He is good at treating miscellaneous disease of internal medicine, and summarizes eight clinical therapy from long-term clinical practice, and cleaning turbidity therapy is one of the most characteristic therapy. Cleaning turbidity therapy is founded under today's improvement of living standards and changes of lifestyle where more and more turbidity syndromes are caused. Qianjin Weijing Decoction is used as main prescription and modified according to different zang-fu where turbidity syndromes are located. On account of cleaning turbidity therapy is one of the eliminating pathogens therapy, strengthening healthy qi must be used according to power of healthy qi, especially healthy qi of spleen and stomach.
5.Clinical study of low dose heparins and low molecular weight heparins for treatment of traumatic disseminated intravascular coagulation

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical efficacy of low dose heparins and low molecular weight heparins (LMWHs) in the treatment of severe traumatic disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC).MethodsA total of 77 trauma patients (APACHE Ⅱ score for 5-10) with secondary DIC in ICU were included and randomly assigned to three groups,ie,Group A (26 patients,subcutaneously injected with LMWHs at doses of 75-150 U · kg-1 · d-1,with the average incipient dose of 4 000 U/d),Group B (25 patients,subcutaneously injected with heparins at doses of 100-250 U · kg-1 · d-1,with the average incipient dose of 5000 U/d and control group (26 patients,supplemented with simple blood coagulation factor).The injection volume was adjusted according to the level of antithrombin Ⅲ ( ATⅢ ) in each group.Within 28 days in ICU,the three groups were compared in aspects of deaths,hospital day,bleeding rate,thrombin time (TT),prothrombin time (PT),activation part thrombin time ( APTT),fibrinogen (Fg),antithrombin Ⅲ ( AT Ⅲ ) and D-dimer.Results ( 1 ) The differences of mortality were both insignificant in the control group comparel with Group A and Group B respectively at day 28 ( P < 0.05 ).(2) The ICU stay of three groups showed significant differences ( P < 0.01 ),with longer stay of Groups A and B than control group ( P < 0.01 ) and longer stay of Group A than Group B ( P < 0.05 ).( 3 ) Except for AT Ⅲ ( P < 0.01 ),other blood coagulation indices showed no significant difference among three groups.(4) The differences of bleeding rate were not significant between Group A and control group (P > 0.05),but significant between Group B and control group (p < 0.05 ).(5) Related factor analysis indicated significant relationship between AT Ⅲ level and bleeding rate (P <0.01 ).ConclusionsLow dose heparins and LMWHs are beneficial to controlling traumatic DIC,but the heparin therapy adjusted by the level of AT Ⅲ with marked correlation bleeding rate shows lower bleeding rate as compared with LMWHs.
6.Clinical comparison study of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effects of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) and transabdominal hysterectomy (TAH).MethodsOne hundred and twenty-six cases operated with hysterectomy were classified into LAVH group and TAH group by random digits table with 63 cases each.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,exhaust time,hospitalization time and postoperative complications were observed and compared.ResultsThe operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount,exhaust time and hospitalization time was ( 115.6 ± 13.8 ) min,(92.5 ± 11.3 ) ml,(21.8 ±4.8) d and (6.1 ± 1.7) d in LAVH group,( 82.5 ± 8.7) min,( 112.3 ± 17.8) ml,(28.9 ± 6.2) d and (9.6 ±2.2) d in TAH group,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).The incidence of incision pain,delayed wound healing,vaginal stump infection,thrombophlebitis,and gastrointestinal disorders was 9.5%(6/63),0,1.6%(1/63),0 and 7.9%(5/63) in LAVH group,which was significantly lower than that in TAH group [52.4%(33/63),7.9%(5/63),11.1%(7/63),7.9%(5/63) and 22.2% ( 14/63 ) ] (P < 0.05).ConclusionCompared with TAH,LAVH can shorten exhaust time,hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative bleeding amount,decrease complication rate,which can be further applied in clinic.
7.Study on preparation process for Suxiaoxintong Dropping Pills

Objective: To establish the optimum preparation process for Suxiaoxintong Dropping Pills (Cortex moutan, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Borneolum Syntheticum). Methods: The preparation conditions, such as the different kinds of primary substance, cooling agent, the proportion between the extracts and primary substance etc. were studied with L 18 (3 7) orthogonal design. Results: Six batches of the products prepared with the process on the experimental result were conformed to the standard of the Chinese pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: It has been proved that the process is available.
8.Protective effect of tanshinoneⅡA on dopaminergic neurons in mouse model of Parkinson’s disease and its mechanism

Objective To explore the effects of tanshinoneⅡA on the injury of dopaminergic neurons of Parkinson’s disease (PD)mouse model induced by 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP),and to clarify the possible mechanism of its protective effects on dopaminergic neurons.Methods 60 C57BL/6N mice were randomly divided into control group,PD model group and tanshinone ⅡA group(n=20).The mice in PD model group and tanshinone ⅡA group were treated with MPTP to establish PD models. The bebavior of the mice in various groups was observed.The number of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH),cd11b,p47-phox,and inducibleni tricoxidesynthase (iNOS)-positive cells,and the protein expression levels of TH,cd11b,p47-phox and iNOS in the substantia nigra (SN)of the midbrain of the mice in various groups were detected with immunohistochemistry, Western blotting and double-labeling immunofluorescence assay.Results Compared with control group,the mice in PD model group exhibited typical symptoms of PD, and the number of TH-positive cells and the protein expression level of TH in the substantia nigra of the mice in PD model group were reduced by about 45% and 50%;the number of cd11b,p47-phox,iNOS-positive cells and the protein expression levels of cd11b,p47-phox,iNOS were markedly increased (P<0.01 ). Compared with PD model group, the symptoms of PD of the mice in tanshinone ⅡA group were alleviated,the number of TH-positive cells and the expression level of TH protein in the SN were increased(P<0.01),and the number of cd11b,p47-phox and iNOS-positive cells and the TH protein expression levels were obviously decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA could mitigate the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the PD mouse model induced by MPTP. The mechanism of neuprotective effect may be related to the inhibition of microglial activation,NADPH oxidase and iNOS expressions.
9.Isolation and identification of macrophages from liver of Microtus fortis

Objective To separate and purify intrahepatic macrophages from Microtus fortis Mf and identify its phagocy?tosis. Methods The intrahepatic macrophages from Mf were separated and purified by perfusion collagenase digestion and density gradient centrifugation. The function of the cells was identified by FACS analysis and ink phagocytosis activity. Results The macrophage cells from the liver of Mf were obtained. These cells were bright and circular and grew adhering to the wall. The proportion of the living cells was 95%. The binding rate of these cells from Mf with anti?mouse CD14 antibody Clone Sa2?8 was about 50%of the rate of macrophage from C57BL/6 mice with this monoclonal antibody. The result of ink?phagocytosis ex?periment of macrophage cells from the liver of Mf was positive. Conclusion The method above mentioned is useful to separate and purify macrophage from the liver of Mf. The study builds the foundation for further research on macrophages of Mf against Schistosoma japonicum.
10.Relationship between vascular disease and uric acid of type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between uric acid level and macrovascular disease in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods Sixty type 2 diabetic patients with lower limb atherosclerosis of carotid artery were randomly selected in study group who hospitalized in the First Hospital of Zibo from Mar.to Feb.2012.Sixty type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) without carotid and lower limb athemsclerosis were served as control group.The blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose and other biochemical indexes,including blood uric acid,serum insulin (FNS),fasting blood glucose (FPG),apolipoprotein a (LP (a)),apolipoprotein A1,B (APO-A1,APO-B),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipopmtein cholesterol (LDL-C),triacylglycerol (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) were measured and determined.Results There was no significant difference in terms of blood pressure,blood lipid levels,APO-A1,APO-B,HbA1C,FNS and FPG in study group patiems (P > 0.05).The level LP(a) in study group was (0.4 ± 0.2) g/L,significantly higher than that in control group ((0.2 ± 0.2) g/L; t =3.842,P < 0.01).The blood uric acid level in study group was (362.3 ± 112.8)mmol/L,significantly higher than that of the control group((284.8 ±68.6)mmol/L;t =3.188,P<0.01).Conclusion Uric acid and LP(a) are involved in the oocurrence and development of athemsclemsis,which is close related to the development of type 2 diabetic macmangiopathy.Therefore,in the process of preventing type 2 diabetes with macroangiopathy,we should pay attention to uric acid and LP (a) of the patient beside effective control of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid level.
