1.Nature of Moral Environment of Higher Educational Institutes and Its Theoretical Features
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
The ecological environment of medical ethics education is an ecological environment for the moral development of college students, mainly including human environment, material environment, dynamic environment, and cultural environment, etc. Its most dramatic feature is the ecological feature, and the morality feature is its most outstanding one.
2.A Reflection on Enhancing the Teaching Effect of Ideological and Moral Cultivation
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
In order to enhance the teaching effect of ideological and moral cultivation, the teaching staff should strengthen their consciousness of exploring truth, being enterprising and a role model for students.During the teaching process, great attention should paid to the pertinence of teaching preparation, the diversity of teaching modes, the practicality of assignment, and the ideological characteristics of assessment setting,so that college students could be cultivated to be qualified socialist constructors with grand ideals, noble morality, fine culture and strict disciplines.
3.An Analysis of the Forming Process of Medical Ethics among Medical Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The formation of medical ethics among medical students is an individual process of recognizing, selecting, and modifying medical ethics,a process from ignorance,to consciousness, and finally to responsible self-consciousness for the main body of medical ethics,a process to manifest individual liberty of medical ethics, independence of medical ethics, and pursue the progress of medical ethics, and also a process to combine recognition and practical behaviors, and realize the mutual transformation of internal and external medical ethics.

OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of HIV infection in hospitalized patients and the prevention measures.METHODS The prevalence of HIV infection of the hospitalized patients in our General Hospital from Jan 2005 to Jun 2009 was investigated retrospectively. The time, population and endemic distribution of the HIV infected patients were analyzed.RESULTS Forty-eight HIV infected patients(19 HIV patients),were screened out from 271 955 hospitalized patients from Jan 2005 to Jun 2009 with year by year increasing. Most of HIV infected patients(62.5%) came from Beijing,Henan and Hebei provinces. Some sporadic patients came from other areas.CONCLUSIONS The prevalence of HIV infected patients among hospitalized patients in our hospital is increasing in recent years. The prevention measures in diagnosis and therapy process for these patients should be strengthened to reduce hospital infection.

Objective To design an automatic exposure control circuit for X ray equipment to improve the performance of equipment and the quality of film. Methods The device acted in series control. During exposuring process, the X ray reaching the film through patient body was measured by ray sensor. After it was treated with integration, amplification and contrast management, the signal of X ray quantity drived the device to cut off exposure circuit, so that the exposure time was automatic any controlled. Results The effect of the device has been proved by its application in several hospitals. Conclusion The device is simple and effective and has practical value.

Objective To test and analyse the characteristics of double three field iono chamber developed by ourselves. Methods We tested the time characteristic, dose rate characteristic and X ray quality characteristic by using direct test method, and current characteristic, voltage characteristic and thickness characteristic of double three field iono chamber by using photograph test method with NERO 6000B test meter, RF 500 mA X ray equipment and so on. The results were analysed. Results The time characteristic and dose rate characteristic had satisfied linear scales(the return coefficients of linety scales were R =0.999 61 and R = 0.998 88 respectively). The X ray quality characteristic was steady (the maximum output variation was ? max ≤?5%). The good characteristics of current, voltage and thickness were found(the maximum variations of film density were ?D max ≤?0.01, ?D max ≤?0.15 and ?D max ≤?0.06 respectively). The excellent repeat was showed (repeating error of exposure time and dose were ?T max ≤?0.004 s and ?X max ≤0.01?10 -5 C/kg). Conclusion The performace of the new Iono chamber is excellent and steady, so it has practical value.

Objective To compare and analyze the performance indexes and the imaging quality of the home and imported X-ray machines through testing their partial imaging performance parameters. Methods By separate sampling from 10 home and 10 imported X-ray machines, the parameters including tube current, time of exposure, machine total exposure, and repeatability were tested, and the imaging performance was evaluated according to the national standard. Results All the performance indexes met the standard of GB4505-84. The first sampling tests showed the maximum changing coefficient of imaging performance repeatability of the home X-ray machines was ?max1=0.025,while that of the imported X-ray machine was ?max1=0.016. In the second sampling tests, the maximum changing coefficients of the two were ?max2=0.048 and ?max2=0.022, respectively. Conclusion The 2 years′ follow-up tests indicate that there is no significant difference between the above-mentioned parameters of the elaborately adjusted home X-ray machines and imported ones, but the home X-ray machines are no better than the imported X-ray machines in stability and consistency.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
AIM: To investigate the possibility of 3T3 fibroblast growth on blood fibrin clot in culture medium with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF). METHOD: Growth of the cells on blood fibrin clot was studied by phase-contrast, scanning and transmission electron microscopy and by Giemsa stain and MTT assay. RESULTS: The optimal concentration of rhbFGF for proliferation and survival of the cells was 100 ng/mL. The cells also grew on blood fibrin clot scaffold in the low-serum medium containing 100 ng/mL rhbFGF, and a greater number of the cells survived after 48 hours incubation compared to that after 24 hours. The elongated filopodia appeared to bridge the gaps among the fibroblasts after 24 hours incubation. Further incubation to 72 hours, a greater number of platycytes were found to be joined together by lamellopodia. CONCLUSION: 3T3 fibroblasts could grow and survive on blood fibrin clot in the low-serum medium containing rhbFGF, and a combination of blood fibrin clot and rhbFGF may have over proportional effects on wound healing.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2012;32(1):135-138
OBJECTIVETo explore the causes, clinic diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of the chest.
METHODSThe clinical data of 12 patients with IMT were retrospectively analyzed including 9 male and 3 female patients aged 36 to 81 years (mean 60.08 years). Five patients underwent pulmonary lobectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection, 1 had partial lobectomy, 1 had mediastinal tumor resection and costectomy, and 2 received conservative treatment.
RESULTSAll the surgical patients recovered after surgery without lymph node metastasis detected by pathological examinations. In the follow-up lasting for 2 months to 5 years, no recurrence or metastasis occurred in these cases. In the 2 cases having conservative treatment, the tumor remained unchanged in one case at 3 month of follow-up and disappeared in the other case.
CONCLUSIONIMT in the chest is a rare benign tumor with a low incidence rate and malignancy. Pathological examination is reliable for definite diagnosis. Surgical operation is the primary therapeutic approach. All IMT patients should be closely followed up after the treatment.
