It isn't avoid for the phenomenon of the college students'marriges and amativeness, then the unsuitable activities of college student and the mentality after lose the love, which can destroy their body and mental health more or less. The college's moral education should be taken the view of "Respect life、love our life !",enhance the marriage morality education of college students,it will be helpful to rebuild their own value opinion and life opinion.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
Body-surface electrogastrogram signals can be adopted in studies of gastrodynamics characteristics and diagnoses of functional gastric diseases. Fundamental theory of denoise by wavelet introduced, wavelet transfer is applied to the denoise of body-surface electrogastrogram signals. The high-frequency noise is eliminated through wavelet, and thus the SNR and the resolution ratio of the signal are increased.

China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for ADR evaluation in China.METHODS:The ADR signal evaluation method adopted by the pharmacovigilance center in Netherlands was analyzed by means of literature review, contrasting analysis and data reduction etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:We should draw experience from the pharmacovigilance center in Netherlands about the evaluation method on ADR signal and establish ADR evaluation databases of high quality;furthermore, we should attach great importance to the application of pharmacoepidemiology and statistics in ADR evaluation and gradually replace the qualitative evaluation with quantitative one for ADR signal.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Traditional teaching mode of biochemistry experiment couldn’t satisfy the demand of cultivating creative medical talents in new era. Offering designing experiment is the developing direction of experiment teaching reforms. But in the practice, there are various of obstacles which prevent the reforming process.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the quantitative evaluation of ADR signals in FDA and to provide a reference for ADR evaluation in China. METHODS: By means of literature review, contrasting analysis and data reduction,ADR signal evaluation in FDA was investigated. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: In USA MGPS method is used for the quantitative evaluation of ADR signal, which can earlier obtain ADR signal and effectively promote the risk warning ability of ADR information. This is practical in our country and we should learn from them. Combined with various data analyzing methods, we can set up a high-quality evaluation database for ADR signals. The importance of pharmacoepidemiology and statistics in ADR evaluation should be highly recognized and the methods for ADR signals evaluation should be gradually shifted from qualitative to quantitative evaluation.

Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2015;(4):53-55
Objective To explore the effect of a novel colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip for detection of group B streptococci (GBS).Methods A total of 202 cases of swab of vagina or neck of uterus were collected, and they were detec-ted by novel strip and control strip to evaluate their clinical applications. Results Sensitivity of novel strip was about 105 CFU/ml and the detection time was about 5 to 8 minutes, and it showed better sensitivity and shorter detection time com-pared with control strip. In the 202 cases of clinical samples, the detection results of 197 cases were in consistent with the control strip, however, the detection results of 5 cases were not in consistent. The positive coincidence rate and negative coin-cidence rate were 97.5% and 97.54% respectively, and the total coincidence rate and Kappa value were 97.52% and 0.948 respectively. The consistency test showed no significant difference between this strip and control strip. Conclusion This method was a effective technology for diagnosing of infection caused by GBS,and had high value in clinical application.

Objective: To study the adscription of plasma effective constituents of rat after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera. Methods: Based on the established HPLC analytical method of plasma effective constituents, analysis and comparison were carried out among HPLC profi les of plasma samples obtained after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, blank plasma, alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera. Results: Sixteen compounds were detected under the method, three of them were architypes of compound contained in alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, and the others were metabolites.Through the comparison of the UV spectra, seven metabolites remain essential structure because the max wavelength was same to the architypes’,the other six metabolites’ structure changed greatly. Conclusion: Through the study of the adscription of plasma effective constituents of rat after oral administration of alkaloid fraction of Nelumbo nucifera, the structure of metabolites can be conjectured, which may be helpful to study the ADME and mechanism of action.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(3):56-59
Objective To establish nursing safety management system in the operating room and explore the effect of clinical application. Methods Toally 350 patients with surgical treatment from January to December 2013 were assigned as the control group, where routine nursing safety management was conducted.Another 350 patients from June 2014 to June 2015 were as the observation group, where nursing safety management system was used in the operating room. The two groups were compared in terms of adverse events, the passing rate of quality and safety.Result As compared with the contrast group, the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower and the passing rate of quality and safety was significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Establishment of nursing safety management system can improve the nursing risk awareness, reduce the incidence of preoperative and postoperative adverse events and improve the level of nursing safety management and the quality of care.

Objective:To study the stability of dexmedetomidine combined with three opioid drugs ( sufentanil, fentanil and butor-phanol) in order to guide the reasonable clinical prescription. Methods:Dexmedetomidine was respectively combined with sufentanil, fentanil and butorphanol in 0. 9% sodium chloride injection. The mixture was stored at room temperature for 0, 24, 48 and 96h, and then withdrawn for the detection of appearance, pH value, insoluble particles, and the analysis of mass spectrometry was performed. Results:Within 96 h, the prepared solutions were clear and transparent with stable pH value and qualified insoluble particles, and the results of mass spectrometry showed no new substance was generated. Conclusion:The three combination schemes are safe, reasonable and feasible in clinical application.
