1.Clinical Observation of Minocycline for Acute Retrogrode Pulpitis

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline for acute retrograde pulpitis (ARP) and its ef fects on pain.METHODS:One hundred (100 teeth) ARP patients in Hospital of Qingdao Agriculture University and the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College during Jan.-Oct.in 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 50 cases in each group (50 teeth).Control group was given root canal therapy of Formaldehyde cresol formocresol solution;observation group was given was given root canal therapy of Minocycline hydrochloride cream.Both groups were re checked 3 days later,and therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 5 month follow-up;pain score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels were ob served before and 3 d after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR was recorded in 2 groups.RESULTS:The total response rate of observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00% of control group,with statistical significance (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in percussion pain score,mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-αt levels between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05).Three days after treatment,percussion pain score,mobility score,IL-2 and TNF-α levels of 2 groups were significantly decreased;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance (P< 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P> 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Minocycline shows significantly therapeutic efficacy for ARP,and can effectively improve pain symptoms with good safety.

3.Intervention effects of enriched environment and hydrotherapy on neonatal rats with hypoxia-ischemia brain damage

Conclusion Enriched environment stimulus and hydrotherapy can promote the rehabilitation of neonatal rats with HIBD. The intervention effects of enriched environment and combined application of enriched environment stimulus and hydrotherapy is better than hydrotherapy. The change of NMDA receptor in hippocampus might be one of the mechanism.
4.Research progress of gastrointestinal stromal tumor

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor is one kind of the most common gastrointestinal tumors derived from the mesenchymal tissue.In most cases,it occurs in adults,while rarely occurs in adolescents.The clinical diagnosis of pediatric GIST can refer to the diagnosis standard of adults GIST,but it pays more attention to genetic diagnosis.The main treatment for pediatric GIST is surgery,but for advanced or unresectable patients,we can adopt imatinib or sutent for targeted therapy according to the results of genetic testing.
5.Clinical effect of propafenone and amiodarone on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objective To investigate the comparison of the clinical treatment efficacy of propafenone and amiodarone in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia ( PSVT ) .Methods Retrospective a total of 89 patients with PSVT from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected.According to the different administration methods, the patients were divided into the propafenone group of 46 cases and the amiodarone group of 43 cases.The changes of left ventricular end-systolic volume, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, ejection fraction, cardioversion success rate, mean cardioversion time, heart rate and side effects were compared.Results After treatment, the left ventricular end-systolic volume (52.31 ±8.34) mL/m2 , (54.28 ±7.23) mL/m2, left ventricular end-diastolic volume (47.31 ±8.56) mL/m2, (45.28 ±7.16) mL/m2 and ejection fraction (61.57 ± 0.76)%, (61.39 ±0.69)% were without significant differences.After treatment, the heart rates of the two groups were significantly decreased, the propafenone group ( 85.31 ±12.84 ) times/min, amiodarone group ( 87.26 ±11.95 ) times/min, and there were not significant differences.The recovery time of propafenone group was ( 19.34 ±4.76 ) , higher than the amiodarone group ( 25.69 ±6.09 ) ( P <0.05 ).But the success rate of cardioversion (52.17%) was lower than the amiodarone group (88.37%) (P<0.05).The side effect rates in the propafenone group (21.74%) was significantly higher than that in the amiodarone group ( 4.65%) ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Propafenone and amiodarone cardioversion PSVT have achieved good results, but propafenone rapid onset, the average cardioversion time is short, which is only suitable for acute tachycardia and without serious organic heart disease patients.Amiodarone onset is slower,but the cardioversion success rate is higher.
6.Study on Inhibitory Effects of Berberine on Vascular Endothelial Cells Injury Induced by PM2.5 and Its p38 MAPK Signal Pathway Mechanism

OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibitory effects of berberine on EA.hy926 human umbilical vein endothelial cells (EA. hy926 cells) injury induced by particulates with no more than 2.5 μm air aerodynamic diameter in atmospheric (PM2.5),and its p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signal pathway mechanism. METHODS:PM2.5 samples were collected and hatched EA.hy926 cells with concentrations of 0(blank control),20,200 and 400 mg/L for 24 h. The survival rate and apoptosis rate of cells,contents of IL-6,TNF-α and MDA,activities of SOD and LDH,protein levels of p-p38 MAPK,Bcl-2 and Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax) were detected. The above indexes of EA.hy926 cells in blank control group,PM2.5 group (200 mg/L PM2.5), p38 MAPK pathway-specific blocker SB203580 group (20 μmol/L SB203580+200 mg/L PM2.5),berberine low-,medium- and high-concentrations groups(5,10,20 μmol/L berberine+200 mg/L PM2.5)were also determined. RESULTS:Compared with blank control,survival rate of cells,SOD activity and Bcl protein decreased after 200,400 mg/L PM2.5 hatched;apoptosis rate of cells, contents of IL-6,TNF-α and MDA,LDH activity,protein levels of p-p38 MAPK and Bax increased (P<0.05),in concentra-tion-dependent manner. Compared with PM2.5 group,survival rate of cells,SOD activity and Bcl-2 protein increased in berberine medium-,high-concentrations groups and SB203580 group;apoptosis rate of cells,contents of IL-6,TNF-α and MDA,LDH ac-tivity,protein levels of p-p38 MAPK and Bax decreased (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Berberine attenuates PM2.5-induced EA. hy926 cells injury via the inhibition of p38 MAPK pathway.
7.Tanshinone ⅡA attenuates PM2 .5-induced vascular endothelial cell injury via p38 MAPK signal pathway

AIM:To investigate the effect and the mechanism of tanshinone ⅡA in attenuating PM2.5-induced human umbilical vein endothelial EA.hy926 cell injury.METHODS:The samples of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) were collected in Guangzhou and made into suspension.Different concentrations (0, 20, 200 and 400 mg/L) of PM2.5 were added to EA.hy926 cells.The viability and apoptosis of EA.hy926 cells, the protein levels of p-p38 MAPK, Bax and Bcl-2 in the EA.hy926 cells, the contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and malonaldehyde ( MDA) , and the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and lactic dehydrogenase ( LDH) in the EA.hy926 cell culture supernatant were measured by MTT assay, flow cytometry, Western blot, ELISA and colorimetry, respectively.Tanshinone ⅡA at different concentrations (5, 10 and 20 μmol/L) or a specific inhibitor of p38 MAPK pathway, SB203580 (20μmol/L) , was added into the EA.hy926 cells to observe the effect of tanshinone ⅡA.RESULTS:Compared with control group, PM2.5 significantly increased the apoptosis, the contents of IL-6, TNF-αand MDA, the activity of LDH, and the protein levels of p-p38 MAPK and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, but decreased the viability and SOD activity in the EA.hy926 cells (P<0.05).Compared with PM2.5 group, tanshinone IIA significantly decreased the apoptosis, the contents of IL-6, TNF-αand MDA, the activity of LDH, and the protein levels of p-38 MAPK and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, but increased the viabil-ity and SOD activity in the EA.hy926 cells (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Tanshinone ⅡA attenuates PM2.5-induced EA. hy926 cell injury via the inhibition of p38 MAPK pathway.
8.Coordinate Localization Method Contributing to Rational Use of Drug in Cancer Patients

OBJECTIVE:To introduce coordinate localization method as a new pharmaceutical care method to provide reference for rational use of drug in cancer patients. METHODS:The way that clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in prescribing for cancer patients with coordinate localization method was interpreted combining with examples. RESULTS:Coordinate localization method was conducive to rational use of drug in cancer patients and pharmacist’s self- quality construction. CONCLUSION:Coordinate localization method can effectively assist the doctor to prescribe rationally.
9.The clinical research to diagnose ovarian endometrial cyst by comprehend evaluation

Objective To explore the clinical diagnositic code(CDC)in ovarian endometrial cysts (OEC).Methods 218 cases of pelvic masses were investigated by use of symptoms,signs,B mode sonography and CA125.172 cases were diagnosed with OEC out of 218 cases,While 46 cases were ruled out by combination exploratory laparotomy and laparoscopy.Meanwhile we compared it with revisional american fertility society(r-AVS)including diagnosis and staging.Results The operation results of 218 cases were compared with the results of CDC and its Diagnositic Sensitiveness;Specificness;Positive predictive value;Negative predictive value;Diagnositic accordance rate as well as Diagnositic index of CDC were 96.4%,79.6%.93.0%,90.0%,91.7% and 73.4% respectively(χ2=127.818,P<0.001).Further more,172 cases of OEC which diagnosed with CDC were further subdivided into three stages as 1,2,3 according to its score,mild;moderate;heavy and this stage category were compared with the category of AFS(Ⅰ-Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ),the Diagnositic accordance rate of two categories were 95.6%,95.6% and 83.0% respectively,No significant difference were found in Var.mitis and medium-sized(χ2=0,P>0.05).but the Medium-sized and Gravis tape was significance(χ2=4.472,P<0.05).Conclusion CDC has a better coincidence with operation in the diagnosis of OEC which can be used in the non-traumatic diagnosis and staging of OEC in clinic.
10.Systemic inflammatory response and the prognosis of esophageal cancer

Systemic inflammatory response has a major role in the development and progression of cancer,and increased systemic inflammatory response usually correlates with poorer survival.Recently the evaluation index of systemic inflammatory response including neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio,C-reactive protein,glasgow prognostic score,platelet-lymphocyte ratio.Several previous studies show that these indexes are the independent prognostic factors for esophageal cancer.Research on the systemic inflammatory markers may also be valuable for the clinical treatment and prognosis of esophageal cancer.
