In this paper, from the concept of acupoint compatibility, it is proposed that acupoint selection is a key factor to influence the compatibility of acupoint, and the nature of acupoint is closely related with the location and dominant meridian of acupoints. Acupoint selection according to the location and meridians is the basic method of acupoint compatibility, while acupoint selection based on the syndrome differentiation and the symptoms is the fundamental requirement of acupoint compatibility. Therefore, understanding the nature of acupoint, knowing the method of acupoint compatibility and selecting analogous acupoint that have identical or similar indications are the keys to improve the clinical efficacy.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the gated blood pool imaging phase analysis method in the evaluation of left ventricular mechanical synchronization in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 169 patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled in our study , using gated blood pool imaging phase analysis method to obtain left ventricular phase angle width ( PHB) and left ventricular phase angle standard deviation ( PSD) as evaluating left ventricular mechanical synchrony index; using tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) measurement of the standard deviation of systolic peak time(Ts-SD) of each segment by using the current prevailing 12 non-apical segments analysis method as evaluating left ventricular mechanical synchrony index, and parameters derived from both methods were compared. Results LVPHB was highly correlated with Ts-SD (r = 0. 83 ,P = 0. 000 ) . LVPSD was modestly correlated with Ts-SD ( r - 0. 69, P = 0. 000) . The ejection fraction measured by echocardiography was (42.93 ± 14. 89) % ,which was significantly higher than that measured by ERNA (39. 76 ± 17. 89)% (P <0. 01). Conclusions The evaluation of left ventricular mechanical synchrony in patients with chronic heart failure by the gated blood pool imaging can provide similar information with TDI, which can simultaneously measure two ventricular functions and get more accurate measurement of ejection fraction. Cardiac resynchronization therapy patients can be identified by combining two kinds of approaches, and cardiac resynchronization therapy responders could be improved as well. More patients with heart failure can benefit from cardiac resynchronization therapy therapy.

Chronic Urticaria(CU)is a common skin disease involving autoimmunity and allergies, which brings a heavy burden to patients and society. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine"the Lung is combined with the Large Intestine, and the symptoms of large intestine can be reflected from the skin"has long shown that there is a close physiological and pathological relationship between the function of the Large Intestine and the skin. With the modern advancement of the"gut-skin axis"theory, the correlation between gut microbiome and CU has gradually become an emerging focus of research.Adjusting the imbalance of gut microbiome would be a new trend in the clinical treatment of CU.Acupuncture has a beneficial effect of regulating the gut microbiome, and the definite curative effect on CU.Therefore, this article summarized the research progress between the gut microbiome and CU in recent years,in order to discuss the feasibility of acupuncture to treat CU by regulating the gut microbiome, and provide a new idea for the mechanism research of acupuncture in the treatment of CU from the perspective of"treating skin from intestine".

Objective To explore the relationship between haptoglobin gene polymorphism and disease se-verity and susceptibility in senile vascular dementia patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with senile vas-cular dementia admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the vascular de-mentia group, and 80 stroke patients with non-vascular dementia admitted to the hospital during the same pe-riod were selected as the control group. The genotype distribution and allele frequency of haptoglobin gene were measured using polymerase chain reaction with sequence-specific primers, and their relationship with the severity and susceptibility of vascular dementia patients was analyzed. Results The proportion of history of hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus and the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in vascular dementia group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The distribution of genotypes was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(P>0.05).The frequency of haptoglobin 2-2 genotype and haptoglobin 2 allele in vascular dementia group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of mini-mental state examination and hachinski ischaemic score among patients with vascular dementia with different haptoglobin genotypes(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the carrier of hapto-globin 2-2 genotype and the carrier of haptoglobin 2 allele were independent risk factors for vascular dementia(P<0.05).Conclusion Haptoglobin 2-2 genotype and haptoglobin 2 allele distribution frequency are associ-ated with the occurrence of vascular dementia after stroke, and those with high frequency of haptoglobin 2-2 genotype and haptoglobin 2 allele distribution suffer a severe disease, which can provide reference for early i-dentification and assessment of vascular dementia.

The policy implementation model of G. C. Edwards was used to analyze the public policy health impact assessment in Zhejiang province, and summarize its practice and existing problems in four aspects of policy implementation standards, policy resources, policy executors′ intention and management organization structure, so as to provide reference for promoting the national health impact assessment pilot work. The analysis results showed that Zhejiang province has initially established the public policy health impact assessment mechanism and achieved phased results, but there were still some problems, including the imperfection of policy content and implementation strategy, the inadequacy of leadership decision-making and top-level design, the difference in attitude, understanding and implementation preference of policy implementation subjects, and the ambiguity of the authority and responsibility system of each department in cooperation. In order to further promote the smooth development of public policy health impact assessment, Zhejiang province should actively promote the top-level design to strengthen policy support, integrate and optimize policy resources, gradually establish and improve the health governance mechanism of multiple and overall coordination, and promote the high-quality development of public policy health impact assessment by taking cross departmental cooperation as the path of health co-construction.

ObjectiveTo summarize the modeling methods, test indicators, and evaluation methods of the animal models of urticaria and provide a basis for the subsequent research on urticaria models. MethodWith the keywords of "urticaria" and "animal model" and the time interval from inception to July 13, 2022, relevant articles were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, CBM, Web of Science, Embase, and PubMed. Two evaluators independently screened the articles and extracted the publishing time, sources, animal conditions, modeling methods, modeling time, and test indicators from the articles meeting the inclusion criteria to establish a data library for quantitative statistics and analysis. ResultA total of 116 articles were included, involving 129 animal experiments (102 in Chinese and 27 in English) of urticaria. In the last three years, the studies about the animal models of urticaria presented an obvious upward trend, and the articles were dominated by dissertations. KM mice and SD rats of both females and males were mainly used for the modeling of urticaria, and the models were mainly established by passive sensitization of skin for 14-16 days. The models were mainly evaluated based on apparent indicators such as blue-stained lesion area and ear swelling, supplemented by the pathological indicators of the skin and serum. ConclusionAlthough the experimental studies of urticaria are increasing, the modeling methods lack unified modeling standards and have low coincidence with clinical symptoms. Therefore, this paper analyzed the modeling elements and evaluation criteria of urticaria animal models, and proposed that both male and female KM mice (6-8 weeks old) or SD rats (8-10 weeks old) of SPF grade should be preferentially selected for modeling. Active and passive sensitization can be combined for the modeling, and the specific modeling elements such as modeling time and sensitization times need to be further explored. The model evaluation should include four aspects of behavior, appearance, pathology, and immunity.
