1.Observation on the therapeutic effect of mifepristone in the treatment of bleeding after abortion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(z1):6-7
Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone on the application of bleeding after abortion . Methods 64 cases of portal diagnostic case ,all of the artificial vaginal bleeding profusely not more than ten days ,B ultrasound examination of the uterine cavity was normal or low echo is less than 10mm ×10mm,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 32 cases. The treatment group oral mifepristone 25mg,every day two times, and with oral roxithromycin ,motherwort capsule ,for five days .The control group oral roxithromycin ,motherwort Gongxuening Capsule and ,for five days. Results The treatment group after five days of vaginal bleeding need again clear palace number(1 cases)was less than that of the control group (12 cases),group of uterine bleeding quantity in-creased treatment in the course of treatment (0 cases) was significantly lower than that of the control group (5 cases). The treatment group again curettage rate (3.1%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (37.5%),the difference was statistically significant effect of the two groups (χ2 =11.68,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of mifepristone in the treatment of bleeding after abortion ,reduced the incidence of Qing Dynasty palace again ,reduce the patient′s physical and psychological harm , but also to avoid the unnecessary disputes , is worth the clinical promotion.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(1):69-72
Atrial fibrillation is one of the commonest cardiac arrhythmia in the elderly, the incidence increased with increasing ages. Atrial fibrillation can induce severe cardiac insufficiency and thromboembolism, stroke is also a very important complication with high morbidity and mortality. Thus it is very necessary to pay special attention to the study of atrial fibrillation in the field of geriatric cardiovascular diseases.

Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH) in the treatment of multiple organ failure(MOF) in senile patients. Methods: Sixteen patients with multiple organ failure, aged over 80 years, were divided into a survival group, who lived more than 20 days, and a non-survival group, less than 20 days after CVVH,and observed for such clinical indexes as of renal function,K+and blood gas analysis,APACHEⅡ scores and complications. Results: After CVVH,eleven of the patients survived for over 20 days, with 1 case up to 3 years.CVVH effected a significant improvement in BUN,Scr,K+and blood gas as well as a marked reduction in complications.APACHE Ⅱ scores decreased significantly after CVVH in the survival group though not in the non-survival group,as compared with those before CVVH,which were significantly lower in the former than in the latter. Conclusion: CVVH is a safe, effective and well-tolerated method for the treatment of MOF in senile patients.Patients with higher APACHEⅡscores have a poor prognosis.

OBJECTIVETo determine quercetin and kaempferol in the plant of genus Dysosma that come from different species, different plant parts or different growing areas, which provide the basis of rational utilization of Dysosma plants.
METHODThe analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 microm) eluted with the mobile phase of methanol-water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid (60:40). The flow rate was 1 mL x min(-1), the detection wavelength was 360 nm; and the column temperature was set at 25 degrees C.
RESULTThe linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol are 0.22-1.1 microg and 0.42-2.1 microg. The average recoveries of quercetin and kaempferol are 97.1% (RSD 1.4%) and 99.6% (RSD 2.4%); respectively.
CONCLUSIONThe contents of flavones in different species of Dysosma are significantly different.

Objective To explore the effect of peer support education on self-management ability and survival quality of urbanized type 2 diabetes patients in rural areas. Methods From January to September 2015, a total of 117 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from three large-scale living communities of Fengxian District. Then, they were randomly divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group (59 cases) using random number method, respectively. And the same health education contents were conducted for the patients in both two groups. The patients in control group were educated by the diabetic nurse in classroom. Additionally, the peer support education was conducted for these patients in observation group for 6 months on this basis. The diabetes patient's self-management behavior scale and 36-item Short-Form Health Survey Questionnaire(SF-36)were used to assess the patients before intervention and 6 months later, respectively.Besides, the level of glycosylated hemoglobin was measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer. The self- management ability and survival quality and glycometabolism level were assessed as well. Results 6 months later after intervention, the survival quality score in observation group was as following:physical function(PF) 73.6±11.5,role physical(RP) 86.7 ± 14.5, body pain (BP) 76.3 ± 12.3, general health (GH) 64.5 ± 13.6, vitality (VT) 67.5 ± 12.3, social function (SF) 87.1 ± 16.2, role emotional (RE) 81.1 ± 14.2, mental health (MH) 68.9 ± 12.6, while that in control group was as following:physical function(PF)51.3±10.6,role physical(RP)62.1±12.1,body pain (BP)51.3±10.8,general health(GH)51.1±11.6,vitality(VT)56.4±12.1,social function(SF)70.1±14.1, role emotional (RE) 71.2 ± 13.9, mental health (MH) 56.1 ± 10.8 (t=2.316-6.365, P<0.05). The self-management score in observation group was following:diet management 5.79±0.98,exercise management 5.41 ± 0.57, blood glucose monitoring 4.01 ± 0.90, foot care 5.26 ± 0.89, drug administration 4.47 ± 0.90, smoking 0.86 ± 0.34, while that in control group was following: diet management 3.62 ± 0.99, exercise management 3.66 ± 0.94, blood glucose monitoring 1.90 ± 0.84, foot care 2.54 ± 0.62, drug administration 3.73 ± 0.80, smoking 0.76 ± 0.42 (t=4.659-19.137, P of rest was less than 0.01 except that of smoking equaled to 0.172 and t=1.375). Conclusions Peer support education can improve the quality of life, enhance self-management ability, control the level of glucose metabolism and has a strong operability. Therefore,it is worthy of promotion.
