to provide evidence for appropriate selection of antimicrobial agents in clinical practice. Methods From January 2001 to December 2008 in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital,4683 strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from urine samples were detected by ATB system;drug susceptibility test was performed with disk diffusion method and pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance was analyzed with WHO NET 5.3 software. Results Among 4683 strains of pathogenic bacteria,most was gramnegative bacilli,accounting for about 77.8%,of which predominant strain was Escherichia coli (68.7%,3217/4683).The predominant strain of gram-positive bacteria was Enterococcus faecalis,accounting for 10.0%(468/4683).Escherichia coli showed hish resistance rotes to ampicillin,piperacillin and compound snlfamethoxazole(SMZ-TMP),which were 76.6%,61.7%and 57.4%respectively,while a low resistance to imipenem,cefoperazone-sulbactam,piperacillin-tazobactam,Enterococcus faecalis showed high resistance rates to erythromycin,gentamicin and levofloxacin,which were 65.8%,43.2%and 31.1%respectively,and were most susceptive to vancomycin and teicoplanin, both with resistance rates of 0. The susceptibility rate of Enterobacteriaceae to imipenem was 100%. From 2006 to 2008, the detection rate of extend-spectrum β-lactamases ESBLs -producing Escherichia coil in outpatient increased year by year, from 28.7% to 43.3% (P＜0.05), whereas no significant change was found in inpatients. The detection rate of (ESBLs)-producing Escherichia coil in inpatients was significantly higher than that in outpatients (P＜0.05).The detection rate of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coil was 23.6%. The antimicrobial resistance rate in elderly patients was significantly higher than that in overall antimicrobial resistance rote (P＜0.05). Conclusions The predominant bacteria of UTI are still gram-negative bacteria, main of which is Escherichia col. Bacteria are resistant to a variety of antibiotics. Approximate selection of antibiotics in clinical practice should be made on the basis of susceptibility test results.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Qingre Anchuang Tablets(QAT) processed by new or old technology on rabbit ear acne.Methods Experimental rabbit ear acne was induced by coal tar.After the modeling,the rabbits were administrated with QAT processed by new or old technology.The thickness,weight and PGE2 level of the acne ear were measured,and the pathological changes of the acne ear were also examined.Results QAT processed by new or old technology could decrease the thickness,weight and PGE2 level of the ear significantly,and relieve the pathological changes of the acne ear.The effects of QAT processed by new technology was better than that of QAT processed by old technology.Conclusion QAT processed by new technology has a better therapeutic effect on rabbit ear acne than QAT processed by old technology.

Objective:To observe the diuretic action of Liniao Capsules (LC). Methods: The urinary effects of LC were studied in the loading rats with water.Results: LC could significantly increase the urinary output, shorten the latent period of emiction, and reduce the contents of TP in urine and BUN in blood serum. Conclusion: LC exerted the significant diuretic effect in rats.

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of vagus nerve-preserving Da Vinci robotassisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods The retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted.The clinicopathological data of 12 gastric cancer patients who underwent vagus nerve-preserving Da Vinci robotassisted radical gastrectomy at the Southwest Hospital of the Third Military Medical University from January 2015 to November 2016 were collected.All patients underwent vagus nerve-preserving Da Vinci robot-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.During operation,lymph node dissection of the pyloric region,the right side of the cardia and the superior margin of the pancreas were noticed,and other surgical procedures were the same as the traditional Da Vinci robot-assisted radical gastrectomy.Observation indicators:(1) intra-and post-operative situations:surgical methods,digestive tract reconstruction,operation time,volume of intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissected,results of postoperative pathological examination,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time for liquid diet intake,duration of postoperative hospital stay,short-term surgery-related complications (postoperative bleeding,anastomotic fistula,obstruction and intra-abdominal infection);(2)follow-up situations:postoperative long-term complications (gastric retention,alkaline reflux gastritis,dumping syndrome,gallbladder disease and cholelithiasis),postoperative quality of life (diet,upper abdominal discomfort,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea),postoperative nutritional status [body weight,hemoglobin (Hb),total protein (TP),albumin (Alb)] and tumor recurrence.Follow-up using telephone interview and outpatient examination was performed up to December 2016.Telephone interview included detecting diet of patients,digestive tract symptoms and body weight.Routine blood test,liver and kidney functions,tumor markers,chest X-ray,abdominal computed tomography (CT) or color Doppler ultrasound and gastroscopy of outpatient examinations were performed to detect tumor recurrence and metastasis.Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as x±s and measurement data with skewed distribution were described as M (range).Results (1) Intra-and post-operative situations:all the 12 patients underwent successful vagus nerve-preserving Da Vinci robot-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,without conversion to laparoscopic surgery or open surgery,including 2 patients with D1 lymphadenectomy,2 patients with extended D1 lymphadenectomy and 8 patients with D2 lymphadenectomy.Five and 7 patients underwent respectively Billroth Ⅰ anastomosis and Billroth Ⅱ anastomosis of digestive tract reconstruction.Operation time,volume of intraoperative blood loss and number of lymph node dissected of 12 patients were (247± 34) minutes,(94 ± 23) mL and 27 ± 7,respectively.Results of postoperative pathological examination showed that distal and proximal surgical margins of 12 patients were negative and achieved R0 resection;326 lymph nodes were dissected,6 patients didn't have lymph node metastasis and 18 positive lymph nodes were detected in 6 patients.Recovery time of gastrointestinal function,time for liquid diet intake and duration of postoperative hospital stay in 12 patients were (57±14)hours,(64± 14)hours and (7.3±0.9)days,respectively.There was no occurrence of short-term surgery-related complications.(2) Follow-up situations:12 patients were followed up by telephone interview (10 receiving outpatient exaninations) for 9 months (range,1-20 months).Of 12 patients with long-term complications,2 had loss of appetite,1 had diarrhea,without occurrence of cholelithiasis,cholecystitis,gastric retention and dumping syndrome.Of 10 patients receiving outpatient examinations,body weight,Hb,TP and Alb were (56± 12) kg,(126± 10) g/L,(69.9±5.1) g/L,(43.2±3.3)g/L at 1 month postoperatively and (52±13)kg,(126±10)g/L,(72.1±2.4)g/L,(45.2±1.6)g/L at 3 months postoperatively,respectively,with negative carcinoembryonic antigen.There was no tumor recurrence and metastasis in 12 patients.Conclusion Vagus nerve-preserving Da Vinci robot-assisted radical gastrectomy is safe and feasible for gastric cancer,which has not affected the lymph node dissection and incidence of surgeryrelated complications,and it also can improve the postoperative quality of life and maintain good nutritional status.

Objective To study the dose-and time-effect relationship between lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and CD14 expression in the cell line J774A.1 of mouse macrophages. Methods The cell line J774A.1 was stimulated with different doses of LPS,and the CD14 surface-positive cells from the cell line J774A.1 were detected by flow cytometry(FCM)45 min after stained with FITC-CD14 monoclonal antibody. The changes of CD14 surface expression in the cell line J774A.1 at different time(1,2,4,8 and 16 h)after stimulated with LPS were observed.After the best stimulant time was selected,the cell line J774A.1 was treated with different doses(1,10,50,100,500 and 1 000 ?g?L~(-1))of LPS and the changes of CD14 surface expression were observed.(Results In view) of time-effect,compared with control group(the positive rate was 12.50?3.71),LPS significantly enhanced the CD14 expression at 1,2 and 4 h after stimulation(the positive rates were 23.80?5.07,(23.04?)2.88 and 28.22?1.54,respectively) when the dose of LPS was 1 ?g?L~(-1)(P

Objective To explore the dose- and time-responses of BPCBG on the decorporation of uranium and its protective effects for uranium-induced kidney injury in rats. Methods Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats were randomly divided into 4 -7 groups:normal control group,uranium poisoning group,different doses of BPCBG groups and DTPA-CaNa3 group. Rats in chelating agents-treated groups were either injected intramuscularly with 60,120 and 600 μmol/kg of BPCBG or 120 and 600 μmol/kg of DTPA-CaNa3 immediately after intraperitoneal injection of uranyl acetate dihydrate,or injected with 120 μmol/kg of BPCBG 0.5,2 h before or 0,0.5,1 and 2 h after injection of uranium. Uranium poisoning group rats were injected with normal saline after intraperitoneal injection of uranyl acetate dihydrate,and the normal control group rats were merely injected with normal saline. The uranium content in urine,kidney and femurs were detected 24 h after chelator injections by ICP-MS method.After injecting a dose of 500 μg uranyl acetate dihydrate,rats were injected with 600 μmol/kg of BPCBG or 1200 μmol/kg of DTPA-CaNa3. Histopathological changes in the kidney and serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were examined 48 h after chelator administration.Results Prompt injections of BPCBG resulted in 37％ -61％ ( t =2.22,4.43,5.80,P ＜ 0.05 ) increase in 24 h-urinary uranium excretion,and significantly decreased the levels of uranium in kidney and bone by 59％ -69％ (t=3.33,5-59,4-53,P＜0.01) and 14％ -58％ (t =2.15,8.70,9.10,P ＜ 0.05 ) respectively in a dose-dependent manner. BPCRG injection obviously reduced the severity of the uranium-induced histological alterations in the kidney,which was in parallel with the amelioration noted in serum indicators,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,of uranium nephrotoxicity.Advanced 0.5 h or delayed 0.5 and 1 h administrations of BPCBG were effective in 24 h-urinary uranium excretion ( advanced 0.5 h:t =4.34,delayed 0.5 h:t =3.35,P ＜ 0.05 ),decreasing accumulation of kidney uranium ( t =5.75,7.74,5.87,P ＜ 0.05 ) and accumulation of hone uranium (t =6.43,5.222,2.60,P ＜0.05),but the efficacy decreased with the interval time between uranium and BPCBG injection. Although DTPA-CaNa3 markedly reduced uranium retention in kidney (120,600 μmol/kg,t =2.28,3.35,P ＜ 0.05 ),its efficacy in uranium removal was significantly lower than that of BPCBG,and it had no protective effects against uranium-induced nephrotoxicity.Conclusions BPCBG can effectively decorporate uranium from rats and protect against uranium-induced kidney injury of rats.
