Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derive mainly from the mesoderm pluripotent stem cells,with wide variety of sources,easily accessible,low immunogenicity,pluripotent,various damage repair,nutrition,and other features and functions.MSCs are widely used for clinical treatment of various diseases.In recent years,scholars deepens various physiological characteristics of MSCs,and the MSCs have been used in the treatment of retinal diseases.In this paper,the characteristics of the MSCs,such as immune markers,immunomodulatory properties,the role of nutrition and MSCs immune on diabetic retinopathy (DR),retinal degenerative diseases,choroidal neovascular (CNV),retinal ischemia-reperfusion immunomodulatory applications were reviewed.

Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone on the application of bleeding after abortion . Methods 64 cases of portal diagnostic case ,all of the artificial vaginal bleeding profusely not more than ten days ,B ultrasound examination of the uterine cavity was normal or low echo is less than 10mm ×10mm,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,each of 32 cases.The treatment group oral mifepristone 25mg,every day two times,and with oral roxithromycin ,motherwort capsule ,for five days .The control group oral roxithromycin ,motherwort Gongxuening Capsule and ,for five days.Results The treatment group after five days of vaginal bleeding need again clear palace number(1 cases)was less than that of the control group (12 cases),group of uterine bleeding quantity in-creased treatment in the course of treatment (0 cases) was significantly lower than that of the control group (5 cases). The treatment group again curettage rate (3.1%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (37.5%),the difference was statistically significant effect of the two groups (χ2 =11.68,P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of mifepristone in the treatment of bleeding after abortion ,reduced the incidence of Qing Dynasty palace again ,reduce the patient′s physical and psychological harm , but also to avoid the unnecessary disputes , is worth the clinical promotion.

ObjectiveTo explore clinical effect of hemabate combined with uterine massage in treatment of postnatal hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods120 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases).The experimental group was given hemabate combined with uterine massage treatment,with respect to only hemabate treatment in the control group. ResultsThe total effective rate of postpartum hemorrhage were 96.7 and 92% with significant difference(x2 = 15.396,P＜0.01)between the two groups. Conclusionhe treatment of hemabate combined with uterine massage was more effective than hemabate alone.It was particularly safe,effective,convenient to operate,quickly to get results and of great value for clinical promotion.

The annually American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting is the biggest feast in this area.The 56th ASH annual meeting showed many important data related with lymphoma.Applied brentuximab vedotin as maintenance therapy after autologous stem cell transplantion,Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) patients acquired significant prolonged progression free survival (PFS).A phase Ⅰ study demonstrated that PD-1 inhibitor,nivolumab,has a high response in heavily treated HL,with ORR 87 ％,which has acquired the approval from FDA.BTK inhibitor,PI3K inhibitor,new CD20 antibodies,bcl-2 inhibitor and lenalidomide all are effective in relapsed or refractory chronic lympholytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma (NHL),but how to apply these new targeted drugs appropriately and combined with current chemotherapy regimens are quite difficult.CAR-T cells targeting CD19,CD20,CD30 or CD138 positive lymphomas are a kind of new cellular therapy,which has showed excellent efficacy.

The peripheral T/NK cell lymphomas (PT/NKCLs) encompass a heterogeneous group of malignant lymphoid diseas-es, which derived from mature T-cells and NK cells. PT/NKCLs are rare, and its epidemiology and pathological subtypes showed signif-icant geographic and ethnic differences. PT/NKCLs, especially NK/T cell lymphoma (nasal type), are relatively common in Asian coun-tries. The use of an anthracycline-containing regimen is not associated with an improved outcome in most subtypes of PT/NKCLs, but is associated with an improved outcome in anaplastic large-cell lymphoma, ALK positive. High-dosage chemotherapy combined with stem cell transplantation is a considerable choice for newly diagnosed high-risk or refractory/relapsed PT/NKCLs because of its general-ly poor clinical outcome. Advances in new drugs have lagged behind DLBCL because of the disease rarity of PT/NKCL and biological heterogeneity. Nevertheless, new chemotherapeutic drugs, such as pralatrexate and bendamustine, and targeted drugs, such as alemtu-zumab, brentuximab vedotin, HDAC inhibitors, bortezomib, and lenalidomide, are recently emerging effective therapies in this area. We confidently believe that the era of PT/NKCLs is coming.

Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of 15 cases with early carcinoma of uterus cervical and to emphasize the significance of standardized surgery and combined treatment on early carcinoma of uterus cervical.Methods Fifteen patients with early carcinoma of uterus cervical received standardized surgery and combined treatment.The operation range,main point of surgery and the model of combined treatment of early uterus cervical carcinoma were analyzed.Results No case recurred during three years after operation.Conclusion Accord- ing to the standardization of clinical stages,operation range should not be expanded randomly and the surgical manip- ulation should be standardized.The strengthening of the combined treatment can make patients restoring with little complication.

Objective To evaluate the development and utilization of measurement techniques on DSA postprocessing system in interventional radiology. The POLYTRON 1000 VR DSA machine from Siemens Corporation was served as an example for the evaluation. Method The data assessed included the correlated factors of measurement techniques, utilization of original computer information, sequences of measurement and effects of technique application. The different measurement techniques were applied according to the clinical needs. The measurement results of tumors were compared on those of ultrasonography, CT and DSA image in 20 patients with hepatocellular carcinomas. The most frequently applied data were the measurements of distance, degree of vascular stenosis and functions of cardiac ventricle. Result and Conclusion The sizes measured on DSA is significantly differ from those on ultrasonography and CT. The proper measurement techniques can be applied for interventional radiology in DSA postprocessing system.

Objective To investigate the property and value of digital photographic technology in nonvascular intervention. Methods The nonvascular interventional photographies of 204 procedures were retrospectively analyzed, including 126 in digital subtraction angiography (DSA) unit (DSA group) and 78 in digital X ray unit (non DSA group) The quality of images of contrast photography was evaluated. Results The image of the inspected tracts were clear in 104 (82%) of DSA group and 66(85%) of non DSA group respectively. Conclusions The good quality images of digital photography can be obtained in nonvascular interventional radiology, which is analogous to that on DSA unit.
