This article reviews the proteins and transduction pat hw ay in endotoxic action. Lipopolysaccharide-binding protein(LBP) binds and trans ports the LPS to its receptors, which include CD14 and CD11/CD18. Toll-like rec eptors(TLRs) is closely associated with transducting the signals into cytoplasm. Scavenger receptors are related to hepatic clearance on endotoxin .The intracel lular signal transduction is involved in several paths which finally leads to t he release of cytokines.
2.Experimental study of sleep deprivation on gastric motility and the effect of some factors

Objective To observe the effect of gastric motility and gastric electric activity on sleep deprivation and the changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) and nitro oxygen(NO). Methods The 192 SD rats were divided into three groups randomly. Gastric emptying was analyzed with radioimmunoassay, using nuclide 99m Tc and gastric emptying of liquids and EGG with the serosa method .By using the immuno-chemistry and chemistry analysis methods, we observed the changes of some connective factors, for example, CGRP and NO. Results The acute deprivation can cause the change of gastric emptying and which is decreased with the time of deprivation, in the meantime, we found the gastric electric activity would be decreased before food, otherwise, the gastric electric activity is irregulary and the gut hormone, for example, CGRP and NO have been changed in the plastic of rats after acute deprivation. In the study we found the gastric emptying have a change obviously in the short time. But with the time of deprivation the gastric empting no have change. And the gastric similar to this, the gut hormone no any change. Conclusions The acute sleep deprivation caused the change of gastric emptying and the change of gastric electric activity obviously. In plastic, the level of CGRP and NO have a change after sleep deprivation. The chronic sleep deprivation caused the change of gastric emptying and the change of gastric electric activity, and caused the function of gastric motility disturbing, and the effect is prolong after chronic sleep deprivation.

RNA interference is an evolutionarily conserved surveillance mechanism that responds to double-stranded RNA by sequence-specific silencing of homologous genes. Although it is a short time since the discovery of the phenomenon, the technology develops fastly for the character of easy operation, low investment, specificity and potentiality, and researchers have made some progress on the mechanism of RNA interference and application in functional genomics and disease treatment. This article reviews the history, mechanism, biological significance and application of RNA interference.
4.Effects of acupuncture at Tsusanli (He-Sea Point) on expression of FOS and GFAP in medullary visceral zone of rats under stress

Objective To study the expression of Fos gene and GFAP in medullary visceral zone (MVZ) of rats under stress with their gastric mucosa protected by acupuncture. Methods 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control, stress and acupuncture group, with 8 for each group. Immunohistochemical methods were employed to detect the expression of Fos and GFAP in the nucleus of solitary tract (NTS) and dorsal motor nucleus of vagus (DMV) of medullary visceral zone. The extent of gastric mucosal damage was evaluated by ulcer index (UI). Results Fos-positive neurons and GFAP-positive stellar microgliocytes were found mainly in NTS and DMV of the medullary visceral zone. 5.Effects of electro-acupuncture on gastric emptying and Fos expression in the neuron of vagal-solitary complex of rat bulbus after LPS stimulation

Objective To investigate the effects of electro-acupuncture on gastric emptying and Fos expression in the neuron of vagal-solitary complex (VSC) of rat bulbus after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) intraperitoneal injection (i.p.). Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: control group, LPS i.p. group, LPS i.p. plus electro-acupuncture at Tsusanli point group and LPS i.p. plus electro-acupuncture at non-meridian-non-acupoint group, 10 rats for each group. Immunohistochemical techniques were used to detect the Fos expression in VSC. The animal's gastric emptying was measured by phenol red method. Results The rats with gastric emptying decreased greatly to (20.7±4.5)% 2.5 hours after LPS injection, and Fos-positive neurons were significantly found in VSC (83.2±6.6) compared with control group. However, in the group of LPS i.p. plus electro-acupuncture at Tsusanli point, the gastric emptying was up-regulated to (44.1±6.2)%, and the expression of Fos -positive neurons were down-regulated to (37.9±3.8) compared with LPS i.p. group. No significant difference was found between the group of LPS i.p. plus electro-acupuncture at non-meridian-non-acupoint and the group of LPS i.p. Conclusion LPS i.p. can retard the gastric motility in rats, electro-acupuncture at Tsusanli point may well regulate the function in LPS model rats. This function may be connected with its protective effects on Fos immunoreactive neurons activity in VSC of rat bulbus.
6.Effect of patient’s preference to fractional flow reserve guided percutaneous coronary intervention on clinical outcomes in patients with borderline lesion

The papienps were followed up for (19. 6 ± 6. 5) monphs afper preapmenp. Rapes of major adverse cardiac evenps(MACE) and recurrence of angina pecporis were recorded and compared. Results Angina remission rape in phe FFR guided PCI group was higher significanplt phan drug preapmenp group and PCI group (85. 4% vs. 69. 8% vs. 80. 2% , P =0. 018). MACE-free survival rape of FFR guided PCI group was higher(93. 8% vs. 77. 0% vs. 81. 5% , P =0. 006)phan phe opher 2 groups. Conclusions FFR guided preapmenp provides beneficial effecps po phe oupcomes of borderline lesion. Bup in phe real world, papienp′s preference mat plat a decisive role.
7.Comparison on effects of high intensity focused ultrasound and abdominal hysterectomy for treating uterine fibroids

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU ) and total abdominal hysterectomy for the treatment of uterine fibroids .Methods 167 patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids were divid‐ed into the HIFU treatment group(n=86) and the hysterectomy group(n=81) .The adverse events were recorded before operation and at postoperative 1 ,3 ,6 months .The questionnaire survey of the uterine fibroid symptoms‐quality of life (UFS‐QOL) was con‐ducted .The health related living quality was evaluated by using the health survey questionnaire‐36(SF‐36) .Results There were no severe adverse events in either group .The significant clinical complications and adverse events in the HIFU group were lower than those in the hysterectomy group .The UFS‐QOL scores in the HIFU group were superior to those in the hysterectomy group ,but the SF‐36 scores at postopertive 3 ,6 months had statistically significant differences between the two groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The patients who are unable to tolerate surgery or hope to preserve the uterus and its physiological function are suitable for HI‐FU treatment .
8.Comparative study of intravascular ultrasound and coronary angiography in percutaneous coronary intervention therapy

Objective To compare intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and coronary angiography in measuring the lumen diameter and coronary arteries stenosis rate, to investigate the impact of IVUS in the choice of surgical indications, surgical procedure guidance and effects of operation.Methods The patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) therapy from may 2013 to may 2014 were divided into IVUS-guided intervention therapy group (n=89) and coronary angiographyguided group (n=90).Their baseline parameters, lesion features, MACE and restenosis during follow-up were analyzed.Results Baseline clinical and angiographic characterisitcs were well matched and show no significant differences between the two groups.Compared to angiography-guided group, the minimum lumen diameter (MLD) of IVUS-guided group were higher, diameter stenosis (DS) and lesion length (LL) were lower in IVUS-guided intervention therapy group.The detection rate of calcified and eccentric lesion were significantly higher in IVUS-guided group.There were 204 (93.6 %) and 195 (87.8%) high-pressure balloons used in post-inflation in two groups, respectively.The MLD and plaque burden of IVUS-guided group were obviously improved after stent implantation.Conclusions IVUS-guided intervention therapy in PCI is safe and effective, may be helpful for the judgment of lesion, evaluating stent implantation and guiding high-pressure balloon post-inflation.IVUS-guided intervention could get the bigger immediate lumen diameter and lower plaque burden than coronary angiography without serious short-term or long-term complications.
9.Possible signal pathway of the apoptosis in gastric cancer cell lines induced by arsenic trioxide

Objective To investigate the possible signal pathway of the apoptosis in gastric cancer cell lines(SGC 7901 and MKN 45)induced by arsenic trioxide. Methods TUNEL method was used to observe the influence of calcium antagonist, inhibitors of protein kinase C (PKC) and protein tyrosine kinase(PTK) on the apoptosis of gastric cancer cells induced by arsenic trioxide. Levels of cAMP, PKC and PTK were detected before and after the treatment with arsenic trioxide. Results Both PKC and PTK inhibitors could induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cell lines, also both of them had a cooperative action with arsenic trioxide in inducing apoptosis of gastric cancer cells, while calcium antagonist had no any effect on the apoptosis of gastric cancer cell lines. 10.Implementation effect of mixed teaching mode + formative evaluation in the course of normal human morphology

The nursing students of Grade 2009 to Grade 2016 were selected.Their skills,midterm,usual and final performances as well as comprehensive scores of normal human morphology course were analyzed by one-way ANOVA in combination with different stages of curriculum integration in order to compare the teaching effect between traditional teaching mode + evaluation system and mixed teaching mode + formative evaluation in the course of normal human morphology.Statistical analysis by SPSS 17.0 showed that the average score of formation stage (traditional teaching mode) was 67.55 ± 12.72,the average score of integration stage (mixed teaching mode) was 72.79 ± 10.93 and the average score of development stage (formative evaluation +mixed teaching mode) was 83.94 ± 9.58.After making comparisons,the P values of ANOVA of the course of normal human body morphology in all stages were all less than 0.001,having statistical significance.The results showed that the overall development of the curriculum is becoming mature and the new teaching model can help students who usually do not like to review.
