Professor ZHANG Lei is one of the most renowned doctors in traditional Chinese medicine. He is good at treating miscellaneous disease of internal medicine, and summarizes eight clinical therapy from long-term clinical practice, and cleaning turbidity therapy is one of the most characteristic therapy. Cleaning turbidity therapy is founded under today's improvement of living standards and changes of lifestyle where more and more turbidity syndromes are caused. Qianjin Weijing Decoction is used as main prescription and modified according to different zang-fu where turbidity syndromes are located. On account of cleaning turbidity therapy is one of the eliminating pathogens therapy, strengthening healthy qi must be used according to power of healthy qi, especially healthy qi of spleen and stomach.

5.Research of Mild Hypothermia on Expression of AKT after Hypoxia-Ischemia Brain Damage

Objective To study the effect of local mild hypothermia on AKT protein expression after rats focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods By using the model of rat focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,the middle cerebral arteries(MCA)of SD rats were occluded for 2 h,and reperfused for2h,12h,24h,72h.Immunohistochemical analysis was used to detect expression of AKT.Results AKT expressed after ischemia 2h,the expression was significantly increased after ischemia reperfusion with peak expression at 72h in model group on normal temperature.In mild hypothermia group,the AKT expression was higher than that in normal temperature group when at the same time point.Conclusion Brain hypoxia-ischemia could induce the expression of AKT.Mild hypothermia could promote the expression of AKT.The expression of AKT could be one of the protected way of brain hypoxia-ischemia.
6.Effects of exogenous hormones on growth and tanshinones accumulation in radix of Salvia miltiorrhiza

Objective To study the effects of exogenous hormones,gibberellin(GA3)and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),on growth and tanshinones accumulation in the radix of Salvia miltiorrhiza.MethodsThe herb characters and contents of tanshinones(cryptotanshinone,tanshinone Ⅰ,and tanshinone ⅡA)in the radix of S.miltiorrhiza with different hormone treatments were investigated and compared in the combination of trail pot and indoor analysis.Results It promoted aboveground biomass in the radix of S.miltiorrhiza increasing with single GA3.But it inhibited underground biomass increasing.The exogenous addition of low-level and high-level GA3 was benefit for tanshinones accumulation,whereas the middle-level GA3 wasn't.The aboveground and underground biomass in the radix of S.miltiorrhiza increased indistinctively with the increasing of IAA concentration and then decreased.And the IAA solutions also increased plant height and root length indistinctively.in a whole,it was benefit for tanshinones accumulation when applying low-level IAA(0.5 mg/L)singly.With the increasing of IAA concentration,the content of cryptotanshinone increased,but the contents of tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone ⅡA decreased.It promoted S.miltiorrhiza radix growth and three tanshinones contents increasing obviously with the combined application of two low-level hormones.Conclusion The applying of GA3 and IAA is benefit for the growth and three tanshinones accumulation in the radix of S.miltiorrhiza.

8.Clinical study of low dose heparins and low molecular weight heparins for treatment of traumatic disseminated intravascular coagulation

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical efficacy of low dose heparins and low molecular weight heparins (LMWHs) in the treatment of severe traumatic disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).MethodsA total of 77 trauma patients (APACHE Ⅱ score for 5-10) with secondary DIC in ICU were included and randomly assigned to three groups,ie,Group A (26 patients,subcutaneously injected with LMWHs at doses of 75-150 U · kg-1 · d-1,with the average incipient dose of 4 000 U/d),Group B (25 patients,subcutaneously injected with heparins at doses of 100-250 U · kg-1 · d-1,with the average incipient dose of 5000 U/d and control group (26 patients,supplemented with simple blood coagulation factor).The injection volume was adjusted according to the level of antithrombin Ⅲ ( ATⅢ ) in each group.Within 28 days in ICU,the three groups were compared in aspects of deaths,hospital day,bleeding rate,thrombin time (TT),prothrombin time (PT),activation part thrombin time ( APTT),fibrinogen (Fg),antithrombin Ⅲ ( AT Ⅲ ) and D-dimer.Results ( 1 ) The differences of mortality were both insignificant in the control group comparel with Group A and Group B respectively at day 28 ( P < 0.05 ).(2) The ICU stay of three groups showed significant differences ( P < 0.01 ),with longer stay of Groups A and B than control group ( P < 0.01 ) and longer stay of Group A than Group B ( P < 0.05 ).( 3 ) Except for AT Ⅲ ( P < 0.01 ),other blood coagulation indices showed no significant difference among three groups.(4) The differences of bleeding rate were not significant between Group A and control group (P > 0.05),but significant between Group B and control group (p < 0.05 ).(5) Related factor analysis indicated significant relationship between AT Ⅲ level and bleeding rate (P <0.01 ).ConclusionsLow dose heparins and LMWHs are beneficial to controlling traumatic DIC,but the heparin therapy adjusted by the level of AT Ⅲ with marked correlation bleeding rate shows lower bleeding rate as compared with LMWHs.
9.Usefulness of contrast enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lesions

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of contrast enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods Contrast enhanced ultrasound was performed after administration of SonoVue in 104 patients scheduled for surgical tumor removal. The enhancement morphology was classified as non, peripheral,homogeneous,regional,or heterogeneous enhancement based on distribution of enhancing areas. All breast lesions enhancement morphology were analyzed, and the diagnostic value of contrast enhanced ultrasound was calculated. Results The prevalence of non enhancement was significantly higher in benign lesions than in malignant ones(P = 0.013),and the prevalence of peripheral enhancement was significantly higher in malignant lesions than in benign ones (P = 6.02 × 10-7). Conclusions Contrast enhanced ultrasound is useful in diagnosis of breast lesions.
10.Clinical analysis of localized peritoneal mesothelioma

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of localized peritoneal mesothelioma by the retrospective analysis of the clinical data and its relationship with asbestos exposure.Methods A total of 22 cases with localized peritoneal mesothelioma confirmed by pathological test and they were selected as our subjects in the Central Hospital of Cangzhou from Jan.2007 to Dec.2012.The information of all cases was collected.The incidence,asbestos exposure history,clinical manifestations,imaging studies,pathological type,immunohistochemistry and tumor markers of peritoneal mesotheliom patients were recorded or measured.Results Of 22 cases,female accounted for 68.18%.The periods from onset symptoms to treatment time was from 2 days to 1 year with an average of 83 days.Clinical symptoms were verified including localized abdominal pain (11 cases,50.00%),abdominal mass (8 cases,36.36%),abdominal distension (6 cases,27.27%),ascites (10 cases,45.45%).Patient was with increased platelet and carcinoma antigen 125.Abdominal computerized tomography showed that local mass was seen and 12 cases were with asbestos spot.Ultrasound-guided peritoneal biopsy was confirmed as the main diagnostic method followed by Laparotomy.Epithelial type was the main pathological type (19 cases,86.36%),following the fleshy tumor type and mixed type.Eighteen cases had asbestos exposure history.Conclusion Localized peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare disease.However,the incidence is high in the current region due to asbestos exposure.Abdominal pain and local mass are the main clinical symptoms,and the main pathology is epithelial typeas well as surgery is the main therapy.
