The effects of the domestic rhG-CSF on leu-copenia induced by chemotherapy were similar to the imported products of same dose. CONCLUSION: Low dose of domestic rhG-CSF (75?g) can effectively treat the leukopenia caused by postchemotherapy in patients with gynecological tumors. 150?g of domestic rhG-CSF is more effective than 75?g of domestic or import rhG-CSF in treating leukopenia in repeated chemotherapy.

Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of paclitaxel and platinum containing chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin) in women with epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:We assigned 16 cases with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer after initial surgery to receive paclitaxel and cisplatin or carboplatin. Pcalitaxel (135 mg/m 2,over a period of 10 hours ) was administered iv once every 3 to 4 weeks, 24 control cases were treated with "CAP" or "CVP" regimen. Objective To study the effects of microRNA-34a-5p on erythroid differentiation of K562 cells.Methods K562 cells were transfected with the microRNA-34a-5p mimics and antisense inhibitors specifically targeting mi-croRNA-34a-5p, respectively.The effects of over-expression or knocking-down of microRNA-34a-5p were exam-ined by Quantitative RT-PCR.Flow cytometry was performed to detect specific surface marker of erythroid cells . The benzidine staining assay was used to access the differentiation of K 562 cells.Western blot was performed to de-tect miRNA targets.Results microRNA-34a-5p was down-regulated at the early stage of K562 erythroid differenti-ation.Over-expression of microRNA-34a-5p in K562 cells attenuates erythroid differentiation , in contrast, inhibi-tion of microRNA-34a-5p accelerates erythroid pheotypes in K562 cells.c-MYB was found to be the direct target of microRNA-34 a-5 p in erythroid cells .Conclusions microRNA-34 a-5 p regulates early erythroid differentiation of K562 cells via repressing c-MYB.
4.The clinical value of virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ) in the differential diagnosis of the benign and malignant liver tumor

Objective The purpose of our study is to investigate the clinical value of virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ)in the differential diagnosis of the benign and malignant liver tumor.Methods VTQ was used to inspect 53 patients with liver space-occupying lesions.Results After choosing the little lesions (the largest diameter less than 35 mm) from all the case groups,the VTQ value of the malignant group was higher than the hepatic hemangioma group (with significant differences among the different groups,P >0.05).Through the analysis of receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC),the optimal cutoff point as diagnosis reference value for differential diagnosis between malignant and benign groups was available.When the Area under the curve was 0.778,and with the VTQ value of 1.91 m/s,the sensitivity,specificity and Youden index was 78.6%,90.0%,0.686 respectively.The correlation analysis showed that the VTQ values of the lesion was positively correlated with the largest diameter of the lesion in the liver hemangioma group,with significant statistically differences (P < 0.05).The correlation index was 0.812.Conclusions VTQ could provide a new effective way to benign and malignant liver lesions in differential diagnosis.
5.Kaixin Jieyu Pills Up-Regulated PPARα/FGF21/FGFR1 Pathway to Improve Depression-Like Behavior in Chronic Unpredictable Mild Stress Model Rats

Objective To explore the effects of Kaixin Jieyu Pill(KJP)on peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha(PPARα),serum and hippocampal tissue fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21)and hippocampal tissue fibroblast growth factor receptor 1(FGFR1)in rats with depression model.Methods A rat chronic stress model was prepared using the chronic unpredictable mild stimulus method(CUMS)to observe behavioral changes in depression.Hippocampal FGF21,FGFR1 and liver PPARα protein and mRNA expression levels were measured in hippocampal tissues by western blot and real-time fluorescence quantification(RT-qPCT).Results The expression levels of PPARα,FGF21 and FGFR1's protein and their mRNA were dramatically decreased in the CUMS model rats compared with the normal group(P<0.001).KJP could modify the depressive-like behaviors of rats(P<0.001),upregulate the protein expression level of PPARα,FGF21,and FGFR1(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01);markedly modify the mRNA expression levels of PPARα,FGF21,and FGFR1(P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.01).Conclusion PPARα/FGF21/FGFR1 pathway may participate in the pathogenesis of depression;upregulation of PPARα/FGF21/FGFR1 pathway may be related to the antidepressant mechanism of KJP.
6.Monitoring and analysis of activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020

Objective:To monitor and analyze the activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020. Methods:Totally 1 074 atmospheric aerosol samples were collected by high flow air sampler (SnowWhite) including 275 in spring, 266 in summer, 262 in autumn and 271 in winter and subjected to analysis by low background high-purity germanium gamma-ray spectrometery (ORTEC) to determine the activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb. Results:The activity concentrations of 7Be in atmospheric aerosol were from 0.56 to 14.84 mBq/m 3, with an avearage of 6.84 mBq/m 3, and from 0.01 to 9.37 mBq/m 3 for 210Pb, with an avearage 3.19 mBq/m 3. The differences in activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol among differernt seasons were statistically significant ( F=32.66, 93.93, P<0.05). Activity concentration of 7Be was highest in spring, followed by autumn, and lowest in summer and winter. Activity concentration of 210Pb ranged from winter, autumn, spring to summer in descending order. Conclusions:The activity concentrations of 7Be and 210Pb in atmospheric aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020 fluctated within the range of normal level.
7.Variation of 137Cs activity concentration in aerosol in Beijing

Background 137Cs in atmospheric aerosol is the product of past nuclear weapon tests and nuclear accidents. When 137Cs is released into the atmosphere, it will deposit in dry land and marine environment, causing pollution of soil surface, water, agricultural products, and animal byproducts, and affecting public health. Objective To identify the variation pattern of 137Cs activity concentration in aerosol and its correlation with dust concentration in Beijing area from 2017 to 2020. Methods A total of 958 aerosol samples were collected from November 1, 2017 to June 30, 2020 in Beijing with a high volume air sampler at a sampling flow rate about 600 m3·h−1 and a collection time for each sample about 24 h. The activity concentration of 137Cs in the aerosol samples was determined with a low-background high-purity germanium γ spectrometer. The dust concentration was calculated using the difference in the mass of the aerosol filter before and after sampling. The detection rate of 137Cs and dust concentration in different seasons were compared. Spearman rank correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between 137Cs activity concentration and dust concentration. Results From 2017 to 2020, the 137Cs activity concentrations of 33 from 958 aerosol samples in Beijing were above the minimum detectable activityconcentration, the overall detection rate of 137Cs was 3.4%, and the activity concentration ranged from 1.86 to 45.53 μBq·m−3, with a median value of 4.85 μBq·m−3. The detection rate of 137Cs was highest in spring, followed by autumn, and lowest in winter and summer (8.4%, 3.0%, 1.1%, and 0.5%, respectively). The dust concentration ranged from 0.03 to 1.55 mg·m−3, with an average value of 0.18 mg·m−3. There was a statistically significant difference in the dust concentrations in spring, summer, autumn, and winter (F=45.51, P<0.05), and the highest value was 0.24 mg·m−3 in spring (P<0.05). The 137Cs activity concentration was positively correlated with the dust concentration (P<0.05). Conclusion The 137Cs activity concentration in aerosol in Beijing from 2017 to 2020 fluctuates within the range of background level, and its activity concentration is highest in spring, followed autumn, and lowest in summer and winter.
