Objective To study the influence of preoperative and postoperative concern and love service on the perioperative clinical indexes,re-pregnancy and adverse drug reaction risk in females of painless artificial abortion. Methods Three hundred and sixty female patients receiving painless artificial abortion operation in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by using the random number table method,180 cases in each group. The control group was explained the conventional considerations before and after operation, while the observation group was given the concern and love service before and after operation. Results The induction amount, total amount of propofol, intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time and postoperative bleeding days in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had more cases of accidental re-pregnancy,while the cases number of repeated abortion once or above was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of infection, irregular menstruation and mental disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The implementing rate of effective contraception measures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the incidence rates of safety period, ejaculation outside body, emergency contraception and no contraception were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conducting the concern and love service before and after painless artificial abortion is conducive to the smooth operation, and the implementation rate of effective contraception measures is good.

ObjectiveTo assess the value of spinal ultrasound in children with congenital anomalies of spine. MethodsUltrasound findings of 36 children with congenital anomalies of spine were analyzed and compared with the finding of corresponding MRI or operation. ResultsUltrasound finding was the same as MRI in the anatomy in 31/36 children, in addition, it also could show the pulsatile motion and blood flow signals of conus medullaris. ConclusionSpinal ultrasound can present more other informations for diagnosis for congenital anomalies of spine, especially the blood supply of conus medullaris.

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosis of superior mesenteric artery diseases. Methods78 patients with abdominal pain suspected to be superior mesenteric artery diseases underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results were compared with other imaging methods or findings in operation. Results4 patients with superior mesenteric artery embolization coincided with the founding in operation. 18 of the 22 patients suggested with superior mesenteric artery stenoses were confirmed by CTA or DSA. ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasonography can be used in diagnosis of superior mesenteric artery diseases.

Objective:To evaluate the usefulness of fast FLAIR pulse sequence in the MRI of intraspinal canal disease.Methods:Forty-four patients with suspected intraspinal canal disease were imaged with fast FLAIR pulse sequence after routine T1 and T2 weighted imaging in a 0.5 T superconducting MR scaner. The parameters of FLAIR were TR/TI/TE=6000/1500~2000/90~120 ms.Results:There were 26 intraspinal extramedullary tumors,4 intramedullary tumors,11 myelitis,3 localized ischemic necrosis or malacia of spinal cord. The images of FLAIR pulse sequence clearly detected all lesions of the 44 cases. They were superior to routine T2 weighted images in demonstrating the extent of the lesions and their T2 signal character, expecially in inflammatory disease of spinal cord. Conclusion:FLARI is a very useful pulse sequence in the MRI of intraspinal canal disease,it may be use as an important supplement of routine T2 weighted sequence.

Objective To explore the demands for perinatal health education among primigravidas and the influencing factors of health education so as to provide a basis for curriculum design based on the internet + health education platform in the school for pregnant women. Methods From March to May 2018, we selected 100 primigravidas registered for the first time in department of obstetrics at a ClassⅢ hospital in Xiamen as subjects by the method of general survey. All of the patients were investigated with the self-designed perinatal health education demands questionnaires. Results There was no statistical difference in the demands of pregnant women for training mode and training content of health education among primigravidas with different ages, occupations, educational backgrounds and incomes (P>0.05). The health education demand for 100 primigravidas in the first trimester of pregnancy was higher: pregnancy/birth/postpartum diet and nutrition accounted for 88.0%, baby growth and development accounted for 75.0%, and fetal growth and development accounted for 71.0%. The factors influencing the maternal health education series of pregnant women participating in pregnant women's schools or medical institutions mainly include 66.0% of busy/no time, 9.0% of distance/inconvenient transportation, 3.0% of economic difficulties, and no feeling of self-feeling for 8.0%. Conclusions Primigravidas are with the high demands for perinatal health education. The mode of health education favours network interactions, WeChat consult group for doctors and patients. Puerpera pay more attention to perinatal diet and nutrition, growth and development of babies/fetuses and neonatal nursing care in pregnancy. The main influencing factors attending health education in the school for pregnant women and the medical institution are busy, timeless and great distance/inconvenient transportation. We should have the aid of network platform in future work for perinatal health education to individually carry out a variety of ways of health education by "internet +" so as to make primigravidas select perinatal health education best for them at the most convenient time and place.

OBJECTIVETo investigate brazilein's role in energy metabolism of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in mice.
METHODFourty mice were randomly divided into the sham group, ischemia group, brazilein 5 mg x kg(-1) group and brazilein 10 mg x kg(-1) group, each with ten cases. Cerebral ischemia model was the built. Mice were injected with brazilein three days before the operation, then they were killed. Cerebrum homogenate was prepared for the detecting of ATP, ADP, AMP and lactic acid by HPLC, expressions of MCT1 and MCT2 in mRNA level by RT-PCR.
RESULTThe lactic acid in cerebrum increased sharply 20 minutes after cerebral ischemia and decreased 1 hour after reperfusion, then returned to the normal level 24 hours after reperfusion. The charge of energy decreased significantly at the beginning of the ischemia-reperfusion, and the charge restored 1 hour after reperfusion though it was still much lower than the normal level at the time point of 24 hours. Moreover, MCT1 and MCT2 upregulated accompanied with the increase of lactate, MCT2 mRNA enhanced in brazilein 5 mg x kg(-1) group (P < 0.05) while both the two factors increased in brazilein 10 mg x kg(-1) group (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONBrazilein might protect neurons by changing the charge of energy.

This article was aimed to study the general reproductive toxicity in mice in order to give a better evalua-tion of the medicinal plant of pineapple leaves (A nanas comasus L). Adult male and female mice were orally admin-istered with pineapple leaves. And then, each of the male and female mice was put together in one cage for mating. The mating success females were fed continuously. The experimental observation was conducted in pregnancy, fetal development, as well as the offspring of mice. The results showed that in addition to a large dose of pineapple leaves (4 g·kg-1) of the parental male rats having a lower body weight, pineapple leaves did not significantly affect on other parameters. There were no significant effects on pregnant mice and their offspring of mice. It was concluded that the pineapple leaves did not influence the general reproductive function of mice apparently.
