Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(6):12-14
Objective This experiment aimed at exploring a limb wound guard to avoid the clothing being stained by bleeding or drainage on llmb wounds, keep them dry and clean inside, enable the limbs to move conveniently and protect the wounds untouched so as to increase patients' sense of security. Methods 180 surgical patients with limb wounds were randomly divided into two groups, 94 cases in the observation group who used limb wound guards and 86 patients in the control group who did not. The treatment effect and comfort degree were compared between the two groups by X2 test and Ridit analysis. Results Statistically sig-nificant differences between the two groups could be observed in the per capita frequency of clothing replace-ment, the wound infec- tion rate, the average days of hospital stay and patients" comfort degree. Conclusions The results indicate that using limb wound guards can prevent the clothing from being polluted by wound exu-clarion, keep them dry and clean inside, make the patients feel comfortable and reduce wound infection, facili-tate the activities of the injured limbs, reduce patients" fatigue and discomfort, protect the wound untouched and therefore, increase pa-tients' sense of security.

3.Advancement and the value of targeted gene related to lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(7):512-515
The occurrence and development of lung cancer are closely related to gene expression and mutations.Recent studies of lung cancer related genes show that the expression of COPS3 gene may play a key role in the lung cancer cell proliferation.Echinoderm microtubule associated protein like 4-anaplastic lymphoma kinase fusion gene and epidermal growth factor receptor mutations coexist.GA733 gene is closely related to lung cancer survival.Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1,high mobility protein family, members of the scavenger receptor class 5 and epidermal growth factor receptor provide new ideas for targeted therapy of lung cancer. For the therapy of lung cancer, multiple gene therapy and gene therapy combined with conventional treatment is required.

6.Correlation between Liver and Kidney Toxicity and Cyclosporin A Blood Concentration in 1236 Samples of Patients with Aplastic Anemia
China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):513-515
Objective:To analyze the correlation between cyclosporin A blood concentration and drug-induced liver and kidney in-jury in the patients with aplastic anemia, investigate the significance of cyclosporin A concentration in the monitoring of liver and kidney toxicity, and provide theoretical basis for clinical individualized drug use. Methods:A total of 149 patients with aplastic anemia trea-ted with cyclosporin A as the main therapeutic drug were selected, and after 3-day treatment, the blood concentration of cyclosporin A was detected by an HPLC-UV method 10 minutes before the administration and 2 hours after the administration. The liver and kidney function were measured at the same time. The correlation between the different concentration of cyclosporine A and the change of liver and kidney function was analyzed. Results:All the patients were monitored cyclosporine A blood concentration with 1236 samples, and 34 patients (22. 82%) were with drug-induced liver injury and 51 patients (34. 23%) showed drug-induced kidney toxicity. The average C0 of liver injury patients was (297. 92 ± 74. 14) μg·L-1 , and C2 was (944. 47 ± 148. 47) μg·L-1 , while the average C0 of kidney injury patients was (311. 41 ± 52. 80)μg·L-1, and C2 was (926. 25 ± 136. 02) μg·L-1. The function indices of liver (ALT, AST, TBIL) and kidney (SC, BUN, UA) were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0. 05), and the blood concentration of cyclosporin A was significantly correlated with the liver, and kidney function. Conclusion:There is a certain correla-tion between cyclosporine A -induced toxicity and its blood concentration and C2 may be a more valuable predictor for drug -induced liver injury.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2001;0(01):-
Objective To find a sensitive index which can reveal the mild cognitive impairment in non-demented patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).Methods Thirty PD patients without clinical dementia and 34 age-matched normal controls performed a matching-to-sample task while event-related potential (ERP) was recorded from their scalp. There were two kinds of stimulus pairs in this study: condition 1, the second stimulus (S2) in a pair was identical to the first one (S1) (match condition); condition 2, S2 conflicted with S1 in their color attribute (conflict condition). Subjects were required to press a button in the match condition and another button in the conflict condition. Results In the match condition, P100, N150, P180, N200, and P300 were elicited by S2. In the conflict condition, potentials following N200 went continuously to negativity and formed another component,N270,before P300. The N270 component was evoked by S2 of conflict condition in both controls and patients. The patient group showed a delayed and smaller N270 than the control group[peak latency: P3,patients:(317?37) ms,controls:(298?31) ms;P4, patients: (313?35) ms,controls: (293?34) ms;amplitude: P3,patients: (-3.06?2.51) ?V,controls: (-4.55?2.86) ?V]. The peak amplitude of P300 was decreased in the patient group [P4,patients: (6.94?3.95) ?V,controls: (9.58?3.80) ?V], but the peak latency of P300 did not differ significantly between the two subject groups. There was no difference between the two groups in peak latency and amplitude of N150.Conclusion PD patients have cognitive impairment even in the absence of a clinical dementia. N270 is subtler than P300 in revealing the mild cognitive impairment.
