Objective To screen the presciption of Blumea gynecological lotion and investigate the inhibitory effect through inhibition rate test; To provide a basis for clinical application. Methods Consumption of Tween-80, SLES, hydrogenated castor oil (RH-40), and clarity of the solution were selected as the evaluation indexes to optimize the solubilizing agents. By using the filter paper method and the inhibition zone size as the evaluation index, the antimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus. Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was studied to screen the best antibacterial agent from 2 g/L GM-BP, 2 mL/L PHMB, 2 mL/L A.SAP. With Blumeapowder dissolution percentage as the evaluation index, orthogonal test was used to screen additives in the lotion. Finally, the bacteriostasis effect and stability of the obtained lotion were investigated in vitro. Results The order of solubilizing effect was RH-40>SLES>Tween-80, and that of inhibition zone size was PHMB>A.SAP>GM-BP. The best prescription as follows:0.6 mg/mL Blumea powder, 0.04 g/mL SLES, 0.01 g/mL CAB-35, 10% propylene glycol. Bacteriostatic rates of Blumea gynecology lotion sample were more than 90%, and bacteriostatic rates remained more than 80% after 3 months. Conclusion The prescription of Blumea gynecology lotion is reasonable and practicable, with simple preparation process, available materials and good inhibitory effect and stability.

Pharmacological studies have shown that Bruceae Fructus has unique antitumous effects, which has broad market prospects. In recent years, the demand of Bruceae Fructus has increased year by year. Production and marketing thrive, and prices continue to rise. Therefore, it has become one of the Chinese medicinal herbs with antitumour effects that obtained people’s attention. This author summarized the dynamic condition of production and marketing of Bruceae Fructus during the last 10 years, and analyzed the major reasons for price changes and forecast development tendency so as to provide references for the reasonable layout of production and marketing of Bruceae Fructus.

Objective This article seeks to apply root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the fundamental cause of low hand hygiene compliance among medical personnel, and try to evaluate the effect of interventions. Methods Using RCA method to analyze the direct cause of hand hygiene compliance among medical personnel ,and then find out the root cause of it. It's expected that the hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel shall be improved through pro-posed interventions. Results After the intervenetions,the rate of hand hygiene compliance from 25.73% to 42.79%(P<0.01). Comparison with the actual rates of WHO five times hand washing, there were notable differences(P<0.05) in observation ofcontacting patient beforehand, contacting patient afterwards and prior to aseptic operations through three interventions. In fact, there were no differences between contacting the patients' blood and body fluids and contacting the patients'surroundings afterwards. Conclusion Using RCA methods to search for the root cause of low hand hygiene compliances among medical personnel. Through proposed interventions,hand hygiene compliances of medical personnel could be enormously improved.

The Chinese Pharmacopoeia is the legal technical standard which should be followed during the research, production, use, and administration of drugs. At present, the new edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia is planned to be promulgated and implemented. This article summarizes and analyzes the main characteristics and the content of updates and amendments of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition(Volume Ⅰ), to provide a reference for the correct understanding and accurate implementation the new edition of the pharmacopoeia.

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy has achieved remarkable success in the treatment of hematological malignancies. Based on the immunomodulatory capability of CAR-T cells, efforts have turned toward exploring their potential in treating autoimmune diseases. Bibliometric analysis of 210 records from 128 academic journals published by 372 institutions in 40 countries/regions indicates a growing number of publications on CAR-T therapy for autoimmune diseases, covering a range of subtypes such as systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, among others. CAR-T therapy holds promise in mitigating several shortcomings, including the indiscriminate suppression of the immune system by traditional immunosuppressants, and non-sustaining therapeutic levels of monoclonal antibodies due to inherent pharmacokinetic constraints. By persisting and proliferating in vivo, CAR-T cells can offer a tailored and precise therapeutics. This paper reviewed preclinical experiments and clinical trials involving CAR-T and CAR-related therapies in various autoimmune diseases, incorporating innovations well-studied in the field of hematological tumors, aiming to explore a safe and effective therapeutic option for relapsed/refractory autoimmune diseases.

Blumea balsamifera resource is an important material foundation for the breeding,quality identification,genetic research,biotechnology research and agricultural production.It is also the material basis for sustainable development of Blumea balsamifera.In this paper,we reviewed the related research on Blumea balsamifera resources in China,and discussed existing problems of Blumea balsamifera resources,and put forward some suggestions on key research direction in the future,for peer reference and discussion in use and further study promotion of Blumea balsamifera resources.

Catalase is widely used in the food, medical, and textile industries. It possesses exceptional properties including high catalytic efficiency, high specificity, and environmental friendliness. Free catalase cannot be recycled and reused in industry, resulting in a costly industrial biotransformation process if catalase is used as a core ingredient. Developing a simple, mild, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly approach to immobilize catalase is anticipated to improve its utilization efficiency and enzymatic performance. In this study, the catalase KatA derived from Bacillus subtilis 168 was expressed in Escherichia coli. Following separation and purification, the purified enzyme was prepared as an immobilized enzyme in the form of enzyme-inorganic hybrid nanoflowers, and the enzymatic properties were investigated. The results indicated that the purified KatA was obtained through a three-step procedure that included ethanol precipitation, DEAE anion exchange chromatography, and hydrophobic chromatography. Then, by optimizing the process parameters, a novel KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflower was developed. The optimum reaction temperature of the free KatA was determined to be 35 ℃, the optimum reaction temperature of KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers was 30-35 ℃, and the optimum reaction pH of both was 11.0. The free KatA and KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers exhibited excellent stability at pH 4.0-11.0 and 25-50 ℃. The KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers demonstrated increased storage stability than that of the free KatA, maintaining 82% of the original enzymatic activity after 14 d of storage at 4 ℃, whereas the free KatA has only 50% of the original enzymatic activity. In addition, after 5 catalytic reactions, the nanoflower still maintained 55% of its initial enzymatic activity, indicating that it has good operational stability. The K_m of the free KatA to the substrate hydrogen peroxide was (8.80±0.42) mmol/L, and the k_cat/K_m was (13 151.53± 299.19) L/(mmol·s). The K_m of the KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers was (32.75±2.96) mmol/L, and the k_cat/K_m was (4 550.67±107.51) L/(mmol·s). Compared to the free KatA, the affinity of KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers to the substrate hydrogen peroxide was decreased, and the catalytic efficiency was also decreased. In summary, this study developed KatA/Ca₃(PO₄)₂ hybrid nanoflowers using Ca²⁺ as a self-assembly inducer, which enhanced the enzymatic properties and will facilitate the environmentally friendly preparation and widespread application of immobilized catalase.

ObjectiveTo characterize the changes of metabolites of Blumea balsamifera in the process of sweating by non-targeted metabolomics， and to investigate the influence of sweating processing on the constituents of B. balsamifera. MethodsUltra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/electrostatic field orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS） metabolomics was used to identify the metabolites in no sweating group（F1）， sweating 2 d group（F2） and sweating 4 d group（F3）， the differences of metabolites between the groups were compared by principal component analysis（PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA）， and differential metabolites were screened according to the variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1 and P<0.05， and the pathway enrichment of the differential metabolites was analyzed by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG）. ResultsThe results of PCA and OPLS-DA showed a clear distinction between the three groups of samples， indicating significant differences in the compositions of the three groups of samples. A total of 433 differential metabolites were screened between the F1 and F2， with 154 up-regulated and 279 down-regulated， the significant up-regulated metabolites were tangeritin， 5-O-demethylnobiletin and so on， while the metabolites with significant down-regulation included alternariol， fortunellin， etc. A total of 379 differential metabolites were screened between the F2 and F3， with 150 up-regulated and 229 down-regulated， the significant up-regulated metabolites were isoimperatorin， helianyl octanoate and so on， and the significant down-regulated metabolites were hovenoside I， goyasaponin Ⅲ， etc. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that tyrosine metabolism， isoquinoline alkaloid biosynthesis， phenylalanine， tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis， tryptophan metabolism， valine， leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis， pantothenate and coenzyme A biosynthesis may be the key pathways affecting metabolite differences of B. balsamifera after sweating treatment. ConclusionSweating can reduce the content of endophytic mycotoxins in B. balsamifera and has a great impact on the synthesis and metabolic pathways of total flavonoids and auxin. This study can provide a reference for the process research on the sweating conditions of B. balsamifera.

OBJECTIVE：To understand the current situation and existing problems of Blumea balsamifera industry in China ， and to provide reference for its sustainable development . METHODS ：With the keywords of “B. balsamifera ”“Ai Pian ”“Ai Fen ”， etc.，through the patent platform of SooPat and Baiten ，the patent data of B. balsamifera that had been published from Jan. 1989 to Dec. 2019 were collected. The International Patent Classification （IPC）was used to sort out and count the patent information of B. balsamifera，to understand the development status of B. balsamifera industry in technology and research field ，to analyze the existing problems and to explore the development trend of B. balsamifera industry in China so as to put forward corresponding suggestions. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS：A total of 690 patents related to B. balsamifera were collected ，mainly invention patents，of which the authorization rate was 27.39％，the effective rate was 17.97％，and the failure rate was 55.22％. Top 10 applicants with the largest number of applications had a total of 165 applications，accounting for 23.91％ of the total number of applications. Top 10 applicants were 4 enterprises，3 natural persons and 3 colleges and universities. The patents of B. balsamifera were mainly distributed in Guizhou ，Shandong，Anhui，Guangdong，Guangxi and Hainan ，accounting for 81.01％ of the total patent applications of B. balsamifera . The patent technology field of B. balsamifera had expanded from traditional Chinese medicine to daily chemical products ，health care and physiotherapy and other daily consumer good fields. From the perspective of patent intensity，the number and quality of patent applications were not coordinated ，and there were many meaningless patent applications，and the conversion rate was low.
