The government of North Song dynasty collated Inner Canon of Huangdi for five times.They were Plain Questions collated in Tian Sheng,Jing You,Jia You Zhi Ping,Huangdi Zhenjing collated in Zhe Zong,and Inner Canon of Huangdi collated in Hui Zong.The edition collated by LIN Yi lasted for several years had been extensively used for hundred years.Inner Canon of Huangdi collated by the government was mostly used for medicine,but the edition collated in Hui Zong was used for cultivation of taoist.

Dendritic cells(DC)present telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT)to T lymphocytes, stimulating specific reactions of cytotoxic T cells and CD4 + T cells. Researches on the relationship between natural killer(NK)cells and telomerase of tumor cells are scarce. DC and NK cells act together promoting antitumor responses and possibly participate in anti-tumor immune responses with telomerase.

The garlic oil and oil of Oenothera erythrosepala Borb. in Compound Dashuan Capsules were analysized with several kinds of specific qualitative methods. The content of their main components was also determined by GC. These methods showed relatively high sensitivity and accuracy, and could effectively control the product quality.

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for improving the quality of clinical trial of new drug (phase I-IV),guaranteeing participants' interests and enhancing the core competitive power of drug clinical trial institutions. METHODS: The advantages of both the guiding principle of Good Clinical Practice(GCP) and the quality standards of ISO/IEC17025:2005 were applied throughout the quality control process of clinical drug trial. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: To establish quality management and supervision system in China that is in line with the international norm and national condition by combining GCP principle with the quality standards of ISO/IEC17025 is conducive to the improvement of the quality of clinical drug trial and enhancement of the core competitive power of drug clinical trial institutions in China.

This paper reviews briefly the roles of these two ri sk factors in influenza epidemic, and the progress of the research on serologica l and molecular epidemiology of the influenza viruses antigenic mut ation.

The experiment of recirculating blood perfusion device showed that trimetazidine (TMZ ) 30 mol/L could significantly inhibit the arrhythmias induced by ischemia and reperfusion, decrease the content of malondialdehyde and improve superoxide dismutase activity of red blood cell in isolated rabbit hearts. In the experiment with coronary artery occlusion of rats, TMZ 4mg/kg administered intravenously could also inhibit arrhythmias induced by ischemia and reperfusion. The mechanism may be related to the depression of lipid peroxidation reaction.

AIM: Shengdeye is a kind of medicinal wine. It is fermented with 30 kinds of medicinal herbs such as glossy ganoderma, pilose antler, panax, medlar and sorghum. This study aimed to observe the effects of Shengdeye on anti-fatigue and memory in mice.METHODS: The mice were fed with Shengdeye 5 ml*kg-1 and 2.5 ml*kg-1 2 times per day. After 7 days, the mice were examined on anoxia-resistant and swimming test for anti-fatigue and step down test for memory.RESULTS: The anoxia-resistant of shengdege group was apparently longer than that of the control group ［(29.60±1.36) min vs (24.40±3.13) min, P＜0.01］, and the swimming time was sharply increased ［(142.6±53.8) min for 2.5 ml*kg-1 and (162.9±43.5) min for 5 ml*kg-1 vs (94.9±39.1) min, P＜0.05］. The error times of shengdege group was lower than that of the control ［(1.5±1.4) times and (2.3±1.3) times vs (3.7±1.1) times， P＜0.01］. The delitescence of two group were sharply prolonged ［(136.8±50.1) s, and (128.0±41.5) s vs (50.2±42.9) s， P＜0.01］.CONCLUSION: The results indicated that Shengdeye had an anti-fatigne effect and increased the faculty of memory. The experiment of acute toxicity showed that the medicinal herbs in Shyengdeye were safe.

Nerve injury as a kind of tissue damage, inevitably stimulates nerve tissue inflammatory reaction, mediates neural tissue repair and regeneration, and participates in the occurrence of chronic pain. The high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in neurological pain plays an important role, HMGB1-TLR4 pathway is involved in the initiation and progression of neuropathy pain. If the mechanism of HMGB1-TLR4 pathway in the neurological pain is identified, it can provide an effective pain-relieving methods and new target for drugs.
