Objective To evaluate the acute side effects and efficacy of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT)combined with chemotherapy(CT)for locally advance non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods from May.2002 tO Dec 2004,36 patients with NSCLC were treated with three dimensional-conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy navelbine+cisplafin(NP)Results The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 91.7% for the primary tumor, and 100%for metastases mediastinal lymph mode. The leucopenia mte was 94.4%(55.6%Grade 3.4)Acute radiation esophagitis occurred in 52.8%of patients(Grade 1.2)Acute radiation pneumonitis was observed in 11.1%of patients(Grade 1.2)Conclusion 3DCRT combined with CT is well tolerated in most patients with NSCLC.Its early responses are milder than the conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.Remote results awmt further follow-up

Objective:To compare the effects ofpropofol and sevoflurane on the plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2),endothelin-1 (ET-1) and D-dimer (D-D) levels of patients underwent posterior retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery.Methods:84 cases of patients underwent post retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objectives and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group. The same anesthesia induction were provided for two groups, the observation group was given 2%~3% sevoflurane for continuous inhalation, while the control group was given 4~12 mg/(kg·h) of propofol for continuous injection by pump. Both groups received remifentanil 10 μg/ (kg ·h) target-controlled infusion simultaneously. The levels of plasma TXB2,ET-1 and D-D in the two groups were measured after anesthesia induction (T0),at 0.5 h (T1),1 h (T2),1.5 h (T3) after pneumoperitoneum.Meanwhile, the anesthetic effects and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results:The time of consciousness disappearence, time of tracheal intubation, spontaneous breathing recovery time, eye opening time, verbal response time, orientation recovery time and extubation time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.01).No significant difference was found in the occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).The plasma TXB2,ET-1 and D-D levels of both groups were gradually increased at T1,T2 and T3,and all were significantly higher than that at T0 (P<0.01).The plsma TXB2,ET-1 and D-D levels at T1,T2 and T3 of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at same time (P<0.01).Conclusion:Posterior laparoscopic surgery could cause different degrees of hypercoagulability of blood.Compared with propofol, sevoflurane could effectively inhibit the release of TXB2,ET-1 and D-D in anesthesia after retroperitoneal laparoscopic anesthesia, and play a better role of anticoagulation.

Objective To investigate the effects of low-dose X-ray radiation on pituitary gland area to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Using the linear-accelerator 6mV X-ray to radiation on pituitary gland area,1.2Gy/f,2 times/week,total dose was 4.8~6.0Gy.The uro-flow rate and residual urine volume were measured. Results The immediate effect was 77.5%,the 1-year effect rate was 70%.After treatment, the uro-flow rate was significantly increased(P

AIM:Toinvestigatetheeffectofrhynchophylline(Rhy)onbloodpressure, cardiachypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats ( SHR) .METHODS:Spontaneously hypertensive rats were ran-domly divided into model group , high dose (10 mg? kg-1? d-1 ) and low dose (2.5 mg? kg-1? d-1 ) group of rhyncho-phylline, captopril group (17.5 mg? kg -1? d-1).Wistar-Kyoto rats were used as normal control.Respectively, systolic blood pressure was measured by tail cuff every 2 weeks. After 10 weeks, heart weight index and left ventricular weight in-dex were calculated .The myocardial hydroxyproline and plasma angiotensin Ⅱwere detected .Moreover , basic myocardial histopathological changes and myocardial collagen fibres were observed by HE staining and Masson staining , respectively . The protein expression of TGF-β1 and Smad3 in the myocardium was measured by the methods of immunohistochemistry and Western blot .RESULTS:Compared with SHR model group , Rhy significantly reduced blood pressure ( P<0.05 ) , the levels of HYP in the myocardium (P<0.05) and the levels of AngⅡin the plasma (P<0.01).The pathological dama-ges of the myocardial tissues and collagen deposition were attenuated .The protein expression of TGF-β1 and Smad3 was sig-nificantly reduced by the treatment with Rhy (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Rhynchophylline reduces blood pressure and adjusts to improve ventricular remodeling of SHR .The mechanism may be involved in the TGF-β1/Smad pathway and re-ducing AngⅡcontent.
