Cancer Research and Clinic 2000;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characters and seize the diagnostic main points of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of cervix to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis. Methods A clinic pathological review of 6 cases with minimal deviation adenocarcinoma was analyzed retrospectively. Results The main clinical symptoms were watery leucorrhagia, enlargement of the cervix with erosin and hardening. The pathological findings included hyperplasic and mild abnormality of the glands, invasion effects into the stroma could be observed in some glands and abortive glands with desmoplastic changes, or edema and inflammatory infiltration around the glands were also observed. Conclusion The detection rate of minimal deviation adenocarcinoma may increase by triple combination of clinic, cytology and histology.
3.The application of bioelectrical impedance measurement of body composition in patients with liver diseases
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
The status of bioelectrical impedance measurement especially the multifrequency segmental bioelectrical impedance measurement of liver diseases is introduced. The multifrequency segmental bioelectrical impedance can well rule out the impact from the change of body weight caused by edema and ascites, and can evaluate the volume of ascites.Compared with single frequency bioelectrical impedance, the multi frequency bioelectrical impedance measurements probably display good prospect. It helps to produce objective judgement on nutrition status and energy metabolism for patients with liver diseases. The effect, however, needs further clinical research.

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2016;32(1):169-173
There are about 150 million people around the world with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV)infection currently,of whom 20%will ultimately progress to cirrhosis and eventually die of end-stage liver disease and hepatocellular carcinoma.Interferon (IFN)has long been recognized as the cornerstone of the treatment of chronic hepatitis C because of its role in sustained virologic response and prevention of disease progression. However,it has limited efficacy and multiple adverse effects. In recent years,direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs) have shown good efficacy. This review summarizes the recent advances in IFN-free anti-HCV therapeutic regimens based on DAAs.We believe that, with the emergence of DAAs,IFN-free therapies will develop rapidly and display better prospects.

In recent years, with the advances in life cycle of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and the approval of direct-acting antiviral agents (DAAs), great progress has been made in treatment of chronic hepatitis C (CHC).This article reviews the research progress of DAAs in CHC management, showing the possibility of the elimination of HCV infection by DAAs.DAAs have not been widely clinically used due to high medication costs, but can be used as a supplement for the combination therapy of pegylated interferon and ribavirin.

Objective To evaluate the effect of propofol on autophagy during oxygen-glucose deprivation and restoration (OGD/R) in human liver cells. Methods Human hepatic HL-7702 cells at the logarithmic growth phase were seeded into culture plates and randomly divided into 3 groups (n =12 each) using a random number table:control group (group C),OGD/R group, and propofol + OGD/R group (group P+OGD/R).The cells were cultured in normal culture medium in group C.In OGD/R and P+OGD/R groups, the cells were subjected to O2-glucose deprivation for 6 h followed by restoration of O2-glucose supply for 12 h.Propofol with a final concentration of 50 mmol/L was added at 10 min before oxygen-glucose deprivation. The cell viability was detected by MTT assay. The expression of autophagy-related proteins such as microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3) and Beclin-1 was evaluated by Western blot.Immunofluorescence was used to determine the number and distribution of autophagosomes. Results Compared with group C,the cell viability was significantly decreased, the expression of LC3 and Beclin-1 was significantly up-regulated (P<0.05),and the number of autophagosomes was significantly increased in OGD/R and P+OGD/R groups.Compared with group OGD/R,the cell viability was significantly increased, the expression of LC3 and Beclin-1 was significantly down-regulated (P<0.05),and the number of autophagosomes was significantly decreased in group P+OGD/R.Conclusion The mechanism by which propofol reduces OGD/R injury is probably related to inhibition of autophagy in human liver cells.

Objective To investigate the association of restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP) in p.S267F of SLC10A1 gene with clinical outcomes of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods Clinical data of 1 268 patients with HBV infections admitted in Public Health Clinical Center Affiliated to Fudan University during July 2014 and February 2015 were collected.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism ( PCR-RFLP) method was used to genotype the p .S267F of SLC10A1 gene in all patients, and the potential association between variants in p .S267F of SLC10A1 gene and the clinical outcomes of HBV infection was analyzed .Results Among 1 268 patients with HBV infections, 1 226 were of genotype CC, and 42 were of genotype CT, so the variation rate in p.S267F was 3.31%(42/1 268).Compared with patients with genotype CC , patients with genotype CT had a higher incidence of acute HBV infections (13.6%vs.28.6%,χ2 =19.819, P<0.05) and a lower incidence of HBV-related liver cirrhosis or hepatocellular carcinoma (13.9% vs.4.8%, χ2 =18.945, P <0.05). Conclusion RFLP in p.S267F of SLC10A1 gene may be associated with chronicity and aggravation of HBV infection, and genotype CT is possibly a protective factor .
