Objective To investigate the effect of different degree lipidemia on time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay(TRFIA)for determination of unconjugated estriol(uE3).Methods Mixed serum was prepared by collecting different levels of lipidemia samples which were normal and chylous appearance from male and by mixing with definite value serum of uE3.The levels of uE3 in the sam-ples were measured by TRFIA and the effect of lipidemia on TRFIA for determination of uE3 was evaluated. Results For the ap-pearance of chylous specimens, mild lipidemia increased uE3,mid-or hiper-lipidemia samples reduced uE3 and the effect of both was considerable. Conclusion The chylous lipidemia has variant degree of influence to TRFIA for determination of uE3,then the results effect accuracy of Down′s screening.

Objective To understand the psychological health status and related factors in the primary caregivers of schizophrenia patients in Inner Mongolia,in order to provide empirical basis for nursing care. Methods A sample of 264 chronic schizophrenia patients and their primary caregivers, and 260 local normal individuals were selected according to random cluster sampling. The Symptom Check List-90 (SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS)were used to evaluate the psychological health status.Symptom severity was assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS).Results The total SCL-90 score of caregivers of patients was higher than that of local normal individuals, especially the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, and paranoid ideation were higher than those of local normal individuals.Multiple regression analysis showed that caregivers' sex, caregivers' age, duration of illness, positive symptomatology, negative symptomatology and social support were significant predictors of caregivers' psychological health status. Conclusions The primary caregivers of patients with schizophrenia have worse mental health.Health care professionals should pay close attention to psychological health status in the primary caregivers and provide continuous individualized services, and thereby to improve the primary caregiver' psychological health status.

Objective To explore the influence of different relaxation training time on relaxation effect of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 108 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the morning group, the night group and the morning-night group, each group adopted morning, night and morning-night relaxation training. The relaxation effect was compared between these groups. Results Significant difference existed in sleep quality, anxiety condition and hypnotic dose of the patients in these groups. The time factor played a significant role in the effect of relaxation. The morning group was different in sleep quality improvement and anxiety condition alleviation from the night group and the morning-night group. Conclusions Relaxation training at night or morning-night could effec-tively help improve the sleep quality of patients, decreasing the level of anxiety and tendency of hypnotic in pa-tients with coronary heart disease.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of psychiatric nurse-led adherence therapy on clinical outcomes and medication adherence in schizophrenia patients. Methods Searched databases to collect randomized controlled trials about psychiatric nurse-led adherence therapy for patients with schizophrenia. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.Then,meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.2 software. Results Fifteen studies were recruited, including 683 cases of AT and 681 cases of TAU.The results showed that adherence therapy could improve attitude towards adherence, adherence behaviors, psychotic symptoms, function, insight and reduce hospital stay. But regarding stigma, quality of life and side effects, adherence therapy did not show benefits (P>0.05).Conclusion Psychiatric nurse-led adherence therapy is effective to improve schizophrenia patients' adherence, psychotic symptoms, function, insight and reduce hospital stay.

Objective To explore the relative importance of factors of sleep quality in predicting the anxiety and depression emotion. Methods Sleep quality and emotional condition of 112 patients with coronary heart disease were investigated with Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS). The relation between sleep quality and emotional condition was analyzed deeply by dominance regression analysis. Results After controlling the demographic vari-able of the sex, factors of the sleep quality such as sleep efficiency and function in the daytime had predict-ing effect on depression emotion;factors such as function in the daytime, sleep quality, sleep efficiency and sleep time possessed predicting effect on anxiety emotion. Conclusions According to different contribu-tion of various factors of sleep quality to anxiety and depression emotion, we should implement selective medical and nursing intervention during clinical work.

Objective To investigate the relationship between depression and personality and social support of the urban and rural empty-nest, clear the influence factors of depression in the empty-nest elderly. Methods 398 cases of urban and rural empty-nesters selected from the Chifeng district, were valuated with the general information questionnaire, the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), Eysenck personality Questionnaire- Revised Short Scalr for Chinese (EPQ-RSC) and the Social Support Scale (SSRS), and to investigate the demographic data, depression, personality and social support. Results Rural cases had a higher level (14.41±3.09) points of depression than (12.90±2.64) points of urban cases, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.254, P<0.01);rural empty nesters′subjective support (18.35 ± 2.14) points, objective support (6.37 ± 1.40) points, support utilization degree (6.01 ± 1.17) points and social support score (30.37 ± 4.24) points, were lower than (19.83 ± 2.27) points, (7.34 ± 1.13) points, (6.95 ± 1.12) points, (34.12 ± 3.73) points of urban′s, and the difference was statistically significant (t=6.673-8.490, P<0.01); the extraversion score of urban empty nesters was (7.58 ± 2.51) points which was higher than (6.37 ± 2.02) points of rural empty nesters, and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.273, P<0.01);the neuroticism score (10.38 ± 2.06) points and psychoticism score (9.42 ± 2.17) points of urban empty-nest were lower than (12.41 ± 2.25) points, (10.94 ± 2.10) points of empty-nest′s, and the difference was statistically significant (t=9.401, 7.107, P<0.01). Neuroticism and psychoticism was shown to be positively associated with depression while extraversion and social support to be negatively associated with depression (P<0.01). Regression analysis showed that marital status, income, children visit frequency and the education level were the main influencing factors of depression in the urban and rural empty-nesters. Conclusions There are differences between rural and urban empty-nest elderly in the aspect of general data, depression status, personality and social support, and should intervention them effectively according to their different characteristics.

Objective To investigate the expression level of miRNA-146a (miR-146a) in retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells aging and age-related macular degeneration (AMD),and discuss its regulation mechanism of AMD by repressing VEGF-A.Methods The expressions of miR-146 and VEGF-A were examined by qRT-PCR in RPE cells in mice aged 2 months,8 months,12 months,18 months or 24 months, and in RPE cells from 75 years old AMD patients. The protein level of VEGF-A was also detected by Western Blotting. Finally, the effects of overexpression of miR-146a in APRE-19 cell line on expression of VEGF-A was checked. Results MiR-146 was up-regulated to 8 times or 24 times at 18 months or 24 months aged mice, and the expression of VEGFA was down-regulated in aging RPE from 1.5 times to 0.8 times. However, the expression of miR-146 decreased to 14.5 times and VEGF-A increased in RPE cells of AMD.In cultured cells, overexpression of miR-146a inhibited the expression of VEGF-A.Conclusion Up-regulation of miR-146a in aging RPE cells and its down-regulation in AMD suggest a potential of miR-146a as molecular marker.MiR-146a overexpression inhibits the expression of VEGF-A,supporting a potential clinical treatment of miR-146 in AMD.
