1.Infant Infective Enteritis Inside Hospital: An Analysis of 58 Cases
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To probe into the bacterium compositions and drug sensitivity characteristic of the infant infective enteritis inside hospital. METHODS Totally 58 cases of infant infective enteritis inside hospital were analyzed. RESULTS The proportion of Escherichia coli and Shigella flexneri in the infective cases was the largest(39.7% and 29.3%,respectively).The top three drugs that the sensitivity rate was the supreme were ciprofloxacin, cefazolin and cefotaxime. CONCLUSIONS Intestinal bacilli are mainly pathogenic bacteria of the infant infective enteritis inside hospital. The bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test are helpful to early diagnosis and rational choosing antibiotics.
3.Analysis of the effect of metabolic parameters on the self-efficacy in patients with diabetes mellitus
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(11):19-22
Objective To investigate the effect of metabolic parameters on the self-efficacy in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 175 diabetes mellitus patients were recruited by random sampling method.Demographic data and metabolic parameters were obtained and the scales of self-efficacy of diabetes patients were evaluated by secd6.We further analyzed the effect of metabolic parameters on the selfeffficacy in diabetes mellitus patients. Results Two-hour postprandial blood glucose had negative correlation with self-efficacy among 10 metabolic parameters in diabetes mellitus patients. Conclusions Twohour post-prandial hyperglycemia affects the scale of self-effcacy.So we should strengthen the management of two-hour postprandial hyperglycemia to increase the self-efficacy in diabetes mellitus patients.
4.The application study of managerial grid theory in nursing management
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2008;24(11):9-12
Objective To discuss the correlation between the leading style of lead nurses and nurses satisfaction degree with work of by applying managerial grid theory. Methods 300 nurses from 40 nursing units of 5 hospitals above class-two level were investigated with 3 kinds questionnaires. Results The number of head nurses who were considered to conduct with bureaucratic style reached 39.7%.Thosewith democratic style, parent style, autocratical style and indulgent style ranked the 2nd,3th,4th and 5th position respectively. In addition the leading styles were correlated with nurses'satisfaction degree with work, among which the democratic style gained the highest satisfaction degree of nurses. Conclusion The democratic leading style Was the most satisfying and it put forward new thinking and reference for futurenursing management.
5.Psychological comfort care in the examination and treatment of coronary heart disease
China Medical Equipment 2014;(12):150-151
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing interventions on mood in patients with coronary heart disease, who performed after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods:Retrospective analysis of all patients who Performed PCI in Shunyi District Hospital in 2012. Results: All patients during in the examination room underwent psychological care and transporting in progress of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative, which reduced surgical complications and adverse reactions, meanwhile increased surgical success rate. Conclusion:Psychological care and intervention can effectively reduce the feeling of discomfort and anxiety in patients during surgery of coronary intervention, which is an important part of the modernphysical-psychological-socialmedical model.
6.Basic structure and comparison of FPD-DR and CCD-DR
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
Greatly pushed forward by the modern medical imaging technology, digital process of the routine X-ray equipment begins to make its mark with the introduction of the typical product-digital radiography(DR).The present DR used in hospital radiology departments is composed of two types,FPD-DR and CCD-DR.This thesis makes a brief introduction and comparison of their basic structures
7.Intervention effects of enriched environment and hydrotherapy on neonatal rats with hypoxia-ischemia brain damage
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(06):-
0.05), reduced obviously in hydrotherapy group as compared with sham group. Postsynaptic density (PSD) in hippocampus was more in intervention group than non-intervention group. Conclusion Enriched environment stimulus and hydrotherapy can promote the rehabilitation of neonatal rats with HIBD. The intervention effects of enriched environment and combined application of enriched environment stimulus and hydrotherapy is better than hydrotherapy. The change of NMDA receptor in hippocampus might be one of the mechanism.
8.Application and Mathematic Analysis of Fourier Transform in MRI Technique
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(12):-
Fourier Transform plays a very important part on spatialization and reconstruction of MRI. Advanced mathematic analysis makes us understand the concept of Fourier Progression and Fourier Transform, and some concrete applications of Fourier Transform on the MRI are listed.
9.Cases Analysis of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in the Treatment of Postoperative Drug-resistant Bacterial Infection
China Pharmacist 2017;20(8):1411-1414
Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists participating in the treatment of postoperative drug-resistant bacterial infection through cases analysis of postoperative infection consultation performed by clinical pharmacists. Methods: Clinical pharmacists help surgeons make out the anti-infection medication for 3 cases of postoperative drug-resistant bacterial infection according to the related guideline and mastered antibacterial spectrum and pharmacokinetics of antibiotics, as well as performed the pharmaceutical care. Results: The three cases of postoperative infection were all recovered with the help of participation of clinical pharmacists in the antimicrobial treatment. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists play an indispensable role by providing pharmaceutical care for surgical therapy team.

BACKGROUND:How to promote homing of scarce limbal stem cel s is the key to improving transplantation efficiency. And stromal cel-derived factor-1 plays an important role in the repair of retinal pigment epithelial cel s injury. OBJECTIVE:To observe changes of stromal cel-derived factor-1 levels in rat and mouse limbal stem cel deficiency models in order to confirm whether these changes wil induce peripheral blood stem cel s homing into the cornea. METHODS:Eye models of limbal stem cel deficiency were prepared in rats and mice by cutting method, then peripheral blood samples were continuously drawn to detect the mass concentration of stromal cel-derived factor-1 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay within 1 month after modeling. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In the rat peripheral blood, the mass concentration of stromal cel-derived factor-1 started to increase at 24 hours after modeling and firstly peaked at the 3rd day;then it tended to decrease and reached a second peak lower than the first one at the 25th day;subsequently, it returned to the normal level. In the meanwhile, the mass concentration of stromal cel-derived factor-1 in the mouse peripheral blood, increased at 12 hours after modeling, peaked at the 3rd day, subsequently decreased until another peak lower than the former one presented at the 20th day, and final y it returned to the normal level. In conclusion, the level of stromal cel-derived factor-1 in the peripheral blood is significantly associated with limbal stem cel s deficiency, which may play an important role in corneal injury repair.
