Objective Non-alcoholic fatty liver ( NAFL) is a metabolic disease and levocarnitine can be used to improve the energy metabolism of the patient .This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of levocarnitine in the treatment of NAFL . Methods We retrospectively analyzed 85 cases of NAFL treated by lifestyle intervention (control group, n=40) or by lifestyle intervention +levo-carnitine medication (medication group, n=45).In addition to lifestyle intervention, the patients in the medication group received oral levocarnitine at 10 mL tid for 4 weeks followed by a reduced dose of 10 mL bid for another 8 weeks. Results Twelve weeks after treat-ment, 37 cases (82.2%) in the medication group showed remarkable improvement and the other 8 failed to respond. In the control group, 23 cases (57.5%) were improved and 17 cases remained unimproved .There were statistically significant differences in the rate of therapeutic effectiveness between the two groups of patients (P<0.01).No adverse effects were observed during the levocarnitine medi-cation. Conclusion Lifestyle intervention +levocarnitine medication can improve NAFL .

Objective The control rate of blood pressure in hypertension patients is very low in our country , while follow-up intervention can significantly improve the situation .This study aimed to evaluate the clinical effects of anti-hypertension under follow-up intervention . Methods From October 2013 to October 2014 , 125 patients with hypertension were chose as the study objectives after first clinical anti-hypertension and were divided into intervention group (follow-up,n=65) and control group(no follow-up,n=60). Comparative analysis was made in blood pressure control , compliance with therapy and cardiovascular event incidence between the two groups after 12 weeks'intervention. Results After 12 weeks, diastolic and systolic blood pressure in intervention group was signifi-cantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Significant difference was also found in the compliance with drug-taking between in-tervention group and control group (73.8%vs 43.3%, P<0.01).During the follow-up period, 1 case in the control group suffered stroke and unstable angina pectoris hospitalized for treatment . Conclusion Follow-up intervention after clinical service can improve the efficacy of blood pressure control and encourage the patients to live healthy lifestyle .

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prognosis of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma.METHODS The clinical data of 112 patients with a primary diagnosis of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma treated at the First Hospital of Zhengzhou University between January 2010 and June 2017 were studied. The association between clinical parameters and survival rate was evaluated by Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression model.RESULTS The 1-,3-,5-year overall survival were 92%,72% and 54% respectively.Single factor analysis displayed that age, gender, the level of albumin, the expression level of Ki-67,treatment model, complete response rate to the primary treatment and the interval between symptom onset to diagnosis were related to the prognosis factors.Multivariate analysis showed that the interval of first time of symptom onset to the time of diagnosis and the positive rate of Ki-67 more than 50% were the independent risk factors for the prognosis of nasal NK/T lymphoma.CONCLUSION The interval of symptom onset to the time of diagnosis and the positive rate of Ki-67 may be independent prognostic factors for NK/T cell lymphoma.

Objective To explore the feasibility of automatic segmentation of clinical target volume(CTV)and organs at risk(OARs)for cervical cancer using AccuLearning(AL)based on geometric and dosimetric indices. Methods Seventy-five CT localization images with manual contouring data of postoperative cervical cancer were enrolled in this study.Sixty cases were randomly selected to trained to generate automatic segmentation model by AL,and the CTV and OARs of the remaining 15 cases were automatically contoured.Radiotherapy plans on the automatic segmentation contours were imported on the CT images of manual contours. The efficiency,Dice similarity coefficient(DSC),Hausdorff distance(HD)and dosimetric parameters were compared between the two methods. Results The time of automatic segmentation was significantly shorter than that of the manual contour(P<0.05).The DSC of all structures were≥0.87.The HD of bowel bag and rectum were about 10 mm,and that of the rest of OARs were less than 5 mm.CTV(D98,V90% ,V95% ,Dmean,HI),bowel bag(V50)and bladder(V50)had significant differences in dosimetric comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic segmentation model based on AL can improve the efficiency of radiotherapy.Automatic segmentation of OARs has the potential of clinical application, while that of CTV still needs to be further modified.

Objective To compare the skin temperature around relevant and irrelevant meridian acu-points,or non-meridian sham acupoints in rats with myocardial ischemia by high frequency electro-acu-puncture(EA)at Neiguan(PC6)point or sham acupoint,in healthy rats and myocardial ischemic rats. Methods Fifty male Wister rats were randomly divided into five groups:blank control group,sham-op-eration group, model group, high frequency EA at Neiguan group(PC6)and high frequency electro-acu-puncture at sham acupoint groups.Rats in high frequency EA at and at sham acupoints group received EA intervention after their models were successfully established.Temperature around the skin of Neiguan (PC6),Yanglingquan(GB34)and sham acupoints were measured and recorded by infrared thermogra-phy in every group at 30 minutes 60 minutes after three-day treatment for statistical analysis. Results Compared with the blank control group, skin temperature around PC6 in model groups was significantly lower(P<0.01);Compared with the model group, skin temperature around PC6 in high frequency EA at PC6 group was significantly increased(P <0.01);Skin temperature around PC6, GB34 and sham acupoint in high frequency EA at sham acupoint groups presented with no statistical significance; skin temperature around PC6 in high frequency EA at PC6 group was similar to the skin temperature of blank control group, which was measured 30 minutes after the treatment. Conclusion The relative specificity of skin temperature around PC6 can be useful for the reflection of different conditions of rats' myocardi-um.High-frequency electro-acupuncture at PC6 can prevent the reduction of skin temperature caused by myocardial ischemia injury,of which the mechanism needs further study.
