Based on the framework of new institutionalism,the paper defined the concept and history of public hospital′s attributes,dividing such hospitals into those built based on poverty alleviation and those on social identity priority.Considering the attributes of the public goods provided by public hospitals,the diversity of their investment,and attributes of their value production process,this paper probed into their property right arrangement.It is emphasized that such hospitals should enhance their key property right feature of public ownership,and on such basis their relationship with government and corporate governance establishment can be discussed.

Mangiferin, one of the active constituents of Rhizoma Belamcandae, in samples of Be-lamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. or its substitute was determined quantitatively by RP-HPLC. The 11 sam-ples collected from different localities for analysis were: 7 rhizomes of wildly grown or cultivated B. chi-nensis, 1 of its leaf and stem, and 3 substitutes (a wildly grown and another commercially available Iristectorum Maxim. and a I. dichotoma Pall. ). Results of the analysis showed that the contents of mangiferinin Rhizoma Belamcandae were significantly higher than that of its substitutes I. tectorum and I. di-chotoma. There were also certain significant differences between samples from different localities (P<0.05), but with no statistically significant difference between the rhizome or leaf and stem, neither be-tween cultivated and wildly grown samples, (P>0.05). The method was proved to be quick, simple andreproducible, and may provide a reliable basis for the quality control and evaluation of B. chinensis.

Objective To discuss the influence of blood exchange transfusions on hemato- microenvironment of neonates with hyperbilirubinemian.Methods Blood exchange transfusion was performed in 35 neonates.Mean transfusion volume was (136.9±27.4) ml/kg.The speed of blood exchange transfusion was 92 ml/(kg·h).Blood bilirubin,blood electrolyte,blood routine and blood sugar levels were measured before,during and after the transfusion.Results Serum total bilirubin (TB) decreased by 53.78% after blood exchange,but there was no change in Na~+,Cl~-,and blood sugar (P＞0.05),and K~+ was remarkably decreased from (4.45±2.40)mmol/L to (3.87±0.52)mmol/L (t=21.979,P＜0.05).TB,Hb,PLT,WBC,Ca~(2+) were decreased[TB from(511.52±80.21) μmol/L to (236.41±66.54) μmol/L;Hb from (145.20±11.70) g/L to (128.66±2.54) g/L;PLT from (207.84±70.67)×10~9/L to (134.86±48.61)×10~9/L;WBC from (16.90±10.56)×10~9/L to (8.94±7.44)×10~9/L,and Ca~(2+) from (1.26±0.32) mmol/L to (0.99±0.22) mmol/L,P＜0.05 or ＜0.01].Conclusions Blood exchange transfusion can not influence Na~+,Cl~-,and blood sugar,but has remarkable effect on total bilirubin,Ca~(2+),Hb,K~+,PLT,and WBC.

Objective We observed the level of education of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (ami) influenced the level of awareness in the disease.Methods we used the questionnaire designed by ourselves to investigate the cognitive level of 80 cases with acute myocardial infarction.According to the education level of the patients,we divided them into different groups,including junior high group,secondary technical group,junior college group,and compared the different awareness levels of the three groups of patients with each other.Results The rate that the junior college group patients with AMI did not understand the risk factors were:diet70%,body weight 50%,smoking 70%,exercise40%,lipids 50%,blood pressure80%,blood sugar 50%,significantly lower than that of the secondary technical group of 38%,33%,47%,38%,42%,71%,42% and of the junior high school group,of 22%,18%,48%,16%,14%,45%,18% ( all P ＜ 0.05 ),The awareness of the disease in the junior college group of AMI was significantly higher than the secondary technical group and the junior high school group( all P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The level of education and awareness of the disease in elderly patients with AMI was significantly related.

A new approach, combining microwave digestion and sensitive determination of selenium by a normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography after derivatization with 2,3-diamino-naphthalene was proposed to the measurements of trace selenium concentration in natural waters. Two digestions systems, I.e. HNO3 and H2SO4-H2O2, were evaluated and their working conditions were optimized. Under optimal conditions, this approach provides a detection limit of 7.2 pg (with HNO3） or 10.4 pg (with H2SO4-H2O2）, a recovery of 99.1%～103.4%, as well as a linear range of 0～1.5 ng Se(Ⅳ). The approach was applied to determine Se concentration in 4 different types of environmental waters (sample volume: 2 mL) and the concentration levels of 0.20～0．90　μg/L were found, with recoveries of 99.1%～103．4% by standard addition.

Objective To observe the morphological damages of hyperbilirubinemia on rat central nervous system, and evaluate the therapeutic effects of different routes of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) administration. Methods Totally 90 Wistar rats were inflicted to hyperbilirubinemia models and then divided randomly into 3 groups:untreated group (BG),treated-1 group (T_ 1 G), treated-2 group (T_ 2 G), and another 30 rats served as control group (CG). bFGF injection were given at 30 min, 1, 3, 5 and 7 d by abdominal cavity (T_ 1 G,) and cranial cavity (T_ 2 G). GAP-43 expression levels and the micro-morphological features were observed with immunohistochemical assay and transmission electron microscopy respectively at 2 nd, 8 st, 28 st and 60 st day. OBJECTIVE To summariz e the expe rience of the ability training of prescription-auditing pharmacists in prescription pre-audit，and introduce the typical cases of the prescription-auditing pharmacists participating in the drug intervention. METHODS From October ，2020 to October ，2021，under the audit mode of “prescription pre-audit system+prescription-auditing pharmacists ” adopted by Yuxi People ’s Hospital （hereinafter referred to as “the hospital ”），the abilities of prescription-auditing pharmacists were cultivated from the aspects of training in pharmaceutical related professional knowledge ，training in the use of Chinese and English medical retrieval tools ，databases and websites ，and clinical thinking and communication ability ；through the construction of ability evaluation form of prescription-auditing pharmacists ，their abilities were assessed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS After one year ’s ability training ，the rational rate of prescription （doctor’s order ），the proportion of doctors ’active revision of problem prescription （doctor’s order ）and the doctor ’s acceptance rate of intervention by prescription-auditing pharmacists showed an upward trend ，the average time of irrational prescription （doctor’s order ）by prescription-auditing pharmacists showed a shortening trend ，and the intervention rate of prescription （doctor’s order ）showed a downward trend. In addition to the publication of papers （belonging to the bonus item ），the average score of the ability evaluation form of prescription-auditing pharmacists had significantly increased ， from 45.2 in October 2020 to 97.6 in October 2021.

BACKGROUND:Matrix attachment region(MAR)are DNA elements that bound to the nuclear matrices after chromatin digested with restriction endonuclease.Plenty of studies have shown that MAR considered as initiaI point of DNA replication or transcription of regulatory gene.Thereby,construction of MAR expression vector can elevate the overall level of transgene expression,enhance stability of exogenous gene.as welI as increase frequency of stable transfectant cells.OBJECTIVE:To construction pLXSN-CAT recombinant retrovirus vector that containing chloramphenicol acetyltransferase(CAT)via cloning MAR sequence of human.and to explore the influence of MAR on the gene expression.METHODS:An open experiment was performed at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.Xinxiang Medical College from September 2007 to December 2007 The PLXSN-CAT vector of CAT was constructed by the laboratory.TaqDNA polymerase,T_4 DNA ligase,DNA Marker,restriction enzyme BamH I,agarose gel DNA purification kit,as well as plasmid purification kit were purchased fromTakara Biotechn0Iogy(Dalian)Co.,Ltd.The sequence of csp-B MAR was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method applied to human DNA.The fragment was inserted into retrovirus vector PLXSN-CAT plasmid.The recombinant plasmid was verified by double digestion and DNA sequencing.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The length of specific fragment applied by PCR was 931 bp,and the recombinant plasmid PLXSN-CAT-MAR presented two bands:5.9 kb and 931 bp using respective restriction enzymes BamH I The sequence of MAR was confirmed by blasting to Genbank(serial numobr:M6271 6).It suggested that MAR had been cloned into PLXSN-CATR vector correctly.The recombinant retrovirus vector PLXSN-MAR was successfully constructed.

Objective To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of the volatile components in the root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla by GC-MS and provide the basis for quality assessment of the crude drug.Methods The volatile components in the root tuber of P.heterophylla from different habitats were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprints were established by GC-MS.The common peaks were determined and the fuzzy cluster was selected to compare the results.Results There were 12 main characteristic components in the volatile components in the root tuber of P.heterophylla.GC-MS Fingerprint of 12 common peaks was established preliminarily.Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate,and can be used for quality control of the root tuber of P.heterophylla.with favourable reproducibility.

Objective To prepare monoclonal antibody against Prostate Stem Cell Antigen(PSCA) and explore the inhibitory effects of Anti-PSCA mAb in treatments of human prostate cancer xenografts in mice. Methods Balb/c mice were immunized by PC-3 cell line. After fusing and screening, the anti-PSCA McAb’s characterizations were determined. Solid tumors in mice were produced by subcutaneous injection with PC-3 cells in the flanks of the mice.We picked out 10 mice bearing human prostate cancer xenografts.They were divided into a treatment group (n_1=5) and a control group (n_2=5).200 ?g Anti-PSCA mAb was injected into abdominal cavity of each mouse of the treatment group and PBS for them of the control group.Anti-PSCA mAb and PBS were administered once every three days for consecutive three times.The mice survival conditions of two groups were recorded during 5 weeks.The serum PSA, the tumor weights and dimensions of survived mice were measured.The tumor volume inhibition rate was calculated. T-test was performed to compare differences of PSA in serum,tumor weights and volumes between the treatment and control groups.Routine pathological slides of tumor tissue were observed under light microscope to evaluate the range of tumor tissues damaged by Anti-PSCA mAb. Ultrastructure was observed with transmission electron microscope. Results A marine McAb was produced, which raised against PSCA,belonged to IgG1 subclass. The average PSA serum level of the two groups were(3.28?0.55)ng/ml and(7.26?0.43)ng/ml.The weights of tumors of the two groups were(0.95?0.17)g and(3.08?0.18)g.The volumes of them were(164.59?14.08)mm3 and(548.49?19.79)mm3.There are remarkable differences between the treatment group and the control group(P
