Objective: To discuss the university students early-stage interpersonal perception and selection in internet Method; Totally 362 university students who used internet instant chat system were surveyed with the self-designed questionnaires. They were required to assess the influence degree of internet information on their feeling and choosing in a five degree scale. The differences in gender, subject and lasting time were also compared. Re-sults: (1) Age (4. 39 ± 1.94), nick name (3.71 ± 1.92) and self-explained (3.67 ± 1.97) were the most important information for choosing a friend in internet, which were higher than three most unimportant information including blood type (1.23 ±0. 80), level (1.40 ±0.95), and operation (1.41 ±0.89) (P<0.01) . (2) All students trended to evaluate others or selves information veritable. In all items, the veracity rate of self evaluate was high than 78.2% , and the veracity degrees of evaluating others'information were between 2.05 ~ 2.91. (3) Bad manners (1. 33 ±0.72), rough speech (1.41 ±0.71), and bored dialogue (1.50 ±0. 80) were the most related factors to choose friend, which were higher than three most unimportant information including no meeting chance (4.47±0.94), slow typing (3.13 ±1.12), poor motivation (2.32 ± 1.05) (P<0.01) . Conclusion: This study suggests that peoples early-stage perception and selection in internet are based on the selection, confirmation and conjecture of users, which will have certain effects on the development of network interpersonal relationship.

Objective:To analyse the behavioral problems of children with chronic tic disorders(CTD).Methods:Children with CTD only and with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)as well as ADHD and normal controls were assessed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL).The rates and scores of behavioral problems between groups were compared. Results:The rate of behavioral problems, total score and most subscales scores in CTD comorbid ADHD group and ADHD group were significantly higher than those of CTD only and control group. There were no significant differences between CTD only and control group except obsessive compulsive problem, hyperactivity behavior, aggressive behavior and total score. Conclusion:The present study suggests that comorbid ADHD was associated with more behavioral problems.

Objective To explore the activation of the primary somatosensory cortex (SⅠ) and secondary somatosensory cortex (SⅡ) undermild and moderate pain. Methods 7 healthy right-handed volunteers accepted electrostimulation of 1 and 2 times pain threshold respectively. The severity of pain was determined with the Visual Analogue Score (VAS), and they received functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) simultaneously. Results 1 and 2 times pain threshold electrical stimulation caused mild and moderate pain respectively. Bothmild and moderate pain activated contralateral SⅠ similarly, and bilateral SⅡ with pain intensity. Conclusion SⅠ and SⅡ respond to the mildand moderate pain in different ways.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2013;30(2):387-394
The foot drop functional electrical stimulation (FES) system consisting of various sensors has been widely applied to the disease of the foot drop. However, the current system is limited to the research on walking on the ground and ignores other important actions of foot in one's daily life, such as walking up and down the stairs, squatting and lying down, etc. In this work, we applied the dual axis angle sensor to the system of the foot drop FES for the first time. Such a system can not only stimulate the foot drop during normal walking, but also identify squatting, sitting, and lying down etc. and furthermore, the system can switch off automatically. In the meanwhile, it can also detect falls and other dangerous actions. The accuracy of our system can achieve 100%, 81.9%, 95.8%, 99.0% and 66.9% for normal walking, sitting-standing, walking up the stairs, walking down the stairs and squatting-standing respectively.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2004;21(5):704-707
Porous hydroxylapatite (HA) has excellent osseous inductive ability. It has been prepared by gel-casting process, which is feasible and can make complex ceramic material. According to the result of orthogonal test based on the compressive strength, the order and the level of the factors, including monomer HA, initiator MBAM, catalyst APS and water, were dealt with. The effects of drying and sintering technique on the properties of porous hydroxylapatite were also researched. The results showed that the order of every factor in the gel-casting process is as follows, AM-APS, MBAM, H2O. Based on the determined level of each factor, the suitable slurry constituents and drying and sintering technologies were selected, and the porous hydroxylapatite with compressive strength of 6-7 MPa was produced.

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic feature and its relationship with clinical manifesta-tions in infertile patients with endometriosis. Methods From Jan.2013 to Jan.2017,infertile patients who received hysteroscopy and hysteroscopy combination surgery in Ganzhou People′s Hospital were enrolled in this ret-rospective study. The basic clinical data and the distribution of endometriotic lesions were recorded and analyzed in patients with endometriosis simultaneously. Analysis was performed about the clinical manifestations and the rAFS stage of the patients. Results 204 patients are totally enrolled in the study. Among them,120 patients(58.8%) had endometriosis. The presence of menorrhea, dyspareunia, tenesmus, chronic pelvic pain, hypermenorrhea, adnexal mass, restricted uterine mobility, tenderness of adnexa, and tenderness nodules of posterior vaginal fornix are clinically statistically significant. In addition, the presence of ovarian endometrioma is also a significant clinical factor that is close related with the rAFS stage of infertile patients with endometriosis. Moreover, uterosacral liga-ment,rectovaginal septum, vagina and bowel were more common infiltrated in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ endometrio-sis. Conclusions For infertile patients, detailed case history, overall bimanual examination and trans-vaginal ultrasound examination are very important to help diagnosis endometriosis preoperatively and provide evidence for the selection of individualized treatment strategies.

Korean Journal of Radiology 2021;22(5):759-769
Objective:
To evaluate the application of laplacian-regularized mean apparent propagator (MAPL)-MRI to brain glioma-induced corticospinal tract (CST) injury.
Materials and Methods:
This study included 20 patients with glioma adjacent to the CST pathway who had undergone structural and diffusion MRI. The entire CSTs of the affected and healthy sides were reconstructed, and the peritumoral CSTs were manually segmented. The morphological characteristics of the CST (track number, average length, volume, displacement of the affected CST) were examined and the diffusion parameter values, including fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), axial diffusivity (AD), radial diffusivity (RD), mean squared displacement (MSD), q-space inverse variance (QIV), returnto-origin probability (RTOP), return-to-axis probabilities (RTAP), and return-to-plane probabilities (RTPP) along the entire and peritumoral CSTs, were calculated. The entire and peritumoral CST characteristics of the affected and healthy sides as well as those relative CST characteristics of the patients with motor weakness and normal motor function were compared.
Results:
The track number, volume, MD, RD, MSD, QIV, RTAP, RTOP, and RTPP of the entire and peritumoral CSTs changed significantly for the affected side, whereas the AD and FA changed significantly only in the peritumoral CST (p < 0.05). In patients with motor weakness, the relative MSD of the entire CST, QIV of the entire and peritumoral CSTs, and the AD, MD, RD of the peritumoral CST were significantly higher, whereas the RTPP of the entire and peritumoral CSTs and the RTOP of the peritumoral CST were significantly lower than those in patients with normal motor function (p < 0.05 for all). In contrast, no significant changes were found in the CST morphological characteristics, FA, or RTAP (p > 0.05 for all).
Conclusion
MAPL-MRI is an effective approach for evaluating microstructural changes after CST injury. Its sensitivity may improve when using the peritumoral CST features.
