Objective To compare the diagnostic efficiencies of different scanning schemes of dualphase 99Tcm-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (MIBI) planar imaging with or without SPECT/CT in the preoperative localization of parathyroid lesions.Methods Forty-two patients (20 males,22 females;average age (53.1 ± 14.8) years) with primary or secondary hyperparathyroidism who underwent parathyroidectomy from June 2011 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent dual-phase 99Tcm-MIBI planar scan and dual-phase SPECT/CT scan.The images were collected according to the following 4 procedures:dualphase planar imaging (S1),dual-phase planar imaging+early-phase SPECT/CT (S2),dual-phase planar imaging+delayed-phase SPECT/CT (S3),dual-phase planar imaging+dual-phase SPECT/CT (S4).Pathological results were considered as the gold standard.A total of 168 parathyroid glands in 42 patients were evaluated by the 4 imaging procedures respectively.The diagnostic efficiencies were calculated and compared by x2 test.Results Seventy-eight abnormal parathyroid lesions were found.The diagnostic sensitivities of S1,S2,S3,S4 were 66.7％ (52/78),89.7％(70/78),69.2％(54/78),89.7％(70/78),and the accuracies were 78.6％ (132/168),94.0％ (158/168),85.1％ (143/168),94.0％ (158/168),respectively.The diagnostic accuracies of S2 and S4 were significantly higher than those of S1 and S3 (x2 values:17.027 and 7.176,both P＜0.01).Condusions The dual-phase planar imaging together with early-phase and dualphase SPECT/CT imaging have high diagnostic efficiencies in the preoperative localization of parathyroid lesions.Considering reducing radiation dose and examine time,the dual-phase planar imaging together with early-phase SPECT/CT is a better choice.

With the continuous progress of human assisted reproductive technology(ART),more genetic diseases have been discovered and the use of innovative technologies is intended to reduce genetic risks,and the reproductive rights of infertile couples have been protected and satisfied to a greater extent.However,in some special genetic cases,offspring rights need to be fully considered.This paper conducted an ethical analysis of an"ectodermal dysplasia"case asking for the implementation of human ART to assist in pregnancy,revealing the ethical dilemmas in the implementation of ART for patients with genetic diseases,which were caused by the contradiction between the protection of the patient's reproductive rights and the offspring rights,as well as the contradiction between the implementation of ART and the blocking of genetic risk.According to the literature review,it is proposed that in the diagnosis,treatment,and ethical judgment process of genetic cases,informed consent should be fully fulfilled.Based on the ethical foundation of care,narrative medicine methods should be used to form doctor-patient joint decision-making,avoiding paternalism.Meanwhile,sufficient information support should be provided and the ethical supervision mechanism should be improved to effectively solve the ethical dilemmas.

Objective·To analyze infertility couples,dyadic coping level by using latent profile analysis(LPA),and explore the heterogeneity and related factors of different profiles.Methods·From September to November 2023,257 newly diagnosed infertility couples in pre-infertility treatment with assisted reproductive technology(ART)were recruited from Reproductive Medicine Center,Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.All couples were evaluated by using general information questionnaire,Fertility Problem Inventory(FPI),Dyadic Coping Inventory(DCI),and Fertility Quality of Life(FertiQoL)Tool.LPA was used to explore the dyadic coping profiles of the couples before ART treatment,and general information,FPI scores and FertiQoL scores were compared among the profiles.Multinomial Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the related factors of different profiles.Results·A total of 257 couples with infertility were included,with an average age of(30.15±3.07)years for females,(31.82±3.82)years for males,(3.75±2.16)years for marriage,and(2.90±1.92)years for infertility;there were 118 couples caused by male infertility,109 couples caused by female infertility,and 30 couples caused by both infertility;the average DCI score for males was(128.25±19.15)points,while for females it was(129.91±18.32)points.According to the dyadic coping levels,the infertile couples were divided into four profiles:common positive coping group(153 couples,59.5％),common negative coping group(85 couples,33.1％),male positive coping group(12 couples,4.7％),and male negative coping group(7 couples,2.7％).There were statistically significant differences in the infertile couples'age,FPI score,FertiQoL score,and remarriage rate among the four profiles(P＜0.05).Multinomial Logistic regression analysis results showed that,with the common positive coping group as the reference,the common negative coping group had older men(OR=1.122,95％CI 1.004-1.254,P=0.036),higher FPI scores for both males and females(male:OR=1.019,95％CI 1.003-1.035,P=0.018;female:OR=1.020,95％CI 1.004-1.036,P=0.015),and lower FertiQol scores for males(OR=0.966,95％CI 0.937-0.996,P=0.029).Conclusion·There are four types of dyadic coping profiles in infertile couples before ART treatment.Compared with the common positive coping couples,higher reproductive pressure,elder age,and lower perceived fertility quality of life of males,and higher reproductive pressure of females are all risk factors for common negative coping couples.

In comparison with the traditional two-dimensional tumor cell culture, the three-dimensional tumor spheroid culture can not only provide with an in vivo-like growth environment for tumor cells, but also maintain maximum cell activities. Therefore, the three-dimensional tumor spheroid culture is widely used in oncology research. In particular, the three-dimensional tumor cells retain the material and structural basis of the microenvironment of tumor in vivo, which is closer to the actual physiological environment, allowing it to be an ideal in vitro model for evaluating the tumor treatment response and drug resistance in tumors. This review summarizes the mechanisms of drug resistance in three-dimensional tumor cells, especially those induced by the morphology and microenvironment of three-dimensional tumor spheres, and puts forward the problems existing in the current three-dimensional tumor cells model, as well as the future development direction.
