Objective To evaluate the effect of errorless learning on memory processes. Methods Eight- y-four participants were randomly divided into three groups:a group which received computer-assisted memory train- ing (CAMG,n=30) ,a therapist-administered memory training group (TAMG,n=24) and a control group (CG,n =30).A 20-session training course with a Chinese cultural background was tailor-made for Chinese subjects with memory disorders. It was administered over the course of one month to the test groups with a similar course structure and content but different delivery modes. The control group had no training. The Rivermead Behavioral Memory Test- Chinese Version (RBMT-CV) and the Hong Kong List Learning Test (HKLLT) were used to assess memory ability and process at the start and end of the training, and one month later.A repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare differences across the three groups. Results Comparing pre-training with post-training and follow- up,RBMT-CV and HKLLT scores improved significantly. The CAMG group demonstrated better progress encoding and storage on the HKLLT (including the random and blocked conditions) than the TAMG group. Conclusions Errorless learning is likely to be an effective technique for improving memory function in patients with traumatic brain injury. Its effects last for at least one month.Computer-administered training was more effective than therapist-admin- istered face to face training, especially in improving encoding and storage memory processes.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of the cell cycle regulators cyclin E, cyclin D1, p21, p16 in laryngeal carcinogenesis tissus.
METHOD:
The expression of cell cycle regulators were detected by flow cytometry method in 23 cases of polyps of vocal cord, 69 cases of laryngeal precancerous change and 33 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), which tissue was paraffin embedded, sliced, dewaxed, and prepared into the cell suspension, then fluorescently labeled by cyclin E, cyclin D1, p21 and p16.
RESULT:
In polyps of vocal cord, laryngeal precancerous change and LSCC, The positive expression rate of cyclin E and cyclin D1 were respectively 13.04%, 20.29D, 42.420 and 26.09%, 43.48% and 93.94%. The positive expression rate of p16 and p21 were respectively 61.90%, 40.98%, 14.28% and 47.62%, 23.81%, 26.23%. Those showed the positive expression rate of cyclin D1, cyclin E gradually decreased from vocal cord polyps, laryngeal precancerous change to LSCC, (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), while the positive expression rate of p21 and p16 gradually decreased (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
The abnormal expression of cell cycle regulatory factors is the molecular events of laryngeal carcinoma. High expression of positive regulatory factors cyclin D1 and cyclin E, and low expression of negative regulatory factors p16 and p21, which showed the imbalance of multiple positive and negative regulatory factors related with cell cycle play an important role in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer.

Allotransplantation of peripheral blood-derived hemopoietic stem cells is the best therapy for acute leukemia. With increases of only-child families, sibling donors are decreasing. Moreover, the probability is low and time consuming is long to search a matched hemopoietic stem cell donor from the Chinese Marrow Donor Program. Haploidentical stem cell transplantation would bring a hope for donor resource. However, difficult transplantation and high incidence of graft versus host disease are two risks. Based on modified regimen and cyclosporine A+short-term amethopterin, mycophenolic acid, interleukin-11, anti-lymphocyte immunoglobulin and hemopoietic stem cells mobilized by recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can prevent graft versus host disease. This therapy succeeded in two cases with no severe graft versus host disease.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2020;28(4):214-218
Objective:
To investigate the role of lncRNAs in the invasion and metastasis of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) cells.
Methods:
With SACC-LM as the experimental group and SACC83 as the control group, lncRNA chips were used to screen the differentially expressed lncRNAs. The differentially expressed lncRNAs were further verified by real-time quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR). The invasion and migration abilities of the adenoid cystic carcinoma cell lines before and after transfection with lncRNA siRNAs were detected by invasion and migration experiments. The clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with different expression of lncRNAs and SACC were analyzed.
Results:
The microarray showed that ADAMTS9-AS2 was highly expressed in the SACC-LM cells. Real-time quantitative RT-PCR further confirmed that ADAMTS9-AS2 was significantly upregulated in the SACC-LM cells. Invasion and migration experiments showed that the invasion and migration were significantly reduced after the expression level of ADAMTS9-AS2 was downregulated (P < 0.001). Analysis of the clinicopathological data showed that ADAMTS9-AS2 was highly expressed in SACC. High expression of ADAMTS9-AS2 was associated with poor prognosis and a high tumor metastasis rate in SACC patients.
Conclusion
High expression of ADAMTS9-AS2 promotes the migration and invasion of SACC cells. ADAMTS9-AS2 is upregulated in the SACC tissues and is related to a high metastasis rate and poor prognosis.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of pretreating with oral immunosuppressants alone for ABO-incompatible (ABOi) renal transplant recipients with an initial isoagglutinin titer <1: 8.Methods:From September 2014 to October 2019, 16 cases of ABOi renal transplantation pretreated with oral immunosuppressants alone and 32 cases of ABO-compatible (ABOc) renal transplantation were recruited for comparing the inter-group incidence of graft function, acute rejection, infection and recipient and allograft survival. Results:The 16 ABOi renal transplantations were AB-to-A(n=4), AB-to-B(n=3), A-to-B(n=1), B-to-A(n=4), A-to-O(n=2) and B-to-O(n=2). The initial isoagglutinin titer (IgM & IgG) and that on the date of transplantation were both ≤1∶8. The median follow-up period was 495(90-1696) days. One patient in ABOi group underwent allograft nephrectomy due to hyperacute rejection. The graft survival rates were 93.75%(15/16) and 100%(32/32) in ABOi and ABOc groups respectively. No recipient died. No significant inter-group difference existed in postoperative renal function after 6 months (serum creatinine μmol/L: 114.30±28.13 vs. 106.08±23.80, P=0.38; eGFR ml/min/1.73 m 2: 64.93±19.60 vs. 82.34±22.58, P=0.13). In ABOi group, there were 3 episodes of postoperative infection, 2 episodes of acute rejection within 2 weeks (including 1 episode of hyperacute rejection) and 1 episode of acute rejection after 2 weeks; 5 episodes of postoperative infection, no acute rejection within 2 weeks and 5 episodes of acute rejection after 2 weeks in ABOc group. No significant inter-group difference existed in the incidence of infection or rejection ( P>0.05). Conclusions:Using oral immunosuppressant alone is both safe and feasible for ABOi renal transplantation recipients with an initial isoagglutinin titer ≤1∶8. It may greatly simplify the pretreatment scheme for those with a low initial isoagglutinin titer and lower the incidence of complications.
