1.The compared results in cesarean by different methods

Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of cesarean section.Methods The 300 cases in primipara were randomly divided into three groups:(1)improved cesarean group(n=100),new cesarean group(n=100),longitudinal incision abdominal post-palace production group(n=100).Comparison of cesarean time in which fetus is delivered,the total operation time,blood loss,time when eating and the first time to get out of bed,anus exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in three groups.Results Improved group,new group fetus is delivered,the total operation time,time vehen eating and the first time to get out of bed,anus exhaust after hospitalization time and time were lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved new cesarean section had less injury,less bleeding,postoperative recovery faster,thereby reduced the suffering of patients.
2.Analysis of the changes of the coverage of medical insurance and the utilization of medical services from 2000 to 2009

Objective To understand the changes of the coverage of medical insurance and the utilization of medical services from 2000 to 2009.Methods The data on medical insurance and utilization of medical services were obtained from China Nutrition Panel Survey conducted by University of North Carolina,Chapel Hill.The trend of medical insurance and use of preventative medical services were examined.And a Logistic regression model was used to estimate the relationship between some social economic status and the enrollment of medical insurance and use of medical services.Results The coverage of medical insurance expanded dramatically from 20% in 2000 to 89% in 2009.The rural population experienced higher expansion.The gap between rural and urban populations in terms of insurance coverage was closed.The use of preventive services remained low in both rural and urban populations,with 3.72% and 4.62% respectively.Conclusions Both coverage of medical insurance and use of prevention medical services imoroved from 2000 to 2009,which has provided solid foundation for further reforms.
3.Analysis on Gestational diabetes Mellitus and Pregnancy Outcome

Objective To evaluate the influence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) on the pregnancy outcome. Methods Sixty-two women with GDM and Sixty-two nondiabetic pregnant women were investigated from January 2005 to Novmber 2008. The effect of GDM on pregnancy outcome was analyzed with comparison to the control group. Results In GDM group the incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membrane,caesarean section,fetal dis--tress,neonatal asphyxia,neonatal hypoglycemia, factal associated, hyperbilirubinemia of newborn of and were 16.77%, 20.33%, 8.07%, 63.04%, 12.73%, 8.07%, 9.93%,30.43% and 9.00%,respectively. There was significant difference ascompared with the control group 2.67%、5.67%、3.67%、24.00%、3.67%、2.67%、0.33%、2.67%、2.00% ,respectively. Conelusion Pregnancy with diabetes is harmful to mother and infant. Diagnosing and treating the cases earlier can decrease the complications ofmother and infant as well as the death rate of perinatal fetus.
