0.05).CONCLUSIONS The rising rates of the drug-resistant Uu strains may be resulted of no-standard treatments. The treatment time will be shortened and the curative effects will be better if the treatments are based on the results of the susceptibility test.

Objective:To explore the current situation of emotion labor among emergency nurses and to analyze its influence on job engagement. Methods:From May to August 2018, this study selected 448 emergency nurses from 6 ClassⅢ general hospitals in Beijing as subjects by convenience sampling. All nurses were investigated with the General Information Scale, Emotional Labor Scale (ELS) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) . SPSS 22.0 was used to data entry and analysis. T test, variance analysis, Pearson correlation was used to single factor analysis, and multiple hierarchical regression was used to influencing factor analysis. Results:Among 448 emergency nurses, the total average scores of ELS and UWES were (3.94±0.75) and (3.43±0.69) respectively. There were statistical differences in the scores of UWES among emergency nurses with different genders and posts ( t=-2.048, -4.553; P<0.05) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that surface acting and expression of emotions in ELS had negative correlations with dimensions in UWES among nurses with statistical differences ( r=-0.108--0.330, P<0.05) ; deep acting in ELS had positive correlations with dimensions in UWES with statistical differences ( r=0.220-0.256, P<0.01) . Hierarchical regression analysis showed that deep acting positively predicted job engagement, and surface acting negatively predicted job engagement which explained 17.9% of the variance of job engagement. Conclusions:Emergency nurses of Class Ⅲ general hospitals have middle level of emotion labor and upper middle level of job engagement. Nursing managers should pay more attention to emotion labor of nurses and improve the job engagement by emotion labor so as to improve the nursing service quality.

Objective:
To evaluate the feasibility of expanded indication for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in undifferentiated early gastric cancer, to investigate the risk factors of lymph node metastasis (LNM), so as to provide the theoretical evidence for the choice of treatment.
Methods:
From June 2007 to December 2018, at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, the clinical and pathological data of 807 patients with undifferentiated early gastric cancer and undergoing gastrectomy plus lymphadenectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Chi-square test was performed to analyze the correlation between clinicopathologic characteristics of early gastric cancer and LNM. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the independent risk factor of LNM.
Results:
LNM was found in 17.2% (139/807) patients with undifferentiated early gastric cancer. And no LNM was detected in 110 patients who met the expanded indication of ESD. The results of univariate analysis indicated that LNM was significantly associated with increased carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), tumour size, gross type, ulcer, invasion depth, lymphovascular invasion and perineural invasion (

Objective To analyze the sensitivity of ARHGAP8 in predicting the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with locally advanced mid-low colorectal cancer and provide accurate evidence for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods The differentially expressed gene ARHGAP8 was screened out by bioinformatics analysis.Cancer tissue and rectal tissue of 68 patients with primary rectal cancer were select-ed.The rectal cancer tissue samples and the rectal tissue samples were collected for clinical validation of ARH-GAP8 expression by quantitative real-time PCR,Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. The clinical and pathological features such as gender, age, tumor stage, differentiation degree, and pathological type of the pa-tients were collected for functional validation.Forty-four patients with locally advanced mid-low rectal cancer who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy were selected for immunohistochemical examination of ARHGAP8 expres-sion.The expression level of ARHGAP8 was compared between before and after chemotherapy and among different efficacy groups. Results The bioinformatics analysis revealed differences in the expression level of ARHGAP8 between the cancer tissue and rectal tissue(P<0.001).The expression level of ARHGAP8 was correlated with tumor stage(P=0.024),lymph node metastasis(P=0.007),and age(P=0.005).Quantitative real-time PCR results showed that the mRNA level of ARHGAP8 in the cancer tissue was higher than that in the rectal tis-sue(P<0.001).Western blotting and immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that the protein level of ARH-GAP8 in the cancer tissue was higher than that in the rectal tissue(P=0.011).The expression of ARHGAP8 was correlated with tumor size(P=0.010)and pathological stage(P=0.005),while it showed no significant association with tumor differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis,Ki-67,or microsatellite instability expression level. The 44 patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy included 13,8,8,and 15 pa-tients of tumor regression grades 0,1,2,and 3,respectively.Among them,65.91%(29/44)patients showed responses to the treatment. After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the expression of ARHGAP8 in the cancer tissue was down-regulated in the patients who responded to the chemotherapy(P<0.001).The response rate in the patients with low protein level of ARHGAP8 was 92.86%,which was higher than that(53.33%)in the patients with high pro-tein level of ARHGAP8(P=0.033).Conclusions ARHGAP8 is highly expressed in the rectal cancer tissue. The pa-tients with locally advanced mid-low rectal cancer and low ARHGAP8 expression are more sensitive to neoadjuvant chemotherapy with the XELOX protocol.ARHGAP8 can serve as a potential biomarker for the occurrence and develop-ment of rectal cancer and an important index for evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with the XELOX protocol in the patients with locally advanced mid-low rectal cancer.

ObjectiveTo construct the core outcome set (COS) for premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) treated with traditional chinese medicine (TCM), thereby standardizing the effect evaluation system of POI clinical researches. MethodsDatabases including PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed from January 2017 to December 31, 2021, and Chinese Clinical Trials Registry (ChiCTR), ClinicalTrials.gov were searched to collect the outcomes used in clinical studies of POI. Supplemented with the patients preferred outcomes through semi-structured interviews, the outcome pool was then constructed. Finally through the Delphi survey and consensus conference, the COS for POI was obtained. ResultsA total of 554 clinical researches and 14 registered clinical research protocols were included. A semi-structured interview was conducted within 20 patients. A total of 77 outcomes were included in the pool after consolidation. After two rounds of Delphi surveys, 20 outcomes were initially included. The COS, which was finalized through expert consensus conference, consists of 8 outcomes in 3 domains, which were ovarian reserve function (follicle stimulating hormone, estradiol, anti-Mullerian hormone, sinus follicle count), menstruation-related indicators (menstrual symptoms condition) and fertility indicators (pregnancy rate, live birth rate and the numbers of retrieved oocytes). Through expert discussion, the corresponding measurement methods as well as the measurement time points of the COS were determined. ConclusionThis study formed COS for clinical studies of TCM in the treatment of POI, by practicing the general method of developing COS, and exploring the key points of developing COS with TCM features.
