Objective:To study the expression of adult and neonatal Nav1.5 isoforms in the dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons of rats with spared nerve injury (SNI) . Methods:The expression of adult and neonatal Nav1.5 isoforms in the DRG neurons of rats with SNI was detected by RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, restriction enzyme digestion, immunohistochemistry and immunofluo-rescence methods. The expression of PKC-γwas detected by Western blot. Results:Both adult and neonatal Nav1.5 isoforms were expressed in the DRG neurons, but their expression ratio was approximately 2.5∶1. In SNI rat models, the expression of both adult and neonatal Nav1.5 isoforms decreased by approximately a half in both mRNA and protein levels. In contrast, the expression of PKC-γincreased by approximately one-fold. Conclusions:Both adult and neonatal Nav1.5 isoforms expressed in the DRG neurons of rat,but their expression levels decrease in pain models. The up-regulation of PKC-γmay directly or indirectly down-regulate the expression of Nav1.5 isoforms in SNI rat models, which may further involve in the pathological process of neuropathic pain.

Objective To analyze the predictive value of combination of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)and 64-slice dual-source computed tomography(DSCT)in regional clinical staging and peritoneal metastases of gastric cancer. Methods From July 2011 to May 2017,365 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy were enrolled. The patients received EUS and DSCT examination with the gold standard of postoperative pathological diagnosis, the accuracies of EUS alone,DSCT alone and the combination of EUS and DSCT were evaluated in original gastric tumor, regional lymph nodes and peritoneal metastases. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, the positive predictive value, the negative predictive value, consistency(the value of K ap pa)and area under curve(AUC)of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve were calculated. Results A total of 263 patients were enrolled into the study on the depth of tumor invasion and clinical staging of regional lymph nodes and 289 patients were recruited into the clinical prediction study on peritoneal metastasis. The accuracy of EUS in clinical staging of the depth of tumor invasion was 75.29% and the sensitivity, specificity, the value of Kappaand AUC of EUS in clinical staging of regional lymph nodes were 86.26%,81.81%,0.681 and 0.840,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, the value of Kappaand AUC of DSCT in clinical staging of regional lymph nodes were 74.81%,87.12%,0.620 and 0.813,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, the value of Kappa and AUC of EUS in the prediction of peritoneal metastases were 38.24%,97.25%,0.432 and 0.668, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, the value of Kappa and AUC of DSCT in the prediction of peritoneal metastases were 41.18%,100.00%,0.553 and 0.706,respectively.The accuracy and the value of Kappaof the combination of EUS and DSCT in clinical staging of the depth of tumor invasion were 75.29% and 0.639;the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Kappa,AUC in clinical staging of regional lymph nodes were 93.13%,87.88%,88.41%,92.80%, 0.810 and 0.905,respectively;and the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value,Kappa,AUC in the prediction of peritoneal metastases were 58.82%,97.25%, 74.07%,94.66%,0.616 and 0.774,respectively.Conclusions The combination of EUS and DSCT which is superior to single examination is very helpful in the depth of gastric cancer invasion and regional lymph nodes, and is helpful in the prediction of peritoneal metastasis. The combination of two complementary examinations can improve the accuracy of the depth of gastric cancer invasion, clinical staging of regional lymph nodes, and the prediction of peritoneal metastasis.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of learning initiative on teaching effectiveness. Methods:The research subjects were the 2nd year medical students of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The learning initiative factor was calculated from the data of the attendance registration of the on-line learning of Physiology, and the performance of the on-line test was used as an evaluation indicator of teaching effectiveness. SPSS software was used to perform correlation analysis between the learning initiative factor and teaching effectiveness. Results:We found that learning initiative could significantly affect the teaching effectiveness, with differences among different specialties. There was a positive correlation between learning initiative and teaching effectiveness in clinical and pediatric medicine, while no correlation was observed in preventive medicine and medical imaging. Conclusion:In conclusion, learning initiative can affect teaching effectiveness, and the intensity of this effect shows difference among different specialties.

Objective To study the effect of empathetic nursing combined with solution-focused mode on sleep and psychological stress in patients with hysterectomy. Methods Totally 100 patients who underwent hysterectomy in the Gynecology Department of our hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected. They were numbered according to the order of admission and divided into two groups by random envelope method. The control group was given routine nursing care intervention. The experimental group implemented the empathetic nursing combined with the solution-focused mode. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)were compared between the two groups. Results On the 3rd day after operation, the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the experimental group 3 days after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GSES score of the experimental group 3 days after operation was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathetic nursing combined with solution-focused mode in the nursing of patients with hysterectomy can significantly reduce the psychological stress response of the patients, improve the self-efficacy and sleep quality of the patients, and is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation of the patients.
